The Appreciation Game

Post by spiritualcookie »

✨THE APPRECIATION GAME ✨

How it works:
The Appreciation Game is where you use the last letter of the subject the person before you rampaged about, to do your own little appreciation rampage.

Example

Person 1:
Subject: SUN
Person 1: Rampages about how much they're enjoying the beauty that the sun brings.

Person 2:
Since "Sun" ends in the letter "N", person 2 has to rampage about somethng beginning with "N".
e.g. Person 2 rampages about her NIECES

-

Rampages can be as short or as long as you want - it's all good
Afterall even 17 seconds of positive focus has positive power!

-

Because a lot of subjects are plurals that end in the letter "S", you can also rampage about the singular version of a subject.
eg. If the previous rampage was about "slippers", the next person can rampage with the letters "S" (for slippers) or "R" (for slipper).

-
Feel free to do an appreciation even if a topic has already been done by someone else. - go where the inspiration takes you!
The idea is to ✨ have fun getting into the feeling place of appreciation✨, even if it's appreciating the same thing more than once.

-

Ok! Let's play!

-

"Law of attraction 101.
Look at the easy things.
Look at the things that are easy to feel good about.
Don’t you love knowing that you could pick any easy subject
and get ready for the one that matters the most?

SUBJECT: SUN

I love how when the sun is out, all the colors seem more vibrant!
I love how the sun makes dew drops shine like gemstones - little diamonds glistening as they catch the light.
I love how when the sun shines, everything feels lighter and brighter.
I love how a sunny day brings life to the blue blue sky.
A sunny day feels like a hopeful day.
A sunny day feels like it brings life and liveliness.
It brings a feeling of warmth.
It brightens and uplifts.
I love the soft carress of the sun as it warms my back.

Thank you Sun for all that you bring!
The plants thank you too! :)

New observations that provide a fresh perspective, a new way of looking at something, I love that fresh, light, bright, eye-opening surprise-and-delight feeling!
New jokes I've never heard before, that bring a smile, a laugh, an appreciation of that person's way of thinking
New cars that look so very cool! I love how they shine and gleam when they're so new and clean!

You have intended to be who you are.
A perfect, ever changing, wanting, growing magnificent being.
A being who reaches out to the new,
because you understand that
in the new experience there is growth.

Synchronicities

I love synchronicities.
I heard that synchronicities is a language of our higher mind. I love that.
I love when I flow the energy and focus and tune myself into a good feeling place (and I know I am there) and then synchronicities happen so naturally, effortlessly unfolding.
I also heard that synchronicities are one form of abundance. Indeed synchronicities make me feel very uplifted and abundant, and expansive, and it feels like a leverage.
I love synchronising with people who are in my vortex. Whether it is a nice stranger whom I've just met or someone whom I love dearly.
I love when my physical mind synchronises with my higher mind and I am receiving the right impulses and ideas.
I love synchronicities.

Subject: Silk

I love silky textured things - silk, satin and silk-like fabrics...
I love how they slip and slide over your fingers.
I love how they feel oh so smooth!
I love how they feel a little cool on the skin, refreshing
I love how when I handle silk or satin, I feel a sense of luxury - a luxurious sense of appreciation.
Soft, silky, loveliness 🌸

Subject: Keys

I love knowing that for every lock there is a key to open it.
I love knowing that no matter how closed and locked something appears to be, there is a key to get it to be open for you.
I love knowing that it's just a matter of finding and using the key.
I love the freedom this open access brings.
I love the ease of using the key to allow you to get to what you are wanting. It's so simple and easy!
I love the sensation of sliding the key in - and it slides in so easily and effortlessly - just the right fit - turning it - feeling the smooth "rightness" of the movement as it clicks just as it should to allow you access to what you are wanting. It is so easy and satisfying!

I love the vibrational metaphor for skeleton keys:
one key that can unlock lots of different locks: One vibrational key opens up so many different locks too! I love knowing that!

I love the idea that there are keys to boxes and places you've never been to before - and when you get the vibrational key - there is surprise and delight at the discovery of what was behind that door. There is a whole new thing to explore! I love the abundance of new things, levels and places to explore once you gain the key!

I love knowing that Abraham teaches Processes to help us gain vibrational keys :happy-sunny:

I also love finding the beauty in unexpected things - like keys!
Who'd have thought they too can be beautiful!
Image
I appreciate the creativity of the people who make them, designed very uniquely and artistically.
I appreciate beautiful fine filigree metalwork that is strong and at the same time also delicate and fine.
I appreciate the millions of different ways people can be creative, and the joy and upliftment that seeing their creativity brings. ❤️

Subject: Slippers!

I so appreciate my slippers!
I love how they keep my feet and toes toasty and warm when it's winter.
I love how they're so cosy.
I love how they're soft and comfy.
I love how they make me feel all snug.
I love how when my feet are warm, it helps my whole body feel comfy and warm.
I love how they fit so beautifully.
I love the materials they're made of - like fleecey soft furry interiors, and suede-like exteriors - so nice to touch!
Thank you slippers! You make my winters so much nicer!

Subject: Symphony :violin:

I love the Symphony of a good song :)!
I love the way a symphony can bring light into our herts and transports into music.
I love seeing a beautiful orchestra compose a beautiful symphony.
I love the smiles of the people bringing the symphony in to life and the smiles of the people enjoying a symphony.
I love symphonies, an happy melody, a piano composing a beautiful symphony, a saxophone composing a beautiful symphony.
I love appreciating my mind contemplating a beautiful symphony that soothes my hearth and my soul.
I love the contrast of the symphony notes going down and then spiralling up all the peace and beautiful emotions that a beautiful symphony can bring :)!
My ears and my earth are eager for it, symphonies are beautiful :)

Subject: Youth

I love feeling youthful.
I love the freshness of youth.
The firm, smoothness of the skin
The feeling of lightness when there's a bright sparkle in your eye.
The light, bright, fresh feeling of new experiences -
So many things feel interesting and expanding!
I love the easy, free-flowing energy in your body.
I love the sense of care-freeness.
I love the sense of "everything will be alright"
A sense of "I'm being looked after, and all is well".
A sense of trust in your wellbeing.
A sense of knowing that you are safe and everything will be ok.
I love the simplicity of youth.
I love how there is a lot of play and fun.
How you unquestioningly draw or play or create for no reason other than because it's fun!
Youth feels easy.
It feels bouyant and bouncy!
It feels like exuberance.
It feels effortless.
It feels open.
It feels full of desires!
And I love knowing that all the feel-good feelings we remember and associate with youth, we can focus on,
and what we focus on, we expand,
We can tap into that youthful spirit; that youthful heart, and all the feel-good associations with it, at any point in our lives!
