I loved this Process that FloatingBoat found ( :ta: :hearts:  )
"Universe if I'm so good show me.
If I'm so worthy show me.
Not: 'If I'm so bad make it better' -
That's the opposite! That doesn't work!
[Instead say:] If I'm so good show me!
If I am a blessed Being, then let the blessing start pouring into my experience!
If I'm wise let me be smart!
If I'm blessed then I want to be happy!"

-from youtube Clip: UNIVERSE, If I'm So GOOD Then Show Me. If I'm WORHTY, Show Me! ~ Abraham Hicks
I want to try this process! :vortex:

Universe, show me all the good that I am!
Show me the love that's within me! Let me feel it!
Let me feel the JOY I'm capable of feeling
Let me feel the APPRECIATION I have the potential of feeling
Let me feel and experience the beauty and joy of my blessings
Let me experience my wisdom
Let me experience my clarity
Let me feel my wellness; my vitality; my liveliness
Let me feel the FLOW of goodness coming to me and running through me
Let me experience my brilliance!
Let me feel that sense of knowing and confidence and certainty
Let me feel Well-Being to the max
Let me see the world through eyes of light and high vibration - let me see it through the eyes of Source
Let me feel the lightness and light-heartedness; the nothing-so-serious-is-going-on-ness of it all
Let me feel the delicious goodness of every moment
Let me bask in inspired thoughts and urges to inspired actions
Let me experience all the good!
:dance2: :beating-the-drum: :wizard:

And now by the Law of Attraction, I've got this hymn song in my head
Give me joy in my heart, keep me praising
Give me joy in my heart, I pray
Give me joy in my heart, keep me praising
Keep me praising 'til the end of day!

(...)

Give me light in my heart, keep me shining
Give me light in my heart, I pray
Give me light in my heart, keep me shining
Keep me shining 'til the end of day
This got me curious if there's a version of this hymn (Sing Hosanna) in Germany. Chatgpt tells me: "There is a German version of the hymn "Sing Hosanna," known as "Bis hierher hat mich Gott gebracht." This hymn holds deep significance in German-speaking congregations and is often sung to the same tune as "Sing Hosanna."" Interesting :)

I really enjoyed this moment of appreciation from CoreEssence's post today:
I love seeing the twinkling lights of other homes.
It inspired me to see how ai art programs could paint "twinkling lights" of homes and buildings. I had fun guiding the ai to create some versions of this :)

I also had some fun finding the feeling of twinkling lights on pinterest

Aligning through Games!

I have been working a lot on raising my vibration and feeling better over the past few weeks and today, I had a little bit of evidence that something is working because I rendez-voused with a feel-good out-of-the-ordinary experience :)

My brother contacted me and asked me if I wanted to get together to play the computer game he bought me for my birthday. For anyone who doesn't know us this may not sound all that extraordinary - but my brother is usually so busy with his own projects that he rarely proposes we do anything together - so it was a wonderful, welcome feel-good surprise for me that he brought such a fun idea for us to spend time together! :in_love:

We sat and played the computer game called "A Short Hike" which he chose for me for my birthday because he knows I like cute things

It is such a sweet, uplifting, charming game! In the game you play a little bird who has a task to go on a hike through nature to reach the high point on the mountain so she can get reception on her phone

Along the way, she meets all sorts of cute animal characters that need her help:
One needs help collecting seashells, another needs us to find her lucky headband for her running race.

As we played, I was in a pure state of flow, appreciation and gentle, pleasant joy. Appreciation for the cute artwork and the sweet ideas like when the character jumps you can make her fly a bit :D.
Appreciation for the lovely background music.
For the sweet way the characters spoke to one another - using just enough words to get the message across; not so much that it becomes too talky - and all in a light-hearted, gentle, feel-good vibe.
I so appreciated it all! And enjoyed sharing this joyful experience with my kind and sweet-hearted brother, who sat beside me; both of us with eyes shining! :hearts:

It made me realise that games have so much more to them than just being a fun way to pass time. They can be an Abraham Process! When games are feel-good, they can be so uplifting and absolutely help you to align and raise your vibration! It felt so good! I'm eager to play more again soon! :hearts:

And I have a feeling that Source helped me rendez vous with this fun experience as per my request to the universe to help me raise my vibration. Thank you Source for this loving helping hand! :hearts:

MOVING MEDITATION:

Some time ago when I was seeing a Traditional Chinese Herbalist, he recommended for me to do a tai chi / qi gong sequence done for general wellness and wellbeing all throughout China, called "shibashi" (- shi-ba 十八 means 18 and shi 式 means forms I think). I haven't done it since I was under his treatment, but today during by 15 minute meditation it popped into my mind so I was inspired to do it. (This is the youtube video my practitioner had recommended for me to use: Title: 李景晨演示《太极气功十八式第一套》 by the channel: ming wu)

Doing it, I was in a state of no-thought - Actually - it was easier for me to be with zero thought / zero images / zero things "coming in" - during this moving meditation than it is during normal sitting silent meditation, because all the focus is on doing the movements - so it's a good way to do no-thought meditation for those who have trouble emptying their minds and keeping their minds clear :hearts:
And it's a good way to add variety to your meditation practice if you want to try something new to mix it up.

The movements are often inspired by things in nature. My favourites are the one that is inspired by ocean waves coming and going (the move is called "Pushing the waves"; and another one of the flapping of a dove's wings. :) Some of the moves have romantic names like "Painting a rainbow", "Separating the Clouds", "Turning to gaze at the moon", "Cloud hands" and "Scooping the sea". I like the imagery :)

I felt a gentle upliftment in my mood during the exercise. Doing the light, slow movements, breathing in on the instruction "shi" and breathing out on "fu"; it felt good "achieving" getting the movments right, it felt satisfying being in complete unison with the instructor on the screen; it felt pleasantly positive knowing I'm doing something to help myself feel better. There was a freshness in the movements as my arms pushed through the air; like the feeling of the breeze blowing away the cobwebs. As a TCM practitioner would say, it helped to lift some stagnation and get things flowing better. I feel a little better for it. I'm glad I did it :) :hearts:

APPRECIATION

Morning Appreciation:

I appreciate how we watched the fireworks on tv together last night to ring in the new year. I like this easy tradition we have to be together as it strikes 12 :) It feels like togetherness; it feels like a gentle celebration; it feels like a marker for something - I like how it's different from other days.

I like how they show how people celebrate around the world. It gives a feeling of all-is-oneness seeing everyone coming together to celebrate the same thing. And I love seeing the creativity of how different places think of marking this celebration. The different ideas - the artistry of the displays :hearts:

I liked that the organizers of the London display chose "Love and Hope" as a theme for the New Year London Firework display - what a lovely, high vibration idea for theme! May the vibration of Love be strong and dominant in the world in 2025 - that would be wonderful :)

I appreciate the neighbours who had quite a lovely display for us to view so close up, so that we could enjoy experiencing some live fireworks too :) I especially like the multicoloured quiet juggling-ball-like fireworks - though the big impressive ones have a great wow-factor I enjoy too!

I appreciate the innovations always going on in the world. This year the London Eye / Millenium Wheel had the world-first use of hologauze* animations! I love how I feel more and more like we're living in the future!
(*Hologauze = a patented gauze that is coated with a highly reflective silver metallic layer. The unique design allows the gauze to effectively reflect projected images or animations while simultaneously allowing the visibility of objects located behind it.)

I appreciate that I slept well and feel well-rested this morning :)

I appreciate that I feel hungry for breakfast this morning :) I like that I have these markers for how my body is doing. It's nice to feel my body is working beautifully and digesting so efficiently that it finished digesting everything it should from yesterday in time for breakfast :hearts:

I like how soothing the soft light is today. It is so easy on the eyes and feels pleasant and cosy.

I appreciate my radiator besides me that keeps me toasty and warm :)

I appreciate that I spotted a prettily designed mousepad on my review list this morning. I so appreciate beautiful designs and artwork. I love that people make beautiful things that uplift and spread the joy!

Evening Appreciation:

I like the feeling of making new designs and putting them out there in the world! It feels like I'm contributing something physical to the world; something tangible; something real that others can enjoy and welcome into their lives. It feels satisfying looking at what I've created and thinking: Oh that's a nice one - I can see people liking this one :)

I appreciate that he helped me set up the device I received and that we figured it out together. It was kind of him to set the time aside to help me :hearts:
I have a rocket of desire to see him relaxed; at ease; calm; confident; thriving; loving; peaceful; smiling; radiating love and light; radiating patience; radiating steady stable all-is-wellness like I remember seeing him in the past - It felt so good seeing him with all these wonderful traits - and knowing he had them all in the past I know he can have them again - it's just a matter of raising his vibration to its natural state ~ and maybe if I remember him at his best, it'll help him express all these beautiful qualities that are already there naturally within him, just waiting to be vibrationally found and expressed :hearts:

I appreciate that I looked after my vibration and respected my feelings at lunchtime. I appreciate that I didn't even need to explain myself; just clearly express what I wanted without having to give any reason. And I appreciate that they were so accepting, allowing and non-resistant about it. I love feeling so free to choose what I want- free to follow my feelings - it feels wonderful to be free :hearts:

I love the feeling of taking a drink when I'm thirsty. It's so satisfying

I liked seeing the colourful decorations today - they were so jolly and uplifting and bright :)

I liked listening to that interview with Emilio Ortiz and Joe Dispenza - it was interesting hearing Joe's ideas about the Quantum Field we tune into when we meditate and how that black nothingness is the gateway to tapping into the magical realm of non-physical. I liked the way the conversation added a little to my existing understandings; added a bit more light; and changed my feelings a little about allowing the nothingness during meditation to be. Perhaps the nothingness is not as useless as it feels  When things are subtle, it's not always obvious - but perhaps there is something of value there in the nothingness.

I loved finding lots of discounts and offers at the store! I love the feeling of a good deal where things I normally buy are at wonderful lower-than-usual prices - it feels like a fun bonus gift :D

I loved watching Family Man together this evening. It was so cosy sitting together and taking it in. And I so appreciated it as a movie - it's so well written and well made! The pacing was perfect; the interest was held all the way through, the cinematography had some really beautiful moments that I greatly appreciated with gorgeous lighting, and the acting was brilliant. The little girl in it acted amazingly in it even though she was so little! And a happy ending to boot. So much to appreciate :hearts:

APPRECIATION

I appreciate the yummy high protein high fibre crackers I discovered - I'm enjoying them and feel at peace eating them knowing they're good for blood sugar levels :)
I appreciate there are companies who make these things so that I don't have to spend the time in the kitchen making them myself - it's so nice that things can be convenient and healthy too. It feels like relief to have found it : )

I appreciate that our washing machine was fixed today. It's nice to have everything in good working order again. It feels like everything is working smoothly; all our needs are easily met; and we are free to use as many tea towels as we want because now we have a machine for them again!

I appreciate that she made delicious veggies for us today with a new special sauce. It was extra tasty! And I love tasting new flavours - experiencing new ways of enjoying ingredients :)

I appreciate how easy it was to make the two new designs today. They flowed so easily! This method of designing is great! I want to use it more! I love discovering new ways of doing things.

APPRECIATION:

I am so appreciative of Leigh Brasington! He wrote the most helpful, thorough explanation of how to experience the First Jhana (experiencing joy / ecstasy through meditation). He wrote it in such a way that I feel he is holding my hand soothingly and guiding me lovingly so that there is zero chance I'll take a wrong turn. I felt such a feeling of love and warm-heartedness for him as I read his kind, helpful words, written thoroughly and with great care, with so much desire for the utmost clarity that he often repeats himself just to make everything super duper extra clear  I love his good intentions; his good heart; his successful conveyance of clarity - I love it :hearts: I feel so appreciative of those who have walked the paths I want to explore before me; so that the way is already lit up, and already has helpful pointers and guidelines available. How lucky I am to benefit from it all and walk the path with greater ease because of this :hearts:

I love the feeling of discovering new things like discovering the Jhanas.

I love the feeling of a new rocket of desire being born to experience the First Jhana.

I love the feeling of focus it gives me; a focal point giving more purpose and a stronger, more enthusiastic feeling of intention to my meditations :)

It feels exciting and fresh and new. I love the feeling of interest and enthusiasm I feel for this new thing.

I love how there are so many reddit threads with people helping others through the First Jhana meditation. It's so lovely how people are so kind and helpful ^_^

I enjoyed adding to my knowledge, learning also a little bit about Samadhi.

I liked discovering there exists a meditation called Metta (aka Loving-Kindness Meditation) which, just from the name, sounds appealing, though I know nothing about it yet other than the name! I would like to learn more about at some point :) I like having new things I want to want to look into.

It felt fun having something new to share and talk about with my loved ones today with all my discoveries  I love having things to share that add something new and interesting and potentially of value to others!

I'm happy with the things that arrived today. They're even prettier in person than I expected - what a lovely surprise! I love the vibe from pretty things - how they uplift my spirits just looking at them - I appreciate the designers; the manufacturers; the sellers - everyone involved in making these products real so that I can give them a loving home and enjoy them :)

I liked noticing my alignment today that whenever I started a new segment it seemed to be exactly on the hour. I even noticed I posted this post at exactly 5:00pm without realising it until later  :hearts:

CHANNELING:

I was feeling a little time-of-the-month filled with tearful-for-no-reason emotions today, so I tried raising my vibration by doing a BLESS ME meditation, followed by a Jhana meditation, and then I felt uplifted enough to do a channeling to ask how I can feel better. It was quite hard to receive from where I was vibrationally - the words came very slowly! but this is what I got:

In appreciation upliftment occurs
when upliftment occurs the feeling will change
uplift yourself
your vibe
play uplifting music
watch uplifting programs
distract
take your mind off the negative feeling
fill your self with positivity instead
fill your attention with positivity instead
negative feelings will go into the background, quiet, and virtually unfelt
fill up with positivity.
:hearts:

I followed the advice by watching some uplifting youtube videos and playing some games to distract me and the tearful feeling went away! :happy117: :angelic-whiteflying:

APPRECIATION:

I appreciate the new design I made today :) I'm happy it turned out nicer than I thought it would when it was an initial idea in my head - I'm happy I like it! It's funny how sometimes I don't know how an idea will turn out until I'm in the middle of making it or even towards the end of making it  It really is a journey of discovery! I like that! :hearts:

It snowed this evening for the first time this winter! I like the excitement of seeing something rare for the UK like snow. I like watching it gather and cover everything with a clean white blanket. I like how synchronistic it was that just after I read Elke's appreciate of snow (and really got into the feeling place of appreciating it through her beautiful words) - it started snowing here too! How's that for the LOA at work?

I liked listening to the Suzanne Giesemann Q&A podcast today. I really love her energy. I find it so soothing and aligning. Something about her vibe, tone of voice, is so light and joy-filled - so full of confidence and certainty and good humour and light-heartedness - it feels really good to me :)

- I liked that I had time to just relax and watch some youtube videos today. It felt nice to be so easy and relaxed and feel good about spending my time in this way without judging it :)
I like my freedom to spend my time as I like; to tune in to what feels best in this moment; what feels right in this moment - and go with that, with no judgement; just trusting the guidance of my feelings and trusting that as long as I'm following my highest excitement / most feel-good feeling right now, it's the "right" thing to do in this moment :hearts:

- I liked that Tara & Elke played with me on the Appreciation Game thread :hearts:
I love the feeling when people on the forum tune in to appreciation and I can feel it too just from reading their posts. It's so lovely we can help raise one another's vibrations like that :hearts: I liked reading FloatingBoat's appreciation of his day today too! It was uplifting to feel his flying high energy ^_^ And I was happy he reminded me of the movie Enchanted which I also remember enjoying! I love Amy Adams - she has such a lovely energy about her. It fired off a little rocket of desire to re-watch it! 🚀
