Re: Daily appreciations
• It was so nice that I listened to the General Well-being Meditation with my girlfriend yesterday. It wonderfully relaxed and calmed me, and I felt a loving softness in my heart afterward. That was a beautiful feeling.
• Afterward, we watched the movie "Maleficent 2", and the film really moved me because it was also about peace – peace between humans and the dark fairies. It truly inspired and made me happy. The film was so beautiful, especially the ending. I really like Aurora and Maleficent.
• I had a lot of fun going to my creative workshop last night and dealing with the theme of home. I wrote down why I wish for certain desires. This directed my focus very much towards the desired and I also visualized my desired reality, which really made me happy. The theme of home has become even more positive as a result. I am now really looking forward to my even more wonderful home, which is increasingly flowing into my experience and is already a reality in the vibrational realm. I enjoy the feelings I have when feeling this even more beautiful home.
• This morning, after getting up, I read a little in my Abraham book "The Astonishing Power of Emotions". That was a lot of fun again. After that, I felt like doing some kettlebell exercises and a 2000s dance workout on YouTube. The music and the movement were so much fun and while dancing, I noticed how the energy of my inner being flowed through me. That was an amazing feeling. Afterward, I was really relaxed and happy. I newly discovered this 2000s dance workout and it is really fun. I did as much as I enjoyed and also incorporated some other dance moves, according to my feelings. I definitely had a lot of fun with the movement, dancing, and great music this morning.
• Showering refreshed me really well today, and afterward, I felt really relaxed, happy, and full of lightness, and I really enjoy that feeling.

Hello Poe,Paradise-on-Earth wrote: ↑Sun Jan 19, 2025 4:12 pm I so appreciate that you found Butaris!!
I found it decades ago in the recipe for the perfect Butterplätzchen- German Christmas-cookies. But I never thought of frying Kartoffelpuffer in it. I will do that, very very soon! Thank you SO much for this beautiful inspiration!
yes, I'm also making fried potatoes with feta and eggs in the pan right now and I've used Butaris for frying again. The taste is simply heavenly, and I'm glad I inspired you to try frying "Reibekuchen" with it as well.
Feta and eggs still need to be added, but I'm really hungry now and so looking forward to the meal, and my girlfriend is too.

@PoE Thank you, Poe, for your lovely wishes, that's so kind of you. I wish you a wonderful evening.
Monday, January 20:
• Claudia is healthy again, and I'm very happy about that. I'm always amazed by how much she does for us and the wonderful trips we take together in the Odenwald. Today, we drove to Grasellenbach again and wanted to take a short tour to Café Bauer through the Gassbachtal. It was a truly beautiful hike through a frosty nature with very clear air and uplifting conversations. Café Bauer was closed on Mondays, but then we walked to Café Siegfriedbrunnen. There, I had a totally delicious covered apple pie and a coffee. Yes, we plan to go back soon and also check out the Walpurgiskapelle. The hiking, the pleasant conversations, and the beautiful nature did me a lot of good today and brightened my day.

• Today, I continued listening to my audiobook "Getting in the Vortex," and I really enjoyed it. Especially the part about the magic of the Vortex and the closing statement by Abraham deeply moved me. I also posted these quotes in the Vortex topic because they put me in such a positive mood.
• Today, my sister invited me to a sushi restaurant in Darmstadt (Shokudo), which I think is really nice of her. It was a lovely, small sushi restaurant with great decor and beautiful music. My sister and I ordered a large sushi platter, which was very lovingly arranged and tasted great to both of us. We had a great conversation, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. I'm very grateful that my sister invited me to sushi. On the way back, my sister told me about an app called "Too Good To Go." There, bakeries, gas stations, and grocery stores offer leftover goods for little money that would otherwise be thrown away. My sister immediately checked, and the gas station in my neighborhood offered a surprise bag for €3.50 for the evening. I thought it was great because you're always surprised. The bag contained two schnitzel sandwiches and a donut. I think this idea is totally great and will download the app myself. I'm excited and grateful that there are always so many great ideas.

I love discovering apps like these! It's so fun finding wonderful deals and getting awesome abundance of goodies for amazingly low prices! I use a similar website for low price theatre and concert tickets where they sometimes give wonderful deals for leftover tickets that no-one has bought.FloatingBoat wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 10:51 pm On the way back, my sister told me about an app called "Too Good To Go." I enjoyed seeing the beautiful place you went for a walk. It looks peaceful and lovely - I can almost smell the delicious scent of the trees and greenery from here
