The absolutely BEST is becoming, when you embrace your fears, your judgements, your enemies. When you do not NEED anything anymore- while you lightheartedly ENJOY what is coming, EXPECT your dreams to unfold, and are curious about WHAT IS, no matter what.

It is all for us! It is all meant to be your fulfillment, and/or a stepping stone to it. And it becomes beautiful, when you look at it with loving, understanding- or at least, curious eyes.
I so get that. I am so thankful for this IMMENSE widening of my world! When I embrace what-is in love, it ALL becomes my Paradise.

I so appreciate the beauty of all the different types of humans! In their awesome,wonderful way, they all are perfect, and I so appreciate that!



Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw und Slytherin are all needed. All are part of the whole.
Not everyone is asked to be all beauty that is. And really, isn't the natural beauty is what is even so much more interesting!?

I sooo enjoy the feeling of this ponderings. I so enjoy the differences. I so enjoy CHOOSING what really resonates with me!
I so enjoy to leave behind what is- here and now, not for me. What a bliss. I feel so thankful! I shed what is NOT for me. Thank you, thank you life!!

Day 15


I let myself be guided on this thread by my daily inspiration- as a wind who blows me somewhere. Until the half time of the "challenge" I got an intense theme, every day, and than not, anymore. That feels like I am supposed to look at the topic from a different side, now! In the same time, I got an intense pull to rampage on Germany, which is not my land of birth- but of my heart. I was raised here, I got imprinted with it's culture, and I learned to immensely love it.

When I travel around Europe or even Canada (my beloved land of birth) or USA, I am in awe about this countries and different energies... and also, I enjoy SO MUCH "coming home"! Maybe it is time to see and enjoy even more and deliberate the "body" of my country. And the abundance, that comes with that. This plenty, this Goodness.

When I saw this list of bucket-list sights today, compared with sights that are so very look-alike that are Germany, I was once more in awe, and I want to play with this!

...As a German, I learned to play small. There is a term called "German Shame" that some Americans use to describe how filled with shames most Germans are because of their history in WW2. And, don't get me wrong, what had happened was terrible wrong, without any excuse. Just, that almost nobody lives anymore who lived then! But still, you almost can't see German flags fly in private gardens. Many Germans feel shame to speak about their origin when they are abroad.

I somehow felt like that in regards to my body, and this rampage has helped me to realize this.
It IS NEVER ABOUT COMPARING!!

I am certain, you could find long lists of incredible beauty about EVERY country that is!
I am certain, when you only look with loving eyes, there would be so much awesome goodness to find, in everything.
And so much stunning beauty, in every BODY.
If only we would dare to look!
If only we would take the bushel off our light.
If only we would stop clubbing ourselves over the heads (or bellies!)

IT ALL DESERVES TO BE CELEBRATED!!!
And SEEN. And enjoyed. And loved!

I LIKE to follow my inspirations! I like to let it be effortless. I like to spend a lot of time on things that feels wonderful- no matter if they seem to be "reasonable". They feel good, and that is enough!
I like "let it be enough" when I am happy right were I stand!
I don't need to get "somewhere". Being here is all I can do, and it is enough. WHAT A RELIEF!

I trust my impulses about what to eat, and what to do, and what not to do, and when they feel good- THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS- here and now. And then the next. Living a joyful life, one moment at a time. This feels deep and real and authentic. It feels ....PERFECT. Being THERE, always! NEVER (!!!!) complete. Always more. And so happy and in love and feeling the joy, now, now, now.

I decide again- this is not only all I can do- IT IS ENOUGH. It is enough! It is enough. I am SATISFIED with this!
And IN this Satisfaction is so much potential that I want to explore. So much deeper goodness. So many awesome specifics that I could not fathom, until now. YES, I want to explore them!! Yes, I want to live them and enjoy them and LOVE them.

But when I am OOTV, I can't.If at all, I would get the downsides, and I don't want that.
So, here I go and let life CARRY me, deeper and deeper, and wider and broader- into the next step and the next, and my joy is ENJoying what is enjoyable, every moment in time. Hell YES, that feels so good!

On Letting Go of Resistance

"Let them be wrong about you. There's nothing to prove."

I relax into this incredibly powerful words. I just relax into them. "Let them be wrong about you." -No pushing against. No fighting. No resistance. Just peace. Peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, and ease! Ease. Ease. Ease. Ease.
Sigh. I let it all go. My life is about me and ME. Between me and my body, ME and my cells, me and my soul. And there is NOTHING to prove!

It feels so right. It feels so light and easy and wide and unhindered and free. I FLOW ME. I FLOW WHO I REALLY AM. I trust my body. I trust myself. Nothing to prove outwards. Just love to feel, and life to live, and be happy, and free and empowered and have fun!

Ohhhh, that feels so good!
