FOCUS ON WHAT I WANT FROM MY WORK - EXERCISE:
~ The Wanted End of the Stick ~

I want to feel interested
I want to feel stimulated
I want to feel lightly, pleasantly challenged to accomplish achievable tasks
I want to do small projects that feel do-able and can be completed in a relatively short space of time
I want to feel like I'm learning new things
I want to feel aha moments often
I want to feel like what I'm doing is contributing positively to the world / to others
I want to feel enthusiasm for what I'm doing
I want to feel excited about what I'm doing
I want to feel eager about the tasks ahead - looking forward to doing them
I want to feel my creativity coming through
I want to feel an abundance of new ideas and inspirations flowing through me
I want to feel like I'm in a state of enjoyable, pleasant flow
I want to feel my talents and skills are being expressed and being put to good use
I want to feel like I'm fulfilling my potential - and expanding thanks to what I do
I want to feel that delicious sense of expansion
I want to mostly do my work on my own, in my own privacy and quiet space :hearts:
although it is always nice to have people to compare notes with on breaks, or reach out to for help when needed. And it's nice to be able to offer them that support and comraderie too.
I want to be surrounded by people I love (and who love me!) outside of my work
I want to be my own boss and determine my own projects and my own work schedules
I want to feel this wonderful sense of freedom to choose what I want to do
I want to feel a sense of satisfaction when looking at what I've done
I want to feel a sense of happiness and openness about it when telling others what I do / I've done
I want to feel like my job is light, fun and "not so serious".
I want to have fun doing what I do.
I want to feel uplifted by what I do - and it's nice it is also uplifting to others.
It's also nice to work in a field where you get positive feedback and can see the happy customers enjoying what you've created :)

ooh thank you for this recommendation! I would like to try this one now! :D
What I also like, and which might be similar to the "Loving Kindness Meditation," is focusing on the energy level of my heart and imagining how this love energy flows from my heart to everything. However, I imagine specific things, like my neighbors, my friend, or the forest.
:hearts: :hearts: :hearts:
Yes, that does sound similar 😊 It sounds like a wonderful meditation to tune into the vibration of Love :hearts:
I'm also glad that you like the "Abraham Remix 'It's Easy to Feel Good'" by sasmix so much and that you've already transcribed so many beautiful parts from it for our forum. :in_love: :in_love: :in_love:
yes! I loved it! Thank you so much for talking about its existence - it gave me much joy! :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying:
Hello, spiritualcookie! :balloons_wave: :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying:

I am very pleased to be able to participate in your practice area and continually receive new inspirations from you. It truly is a gift for me. :hearts:
:ta:

Yes, I always slow down the General Wellbeing Meditation. This meditation calms me the most because the beautiful music helps me best to reach a state of deep relaxation, where my vibration automatically rises. During the meditation, I have very few thoughts, and if I do, they are only positive. This is mainly because Abraham’s words touch my heart directly. I am really curious about how you like the meditation and whether it has such wonderful effects on you as well.
:beating-the-drum: :beating-the-drum:

Yes, you can also do this without meditation by simply sitting on the balcony or going into nature, or wherever you want. Then you think of a specific person, place, or thing that you love and send love energy directly from your heart to that thing. When you feel deep into your heart, you can sense how this energy becomes stronger and how you are increasingly filled with love. I often do this, for example, when I do an appreciation exercise from Abraham to intensify the feeling at the end and deeply anchor it within me.
:in_love: :in_love: :in_love:

This remix especially helps me to feel lightness and also a connection to everything that is, as well as to all other beings, the stream of love, and well-being. I am delighted that you have so much joy with this remix. :hearts:

I appreciate the synchronicity that Tara posted this post today of all days, when I was thinking all day "I don't know what to do with my time today!" - and she wrote about a time in her life when she didn't know what she wanted to do either! I so love how the Law of Attraction proves itself to work over and over again! :hearts:
Wow! Love the co-creation & LOA in action :) I felt very drawn and inspired when I wrote it, glad it was a good reminder, synchronicity for You <3

Lukas, I just tried the General Wellbeing Meditation (the youtube video called "Transform Your Life: 15-Minute Source Energy Alignment Meditation with Esther Hicks"), and I remembered it from doing it many years ago. The main thing it made me feel is that I prefer non-guided meditations  I like that in silent meditations it allows you to connect with your own Inner Being (or to "Love" or whatever focus you choose) more clearly. When I listen to someone else's words, I find it hard to tune in to the kind of "letting go" level that I want to tune in to, because I'm so busy focusing on their words! Listening to their words makes me feel more alert than I prefer to feel during meditation if that makes sense! I'm happy you are able to get into such a good-feeling place and and find joy in it though! Thank you for reminding me of this meditation - it was nice to remember it and the gentle twinkly lullaby music :) :hearts:

Just thinking out loud...

I like the realisation I just received:
When I am feeling really well in my body, from my current vibrational disc, as I tune in to try and FEEL what this wellness feels like - when I try to describe it as vividly as I can- I realise that from where I am it feels like nothingness. It feels completely quiet; silent; Just nothingness. My body is quiet, calm, peaceful.

The realisation is a parallel I noticed between this and meditation:
When I meditate: I feel the exact same thing: this silent, calm, peaceful nothingness.
It's the same energy! The energy of Wellbeing / Source/ Non-Physical.
The meditative state often feels like nothingness when you're on lower vibrational discs.
And it is only when you raise your vibration that suddenly meditation starts to feel different than nothingness - it starts to feel more joyful - and more full of positive feelings, visions, messages and experiences.

I'm guessing that when you're on higher vibrational discs and you try to tune in to feeling "wellness" in your body, maybe from there it doesn't feel like nothingness anymore. Maybe from there, it feels like vibrancy, and a gentle joy, and it FEELS like "wellness" and liveliness and sparkly wonderful energy. It's like a colour you can't see until you raise your vibration! Wouldn't that be nice to feel!
When I feel wellness I'd love to FEEL the wellness in all its vibrancy! (rather than thinking of it as the absence of unwanted things - which is definitely the wrong end of the stick!). I'd love for the wanted end of the stick to be vivid! and strong! and therefore easier to grasp onto - It would make it so much more REAL and more physical. Oh that would be so nice for wellness to be FELT in all its glory! In all its vibrancy and strength, wonderfulness! To feel Wellness in full colour! :hearts:

Hello spiritualCookie, :balloons_wave: :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying: :happy117:
thank you for your beautiful post. :ta: :jumphug:
You could actually make this post your forum favorite because it is so inspiring and beautiful that I can hardly believe it. :hearts:

First of all, regarding the guided meditations: In the last few days, I couldn't meditate at all, neither with guidance nor without. But I can understand well that these words distract you from the deep experience of silence. I notice that sometimes when I fall asleep, I just need music that I can breathe to and then fall asleep, and sometimes I need a guided meditation by Abraham. :hi5:

I believe this experience of nothingness is simply the experience that on the low vibration disc in meditation, we notice that there is no resistance or almost no resistance anymore. We first experience this resistance-free state as nothingness. That's why I would also evaluate what Eckhart Tolle or the Buddhists say as this experience. They are simply in suffering. Buddha also says that life is suffering, and then they experience meditation as the absence of suffering, as the absence of resistance.
:hoppy: :hoppy: :hoppy:

When the vibration increases, we realize that this resistance-free state is actually just the gateway, and we experience absolute abundance, absolute well-being. From this abundance, everything can arise. You rightly describe it as a state in which messages, visions, and feelings flow into you, and you are suddenly open to all inspirations that your inner being sends you, and you simply tap into the energy of the source.
:vortex-small: :happygaze: :happygaze: :happygaze:

Your description of the colors reminds me exactly of what many describe when they have a near-death experience. They speak of colors and of an infinite love, and they speak of this color that they cannot describe, a color they have never seen here, a color that is so infinitely beautiful, a light that is so infinitely bright and yet does not blind us, but into which we can simply look and let ourselves be fulfilled by it.
:in_love: :in_love: :in_love:

I find that everything that spirituality in Buddhism and other religions says is, so to speak, completed by Abraham. Everything is spiritual; there is no exception, and the ego is not bad, but it is where the whole energy of your inner being can realize itself. That's why I find it beautiful how you describe this vitality, and your desire for this vitality, for this abundance, and for this colorful well-being is already your path there. As enthusiastically as you talk about it, with what emotion and with what passion, there is so much momentum that this state can quickly become reality for you from the possibility and the wish.
:wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

I am thrilled and overwhelmed by your experiences and thank you for all your descriptions of them. They are so valuable and beautiful, and I love that you share them. All the best and all the beautiful things on the way there; you are already there, and yet you continue to develop this vision. :hearts:

aww :in_love:

aw it happens to me sometimes too :hearts:
It's ok - it's just a short phase that will pass - It requires a certain mindset / state to sit down to do it I find, and we're not always in that state!

It's so interesting to see these parallels with different teachings! :hearts:

Ooh this is another very interesting parallel! I didn't know people have experienced seeing such colours with near death experiences - I enjoyed discovering this through your post! Thank you for sharing it!

Hello spiritualcookie, :balloons_wave: :jumphug:

Yes, you are right, although I am also very intuitive when meditating. I notice that it is a topic that attracts me a lot, and in some vibrational states, I experience such a strong effect through meditation. When I am really very negative or on a low vibrational disc, it is better for me to either distract myself with something positive or to do a process like the "focus block" or "which thought feels better." In a too negative vibrational state, I cannot open myself to meditation as well, but as you say, this state passes relatively quickly now because I also know what I can do to feel better again. That's the great thing, we have absolute control over our feelings... :happy117: :happy117: :happy117:

I had to laugh briefly recently because I read in the book "Ask and It's Given" that it can sometimes take 22 days from the emotional scale, for example, fear or despair, to be back in a state of appreciation, so to speak, in the vortex. I really like this part in the remix "it's easy to feel good" where Abraham says:
"you could deliver to us anybody as far away from their vortex as possible and if we have their undivided attention within 30 minutes we'll have them in the vortex."

This shows me, on the one hand, how strong Abraham's effect can be when one is really negative, but on the other hand, it also shows that if you really focus your attention completely on the positive for 30 or maybe a slightly longer time, you can come back into the vortex relatively quickly. :hearts:

I wish you a wonderful day :in_love: :in_love: :angelic-flying: :angelic-flying:
