• It was so nice that I listened to the General Well-being Meditation with my girlfriend yesterday. It wonderfully relaxed and calmed me, and I felt a loving softness in my heart afterward. That was a beautiful feeling.
• Afterward, we watched the movie "Maleficent 2", and the film really moved me because it was also about peace – peace between humans and the dark fairies. It truly inspired and made me happy. The film was so beautiful, especially the ending. I really like Aurora and Maleficent.
• I had a lot of fun going to my creative workshop last night and dealing with the theme of home. I wrote down why I wish for certain desires. This directed my focus very much towards the desired and I also visualized my desired reality, which really made me happy. The theme of home has become even more positive as a result. I am now really looking forward to my even more wonderful home, which is increasingly flowing into my experience and is already a reality in the vibrational realm. I enjoy the feelings I have when feeling this even more beautiful home.
• This morning, after getting up, I read a little in my Abraham book "The Astonishing Power of Emotions". That was a lot of fun again. After that, I felt like doing some kettlebell exercises and a 2000s dance workout on YouTube. The music and the movement were so much fun and while dancing, I noticed how the energy of my inner being flowed through me. That was an amazing feeling. Afterward, I was really relaxed and happy. I newly discovered this 2000s dance workout and it is really fun. I did as much as I enjoyed and also incorporated some other dance moves, according to my feelings. I definitely had a lot of fun with the movement, dancing, and great music this morning.
• Showering refreshed me really well today, and afterward, I felt really relaxed, happy, and full of lightness, and I really enjoy that feeling.

Hello Poe,Paradise-on-Earth wrote: Sun Jan 19, 2025 4:12 pm I so appreciate that you found Butaris!!
I found it decades ago in the recipe for the perfect Butterplätzchen- German Christmas-cookies. But I never thought of frying Kartoffelpuffer in it. I will do that, very very soon! Thank you SO much for this beautiful inspiration!
yes, I'm also making fried potatoes with feta and eggs in the pan right now and I've used Butaris for frying again. The taste is simply heavenly, and I'm glad I inspired you to try frying "Reibekuchen" with it as well.
Feta and eggs still need to be added, but I'm really hungry now and so looking forward to the meal, and my girlfriend is too.

@PoE Thank you, Poe, for your lovely wishes, that's so kind of you. I wish you a wonderful evening.

• Claudia is healthy again, and I'm very happy about that. I'm always amazed by how much she does for us and the wonderful trips we take together in the Odenwald. Today, we drove to Grasellenbach again and wanted to take a short tour to Café Bauer through the Gassbachtal. It was a truly beautiful hike through a frosty nature with very clear air and uplifting conversations. Café Bauer was closed on Mondays, but then we walked to Café Siegfriedbrunnen. There, I had a totally delicious covered apple pie and a coffee. Yes, we plan to go back soon and also check out the Walpurgiskapelle. The hiking, the pleasant conversations, and the beautiful nature did me a lot of good today and brightened my day.

• Today, I continued listening to my audiobook "Getting in the Vortex," and I really enjoyed it. Especially the part about the magic of the Vortex and the closing statement by Abraham deeply moved me. I also posted these quotes in the Vortex topic because they put me in such a positive mood.
• Today, my sister invited me to a sushi restaurant in Darmstadt (Shokudo), which I think is really nice of her. It was a lovely, small sushi restaurant with great decor and beautiful music. My sister and I ordered a large sushi platter, which was very lovingly arranged and tasted great to both of us. We had a great conversation, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. I'm very grateful that my sister invited me to sushi. On the way back, my sister told me about an app called "Too Good To Go." There, bakeries, gas stations, and grocery stores offer leftover goods for little money that would otherwise be thrown away. My sister immediately checked, and the gas station in my neighborhood offered a surprise bag for €3.50 for the evening. I thought it was great because you're always surprised. The bag contained two schnitzel sandwiches and a donut. I think this idea is totally great and will download the app myself. I'm excited and grateful that there are always so many great ideas.

I love discovering apps like these! It's so fun finding wonderful deals and getting awesome abundance of goodies for amazingly low prices! I use a similar website for low price theatre and concert tickets where they sometimes give wonderful deals for leftover tickets that no-one has bought.FloatingBoat wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 10:51 pm On the way back, my sister told me about an app called "Too Good To Go." I enjoyed seeing the beautiful place you went for a walk. It looks peaceful and lovely - I can almost smell the delicious scent of the trees and greenery from here

I think it's great that you're using a similar app to mine to get cheap theater tickets, that's fantastic!
It's impressive how many ideas are currently growing and how much is happening. I love watching these positive developments and being part of them. It's just so beautiful what is emerging at the moment.
Oh yes, this is one of my absolute favorite places – so peaceful, calm, and idyllic. I'm so glad that you also love this kind of nature. It's wonderful that you like the pictures and that they evoke positive feelings in you.

• This morning, Wilhelm visited me. We went for a hike over the Heiligenberg. It was cold and foggy weather, but the sun occasionally broke through – perfect winter hiking weather. Wilhelm is such a gentle, loving soul, which I really appreciate about him. I had so much fun talking to him and reminiscing about beautiful and positive memories, and enjoying the frosty woods together. We also saw a little robin that wasn't afraid of us, and it was a very sweet robin, which I really liked. It was a beautiful winter hike, and I'm already looking forward to our next hike together.
• Since I felt some vibrations of fear in the past few days, I looked at the soothing on the topic of fear that spiritualcookie wrote in our soothing topic. It's great of spiritualcookie to have made such a wonderful, calming soothing. I added my own positive reassurances, which really put me in a positive mood. As described in the soothing, I was able to focus on beautiful things again and felt calmer and more relaxed. Afterwards, I felt like preparing something for later. I made spaghetti Bolognese, which I will eat after the skills group. I'm really looking forward to it.

Positive Aspects - My Room
What do I like about you? Why do I love you so much? What are your positive aspects?
• I love that my room faces the mountains, as it gives me a really beautiful view of nature: the forest and the mountains calm, excite, and inspire me again and again to new adventures and hikes.
• I also love that I can see the hospital where I was born from my room. This always gives me a spiritual connection to my origins and my homeland. I love that my room is here in this shared apartment in Jugenheim, the place where I was born and where I feel completely comfortable. Here, I feel at home because this is my homeland.
• I find it great that I can go directly to the guest bathroom from my room and the living room is right next to my room. Because there is not another person's room directly next to mine, I have a nice quietness in my room, and I love that.
• Due to this tranquility, I can also sleep well, meditate, and relax in peace in my room, and I find that really great.
• I find my room beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, as I have a very comfortable mattress here and look from my bed at the beautiful winter pictures that give me a sense of peace and security. On one side, there is the picture with the mountain hut, which radiates calmness, security, safety, and connection for me. On the other side, there is the winter picture with the man in the horse-drawn carriage in front of a large villa, which symbolizes adventure, excitement, hiking, departure, and new ideas for me. I love the mix of these two pictures because, in a state where I seek more security, safety, and calmness, I can always look at the little hut picture. In times when I am more into adventure, hiking, and new ideas, I can look more at the winter picture with the horse-drawn carriage.
• Moreover, these beautiful winter pictures always connect me with something I totally love, and that is snow. When I look at these winter pictures, I can start to dream.
•My room is tidy, and so I can clean it up well and have a place for everything.
• What I particularly like about the shelf is that I have my small TV there. If I want to exercise or dance, I can do it well with music or great YouTube videos. My room instantly transforms into a place of joy, dance, and great exercise. Additionally, I love that I have all my Abraham books there and the folders where I can neatly file things for Abraham. Also, on my shelf is a vision board that constantly aligns me with my positive desired reality that will come to me in the future, and my photo albums, which I totally love because I find the pictures of me really beautiful and cute.
• What I love about my room is that I have space for another mattress, so Miri can sleep in my room on weekends. If she snores, I have headphones that I can connect to my phone, and we can sleep together here in my room on the weekend. I find that really great.
• I love that my room has such large windows, allowing a lot of air in and offering beautiful views. It gives the feeling of having quick access to nature and the environment. But I also love that I have a blind that I can lower to focus on my room and myself. This also keeps the heat out of my room in the summer, and it stays nice and cool. I can sleep well, even during the day, because I can make it really dark, and I love it when it’s really dark while sleeping.
• I find it great that I have a wooden floor in my room because it looks very cozy and makes vacuuming and cleaning easier. This creates a very cozy atmosphere.
• The most beautiful object in my room, besides the winter pictures and the beautiful round golden mirror, is my antique desk, which has a dark wood look and was given to me by Wilhelm and Birgit. It fits wonderfully in my room, and with the drawers, it holds a lot of things I want to keep. On the desk are a childhood picture of mine, a picture with my mother, which is my favorite picture of us both, and a picture of my grandpa.

• The appointment with my therapist today was good. I was able to talk to her about the things that happened, and it felt good. I felt relieved afterward, also because of the conversations I had with Claudia when we were at the Oberfeld Café. That was very calming, and we also talked a bit about Friday, as we plan to go to Frankfurt. I'm really looking forward to that. Additionally, I'm looking forward to Patrick coming back from holiday so we can go hiking again.
• Today, the soothing on the topic of anxiety and stress calmed me down very well, and I feel much lighter and more relaxed because of it.
• Since I still had a few stressful thoughts, I then did the process "Which thought feels better?" and found many beautiful, positive, and calming thoughts. These immediately improved my mood and vibration, putting me in a light emotional state, and I was really looking forward to a warm shower because I like the feeling of being warmed inside and out.
• The shower was a lot of fun today. At first, I could really enjoy the warm feeling of the water and felt safe and protected. Afterward, I alternated between cold and warm water on my body, which felt really nice on the skin. I felt really energized afterward.
• Reading in my Abraham book "The Astonishing Power of Emotions" felt even lighter and more harmonious than usual today. I sat on the sofa, nice and cozy, and while reading, I felt really close to Abraham. The messages of the book felt very strong, and it felt as if Abraham was speaking directly to me. It was a wonderful feeling, and reading was a lot of fun.
• I felt really light while cooking today, and I really enjoyed that. Everything came naturally to me, and I gently danced and sang a few songs while cooking. I was really in the flow and had a light and magical feeling the whole time. Today, there are hash browns with wild salmon and green beans, and a carrot-parsnip-avocado salad with mustard. I'm really looking forward to the meal.
Floatingboat thank you so much for writing your Abraham work here
I have read a few of your posts, and I must say they take me straight into the vortex.
Such a beautiful energy and the way you put your thoughts in writing, is a pure pleasure to read
