Every cell in your body is receiving the beneficial energy.

And when you feel less than good, you are depriving yourself, by virtue of the thought that you are choosing to focus upon, of that connection.

And so, the art of allowing is the art of allowing my - in this physical body - connection to the Source that is me. And the better I feel, the more I am practicing the art of allowing. And the worse I feel, the less I am practicing the art of allowing.

Many of you believe that experiencing negative emotion
means that you are weak or out of control,
and so you suppress the very Guidance System that would assist you in deliberate positive creation.

Some of you, rather than using the negative emotion to identify negative creativity,
focus upon the negative emotion itself and thereby create more of it.

Others of you, identify your thought, which has caused the negative warning bell to ring
but rather than removing your attention from that thought
you continue to focus upon it,
believing that until you find a solution, the negative emotion will not subside.

But your attention to the problem only enhances it
and brings it right into your physical experience.

On Guilt

Guilt is negative emotion,
and it comes forth, usually when you are not doing what someone else has told you that you should do.

The "rule" says: This is good and that is bad,
and so when you do that, you get guilt.
Not because it IS bad, but because you think that you are doing that which is not good,
and your Inner Being is saying "Not so."
You are not in harmony with your greater intent
which is to have experience, you see?

You must understand, it is the thought in the moment
that brings forth the negative emotion.

[When you have fun playing instead of going to church like your mother told you to, you are filled with guilt].
The guilt is coming forth not because I am at play and not at church.
The guilt is coming forth because I am thinking that I am doing that which is wrong,
and the Inner Being is saying
"That is not in harmony [with what we know to be true]."

The reason we have clarified this is because we say to you,
"When you feel negative emotion, stop what you are doing"
and so you [may] jump to the conclusion that you must stop not going to church,
for that is what has brought forth this feeling.
That is not what has brought forth the feeling.
When you didn't go to church you were excited about it.
You were happy about what you were going to do.
The guilt did not come forth until you thought of your mother,
and her wanting you to be at church.
Do you see what we are saying?

It is your thought that you are sinning, that brings forth the negative emotion,
so stop THAT thought.

In most cases, the feeling of guilt comes forward
not because you are doing something "wrong" -
but because your freedom is being suppressed.

The warning bell is ringing,
not to get you to stop the action you are involved in,
not to get you going to church -
but to let you know that the THOUGHT you are involved in is not in harmony with who you are.

You feel guity,
and they tell you that you ARE guilty because you are sinning.
You are not feeling guitly because you are sinning.
You are feling this negative warning bell because they are trying to control you -
and you seek freedom. (...)

Guilt does not come forth because you are sinning.
Guitl comes forth because of the thought that you are setting forth about that.

telling you that the thought that you are thinking
is not in harmony with what you are wanting.

Simple is it not?
Any time you don't feel good,
stop doing whatever you are doing.

beause emotion indicates desire.

Look at what you DO want, instead!


Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say:
"Something is important here. Otherwise I would not be feeling this negative emotion.
WHAT IS IT THAT I WANT?"

And then simply turn your attention to what you DO want!

In the moment that you turn your attention to what you want,
the negative attraction will stop, and in the moment that the negative attraction stops,
the positive attraction will begin.
And in that moment, your feelings will change from not feeling good
to feeling good.

Fear of getting judged


Questioner has fear of being judged.

A: Well, that’s a valid fear, because they will judge you.

And so if that bothers you then..because people are going to observe you and they can only see you through their framework and so many people would feel better if you would comply to what they think they need you to do so that they will feel better... but you sort of got to get over that...(laughter)

Q. I know when you do have a thought that you don’t feel good about...

Q. Such as walking into a store in a new city and you’re afraid that people are looking at you and judging you and then I go in and I say, "Well, no, God’s within you, you are God, there is nothing wrong with you." Is that just putting a bandaid on it?

Well, the reason it feels to you like you are putting a bandaid on it is that’s not solving the situation for you and here’s why:

So let’s say that for whatever reason you have been fostered in an environment where you were trained to care deeply about what other people thought and you’re not alone in that because most people need to control your behavior so that they can feel good, it happened in your home, it happens in the school system, it happens in the traffic. IOW there are so many things around you where they expect your behavioral compliance or they won’t feel so good and they’ll punish you because they want to feel good. IOW that’s sort of the way your physical world has come round to...

So lets say that for whatever reason in whatever way it happened to you, you are very sensitive to the opinions of others and you walk into an environment like you said and you feel them looking at you and disapproving and you think I don’t like this feeling.
I should jump into the bright-eyed bushy-tailed fluffy... I should love them. (laughter)

But you’re very far from that vibration and so when someone is looking at you, looking you over and you can see disapproval in their face, what is the first knee jerk reaction that comes from you, most of you, maybe not you? Don’t you wanna say... "Who are you?" Don’t you wanna say..."You wear those shoes and you’ve got the nerve to look at me?" Don’t you wanna say..."Who combed your hair today?" Doesn’t just a little feeling of revenge sort of bubble up like a life-giving breath of fresh air?

Now you and a lot of other people may not let yourself go there because you’ve been trained to believe that you should have love in your heart and you should not condemn them just because they are condemning you, but we wanna say to you that you can’t jump from being condemned and taking it hard all the way into love and sunshine and joy. You can’t do it; the frequencies are too far apart and we think that the knee-jerk response of revenge or anger is an approved vibration for you and what we feel from you and from so many who are sensitive and who want to be uplifters is that many of you have disallowed yourself the stepping stones along the way_on_the_way_ to your love and appreciation of everyone.

It’s sort of like... Jerry and Esther wanting to go from Phoenix to San Diego and finding themselves in Yuma and being so discouraged that they are not yet in san diego that they get disoriented and turn around and go back to phoenix.

So they go...(quickly)

and in time they say (dramatically and with angst), "We’ll neeeeever get to San Diegoooo. We must not be woooorthy of san diego. We must have done something in a past life that prevents us from getting to gooooo to san diego. There must be something in YUMA that is a higher puuuuurpose fooor us. God must want us to be in yuma. We must have done something really bad in a past life and karma tells us that _yuma_is_ our_ place_. (Huge audience laughter).

And we say, you come up with a lot of really funny things to explain why you don’t just line up with what you want, you see. So our message to you is you don’t line up all at once; you line up gradually.

Changing your vibrational alignment right now is an option - a powerful one.

[If you're feeling a lot of negative emotion], you are not, right now, choosing between feeling fabulous or terrible.

Your choices right now are more subtle and more fine-tuned than that.

You are making the simple choice of feeling a little better, or a little worse.

You can choose an upstream thought, or a better-feeling, downstream thought.

Those are your only choices: upstream or downstream.

your Inner Being offers you the feeling of positive emotion
as acknowledgement of your positive connection.

As you are focusing upon and thereby attracting
that which is not in harmony with that which you consider to be good,
your Inner Being offers you the feeling of negative emotion
as acknowledgement of your negative connection.

Whenever you feel negative emotion, you are in that moment
in the mode of negative attraction.
Most often you are in that moment
resisting something that you want.
