If there's an opportunity to praise,
I'm going to praise.

If there's an opportunity to criticize,
I'm going to keep my mouth shut and try to meditate.

If I feel like criticizing
I'll say "Here kitty kitty kitty!" and I'll pet my cat
until that feeling goes away.

Just look for some reason to feel good.

Just stop and ponder something that is beautiful.

Just stop for a moment and give your attention to something that feels good.

I' m going to be blabber mouth of all blabber mouths from inside The Vortex
and I'm going to be very silent when I realize I am not in The Vortex.

No more am I going to defend or justify my experience
or try to prove myself right,
or make others understand my position,
because now I understand the futility of anything I am doing, or saying or thinking
while outside The Vortex.

When you open your eyes in the morning say:
"Inner Being, I'm wanting this day to begin
with the acknowledgement of
How perfect I am.
How purer I am.
How worthy I am
How wondrous I am.
How slender I am.
How prosperous I am.
How healthy I am.
I'm wanting you to give me the feeling of that.
It's all I need.
Just a glimpse.
Just a little feeling.

And then lay there
and FEEL your wellbeing.

Milk every moment for all the pleasure you can get from it.

When you say:
"It is my dominant intent to look for things that feel good, today,
No matter where I'm going,
No matter what I'm doing,
No matter who I'm doing it with,
it is my dominant intent to look for what I'm wanting to see,
to look for things that feel good."

And the more you develop the habit of that kind of vibration =
the more the Universe understands that that's who you are!

And so, the more you have access only to those kinds of things!

Are you making the best use of your Life?

Everything is about life. The only question that, if we were standing in your physical shoes, is

we would ask ourselves:
"In this moment, am I making the best use of my life?"

In other words,
"As the idea of my mother comes, am I choosing the most uplifting thought about her?
As I focus upon my mate, am I choosing the most uplifting thought?
As I focus upon my physical body, am I choosing the most uplifting thought?"

And most of you are not. Most of you are choosing the loudest thought.
Most of you are choosing the most present or the most obvious. When the question is,
"Am I making the best use of this moment,
am I choosing the thought that is of the highest vibration -- which is the same thing to say as
"Am I choosing the thought that feels the best?"

-Then you cannot help but live out your experience in the way that you have intended.
