"Nothing makes the woman more beautiful than the belief that she is beautiful"

The Navajo have something called the Beauty prayer. (...)

It [can be summarised into] three very simple phrases:
1.) The Beauty that I Live With
2.) The Beauty That I Live By
3.) The Beauty upon which I base my life

1.) "The Beauty I live with"

Beauty is already present in our lives everywhere.
Our job is to find it.
Our job is to seek out the beauty even in the most horrible situations, because it had to be there.

2.) "The Beauty I live by" is an invitation for that beauty to become a guidestone in terms of how we see the world. We get to choose how we see the world.
(If we interpret the world through the lens of hate and fear, then we will always see the world in hate and fear.)

3.) "The beauty upon which I base my life" is an invitation to allow for beauty to become a foundation, a cornerstone, of every moment, every choice, everything we do in our lives. (...)

The Navajo are fascinating people because they view beauty as more than an emotional aesthetic.
They literally say that beauty is a force of nature.
It's the fifth force.
(Physicists acknowledge four: electromagnetism, the gravity field, the strong and the weak nuclear force)
The Navajo say that the fifth force is Beauty, and I believe there i a lot of truth in that because we are changed in the presence of beauty.

When we are in the presence of beauty the chemistry of our body shifts, and when we allow ourselves to interpret that beauty uniquely, we actually begin healing ourselves in the presence of what we perceive.

One more from Sophie Lauren (still not that good with pic posting :)):

"Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical."

Text is better than an image because images can sometimes disappear if they get taken down on the site you are linking them from. That's why I try to usually write the text as well as using an image.
To add a pic, I usually just right-click on an image I like on the internet, click "copy image link" to get the URL and add it here with the [ img ] tag. :)

Happiness is permanent.
It is always there.

What comes and goes is unhappiness.
If you identify with what come and goes, you will be unhappy.

If you identify with what is permanent and always there,
you are happiness itself.

Today I went to appreciate things in Harrods.

There was this book there in clothes section, and it had written sth similar to the below (forgot the precise words but the meaning is the same).

“Why do we all agree that the nature is beautiful?”

Any thoughts? 😊

Such an interesting question! To answer it, I started a new thread called "Musings on Beauty" so we can focus there on the subject of Beauty

PS Harrods is a very good place to go to help align with abundance!
