I love the energy of being light and playful.
It feels like such a youthful and young energy!
It feels so bright and light and easy.
Easy breezy! hehe!

It feels like laughter.
It feels like smiles all around.
It feels happy!



I love playfulness so much!
It is one of my most favourite energies ever!

It is often so wholesome ~
It makes you and others around you feel good ~

It encourages joking around
It encourages unexpected delight
It encourages clever quips
It encourages creativity!

I invite more lightness and playfulness into my life ~
It would feel sooo good! so delicious!
How lovely that would be!

How funny! After doing the rampage on playfulness, I was reading up about a nutritional supplement I'm interested in, and the website I went to ends its serious talk about their company with this encouragement to subscribe to their email list: "Emails guaranteed to make you laugh"!! ahaha a serious supplement company has nothing to do with making people laugh usually! isn't that funny?!

Helllloooo playfulness!

I like the way light and playful feels in my body:

When you're in light and playful mode,
the body feels more loose and relaxed and easy.
All the muscles in your neck and shoulders relax.

I like the way you can't help but have a smile on your lips.

I like the way you physically feel lighter.

I like the way you get a twinkle in your eye, and recognise this sparkle in others' eyes too when playfulness is around.

I love people who are naturally in playful mode often.

People who make jokes with ease.

You see it so often in stand-up comedians, actors, celebrities. And I love seeing it in everyday life too where it always surprises and delights me.

I have seen it often in men I've met ~ it's one of the qualities I like most in men!

I like how light & playful mode takes away seriousness and heaviness. It changes the vibration in the air completely, very quickly. This is the gift of the comedian!

I like how it neutralizes energy - like an air freshener! haha! It's like magic!

I love seeing playfulness everywhere - be it in people, in animals, in adverts, and most of all I love seeing it in unexpected places, like in serious-looking university lecturers for example!

Oohh I remember my favourite university lecturer at university - he looked so serious! But he was the most playful of them all! I loved going to his lectures so much because it always felt like you just know you're going to have a good laugh throughout his lectures. It made whatever he taught fun! - even subjects you'd never imagine would be interesting, let alone fun! Such fun!

That's it - FUN! Playfulness & lightness is just pure fun!
I love this sense of fun!
It's so feel-good.
It's such a beautiful vibration to feel coarsing through your body!
It's so life-giving and sparkly and magical I love it!

To look at people and things around me with the eyes of Source; lovingly, humorously, lightly.
To feel that all is well and we can have some fun with it all,
To feel a sense of fun zing deliciously throughout my body

It feels like letting go of a weight
and watching it fly away with a smile
