Step 1 is: Life just produces contrast, and causes you to ASK.
Step 2 is: It's answered! But it's a vibrational version, that humans don't want to admit is real, at first.
Step 3 is: Admitting it's real! Step 3 is accepting that is has been asked and answered, and that it does exist. And then,
finding a way to get into the receiving mode of what you'r asking for! We teach meditation as the easiest way to get there.
Step 4 is: Getting really good at that. Being so good at receiving- mostly because you like to feel good! And you practiced quieting your mind.
So, you can get there easily. So, Step 4 is just getting really good at step 3. Step 4 is, maintaining some stability there!
Step 5 is: Being back in a contrasting moment. If you want expansion, you need solutions! And if you want solutions, you need problems!

About doing Step-3-Stuff
We don't really think you have to be out there, stirring it up much more, in order to create more abundance and wellbeing.
-Deliberately do step-3-stuff!
Step-3-stuff is basking. Step-3-stuff is meditating, step-3-stuff is praising, step-3-stuff is getting a massage.
Step-3-stuff is relaxing, going to the beach, swimming, taking care of yourself, eating something that is good!
Step-3-stuff is treating yourself well. Step-3-stuff is reaching for thoughts of relief. Step-3-stuff is being easy on yourself,
giving yourself the benefit of the doubt, giving somebody else the benefit of the doubt.

The difference of dealing with contrast in step 1 vs step 5
Step-1-Contrast is like, "Are you kidding me???"
Step-5-Contrast is like, "Bring it on! That was so clarifying. I'm so much more clear about who I am!"

but not being mad at yourself,

Nothing bothers you, because you know it's the clarity that you've been seeking.
Nothing bothers you, because you know you have mastery of your own ability to focus.

Step 1, you know what it is: Ask.
Step 2, you know what that is: Source answers.
Step 3, you know what that is: Line up with it!
Step 4, you know what that is: Get good at it!
Step 5, you know what that is: Get SO good at it, that you'r no longer beating up on yourself, when you'r having a negative emotion! Because you know that it's GUIDANCE, and not "wrong"!
And step 6 is: TRUSTING in the way that we just described. It's BELIEVING in your guidance. And DEMONSTRATING it everywhere you go! And allowing the momentum of it to be so SUBSTANTIAL, that you'r just finally get it how freakishly out of whack it is, for you to ever not like yourself. Or anyone else, for that matter!

It's just SATISFACTION on steroids!
Satisfaction comes from only 1 place: Having an intention and living in the direction of it.
And your Vortex is full of all your intentions! So when you are moving in the direction of it, it always feels good. We can give you an even better sense of what it is: Earlier, we were talking about how there can be a moment in time, where there is so much active in your vibration that is currently active in you, or right on the brink of being active in you... we can't even find a way defining time small enough... In one instantanious moment in time, a whole lot of whats been in your Vortex, that's being realized by you.
Like, your worthiness and your knowledge. But even more, your infinity. Your eternity... but even more. Your can't-get-it-wrongness. But even more! That everlasting love, that is really you! ALL of that. All of that energy, that being channeled, into this moment in time, that this moment in time is almost not big enough to house all of that knowing!
It's like living a lifetime in a moment.
It's like living all that you are for just a moment, in a moment that is all, in just a moment. That's gotta be step 6, really.

I've sustained my vibration long enough that everything in my universe has to join me where I am.
Or it's gonna bounce right off, of me.
I now have creative control of my environment.

You've got to practice the vibration of it, until the vibration of your desire
SUPERSEDES the vibration of doubt.
And when the vibration of your desire supersedes the vibration of doubt-
BAM!!! It happens.
