Example of building a Grid:

Take a notebook and just write these emotional words:
CLARITY, LOVE, APPRECIATION, FREEDOM and SECURITY.

Stay focused on them long enough that you actually feel movement inside you,
and your path will light up for you.

What does the term "Grid" mean?

Grid means basis, it means beginning, it means platform.
Imagine a building under construction and first they put the foundation and then they put the frame.
The frame is kind of like the grid which will later fill in with all of the detail.
So you’ve got this emotional grid, that’s filling in with all the details.

Hold the thought, and pretend that it has happened.
Feel the excitement AS IF it has happened,
and then what what happens!

That's the explanation of the Grid.

Anytime that you focus long enough that you FEEL EMOTION
come over you, you've created a Grid, that will fill in
with some evidence.

The key to this Grid is to find some way of talking to yourself
to produce within yourself an EMOTION, that feels better.

Whenever you feel negative emotion,
it always means that your Grid started to fill in
with something that you want-

but you blocked it with a belief.
In doing so, you feel fear.

A feeling of Security.

the feeling of Adoration, going through you.
The essence of a relationship is Splendor.
The essence of a relationship is sensual, and secure, and life-giving
and expansive and funny and proud:
The essence of a relationship is not lonely!

It is the Vibrational Essence of the subject of your attention that is attracted.
That which you really, really want, you get,
and that which you really, really do not want, you get.

Keep remembering: There is not only one prize.
And so, say to yourself things such as:
"You appeal to me in all of these ways!
And I am going to draw the Essence of you to me.

I will use my visualization of you to align my energy,
and then I will trust that LoA will bring me an exact replica
of (the Essence of) that which I believe you are!
