Day 30: Reading Ab Hicks for 45mins each morning ( My no1 easiest and most reliable resistance releasing activity)

This is fun. Just anticipating writing here under these guidelines feels good.
I read for 45 mins again this morning. It felt like my nicest read through, feels like my average mood is indeed improving. I have... 5 Hicks books that I can rotate
I'd like a sixth to keep this fresh
I am enjoying this idea bedding in more and more - that it's really not important what I do or don't do - what matters is how my current thought is feeling.
I have a day off today and noticed my thoughts on activities were tense - understood that it does not matter what I do or don't do at this point, what matters is that I'm following a tense line of thought I don't want to add momentum too. I sat quietly for 15 mins and reached for some positive emotion in the easiest way I know which felt good. Then I realised I would just love to go and take a nap which has buoyed me for the rest of the day
I'd like to be really really ok with negative thoughts still popping into my mind and remember that we have the safety buffer of time and indeed my average vibe is improving so all is well.
A couple of days ago on a day off I got the inspiration to clean the bathroom - my girlfriend was very very pleased - now there is a sign my vibe is improving!
I'd like to feel excited about life again - and here and there I am. I'd like to see each day going forward as one that builds on the last.
In addition, oooooh I like this, I'd love to get the taste for being really present again. I'd like to be naturally drawn to activities that support this

On day 30 of reading Hicks every morning for 45 mins. Like yesterday there is an easy peacefulness when I read it. I'm actually experiencing relaxation.
As thoughts came up on what to do with the rest of the morning, I was really aware of the tenseness to them and naturally wanted to just sit for 15 minutes and feel which was really nice. Like yesterday , after this, I was excited to take a short nap. I feel like I'm getting really good at catching negative emotion and responding in a good way - a response without intellect where I really don't care what the content of the thoughts are, it's enough to know whatever there is feeling bad.

I had such a good day at work yesterday. Not only orders flooding in, but potential orders.
I'd like to feel purely positive about the prospect of increasing income.
I'd like to feel excited about having more fun with everything , absolutely everything.
In reading Hicks for 45mins this morning, I'm noticing I've reached a pretty comfortable place - I'd really like to keep building on that.

Today I had a another day off from work. I like that the more time I seem to take off the better I do when I'm in work.
As I feel better, my average mood increases, I no longer try and stop myself from doing things that I have previously considered bad habits.
I am have much more unconditional love for myself in that area. IT's fun to see how I will change naturally as I enjoy feeling well more and more.
I did something today that felt really wholesome that I've not done in a while - went to a coffee shop and read my sci-fi book for 45mins then wrote a couple of pages of positive aspects. Felt really nice.
I'd like to make a decision that tomorrow morning, I get up earlier and go do that first thing.
I'm enjoying noticing that when I read slower and really feel the meaning of each word - there's a feeling of relief - presumable as I am deactivating the thoughts previously active in my mind.
I'm liking allowing myself to get really scatty sometimes, which I like, as in bounce around different YouTube clips or video games and such, and knowing that none of that can harm my life.

Quick post. I'm really liking the surprise benefits. Sometimes I anticipate that I will feel best after reading Hicks word doing an exercise and then the effects will diminish for the rest of the day or something like that. But I'm loving it when I realise that I'm simply having more fun in a segment, particularly in the evening, than I have been. I'm noticing that my average emotion when I think of and am with my girlfriend is improving which is fantastic.
I really like the idea that from my reading of Hicks every morning, that I am actually doing the exercises (to a degree) naturally in my mind throughout the day.
There's definitely hundreds of times a day now where I catch negative emotion and find it really easy to not add any more momentum to the thought.

Reminder: Segment intend so you don't get 'buffeted about by your habits'
I'll say again that it's a pleasure to even think of writing here under the instruction of focusing only on the wanted side of things. I feel increasingly in a good place and more powerful.
Reading Hicks this morning on segment intending - the phrase stood out as interesting 'being buffeted about by your habits'. I find I sometimes like 'being buffeted by my habits' as I enjoy the new found self acceptance I have for it. I'm now desiring more of the fun of not being buffeted by my habits. I'd like my habits to lean more towards things, like reading, that give me more mental energy.
I'd like to find it easier to get out of bed when I wake up a

Reminder: 'Don't need the manifestation to be right now!' 'be satisfied that the vibrational reality exists. Then you're resistance free'
I'm finding that my morning reading of Hicks is more effective if I do a little written exercise after e.g. a couple of pages of positive aspects / a focus wheel
I'm enjoying that the more alignment I find, the more I want to be someone always in alignment.
I'd love to be excited about the financial abundance queued up for me in my vortex and be happy that I am sincerely on the path towards it.
I'm feeling a lot of relief from looking more for the positive aspects in everyone I meet.
I'd like to remember in my business that taking days off to practice alignment is way more beneficial than trying to do extra work.
I'm feeling an increase in appreciation for my girlfriend ... and myself!
