So interesting to hear how Marilyn had this ability to tune her vibration so deilberately!
:vortex:
I guess when we practice tuning into certain frequencies, we become so familiar with them, it's like putting on a hat! We can become very deliberate about entering them when we want - and then this kind of magic should be within our reach too! ✨

I loved hearing your insight Elke
That's a helpful tip: trying to tune into the actors within us to get into any vibrational role we want!
:ta: :hearts:
Yes, I think so, too!

"we become so familiar with them, it's like putting on a hat!" ....I LIKE how you have put this!!!

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I found the clip!!! And I transcribed my beloved quote!!!! :vortex-small: :grouphugs:

The Actor-Process

HS:
As an actor, I morph.
And I don't look at it as me, stepping outside myself.
But as me, becoming, in the moment.

Abe:
What is your preparation, when you receive, or are getting ready
to receive inspiration, about a character that you might express?
Is the character placed in his mood, or attitude?
Is the character placed in his circumstance?

Because it's only once you understand those things,
and you are actually able to acknowledge and
EMANATE the mood- THE MOOD!- of your character,
that the appropriate words then would flow through!

HS:
On camera, or in pictures, a lot of people say:
"That's not you!" or "that doesn't look like you, at all!"
And I say: "Isn't that cool!" and, "that's my job!"
But I look at it as frames per second on a camera
as the same as frames per second in time-space-reality,
it's just capturing the essence of who I am.

So, I focus the essence, while it's being captured, it's logical that
that's what's on the tape may not even physically resemble
who I am, NOW, because that's what my focused...

Abe (interrupting):
That is the best description of deliberate creation, that we ever heard!
Because EVERYONE is an actor in this sense, that they get to project
whatever vibration they choose to project!

But if everybody who is listening in would understand, that
DELIBERATE CREATION IS JUST EXACTLY THAT:
-UNDERSTAND THE ROLE YOU WANT TO PLAY.
-And find it's VIBRATIONAL; EMOTIONAL BASIS FIRST-
-and then PRACTICE THAT, so that's WHO YOU ARE.

When you are actor with other actors around you, they'r responding
to who you are. Because you are emanating who you are,
and it would be illogical to them to not react to who you actually are.

Well, this is how the whole Universe is responding to you!
The Universe is responding to each of you!
You are an actor in a role. And EVERYTHING and EVERYONE else
is responding to that which you are emanating, you see!

So, you just need to decide:
Am I a prosperous person, standing here in this role,
that the Universe is reacting to?
Am I a revered and respected co-worker, in this environment?
Or am I someone that gets beat up, and picked on?

WHO AM I?
Who has life brought me to? Who am I, as I stand in THIS point of attraction?

To make transcription easier, do you know the "show transcript" trick on youtube?

You click "more" on the video description, and then if you scroll down within the description, there's an area that says "Transcript". Click on "Show transcript", and then it shows you the transcript with video-timemarks. To remove the timemarks, click the 3 dots icon at the top of the transcript, next to the "X" icon, and click "toggle timestamps". Then you can copy and paste the whole transcript very quickly. All you have to do is add punctuation marks and arrange it into sentences and paragraphs - and sometimes correct a word here or there that the automatic method didn't hear correctly :D

Another interesting non-Abe perspective on Beauty
The Navajo have something called the Beauty prayer. (...)

It [can be summarised into] three very simple phrases:
1.) The Beauty that I Live With
2.) The Beauty That I Live By
3.) The Beauty upon which I base my life

1.) "The Beauty I live with"

Beauty is already present in our lives everywhere.
Our job is to find it.
Our job is to seek out the beauty even in the most horrible situations, because it had to be there.

2.) "The Beauty I live by" is an invitation for that beauty to become a guidestone in terms of how we see the world. We get to choose how we see the world.
(If we interpret the world through the lens of hate and fear, then we will always see the world in hate and fear.)

3.) "The beauty upon which I base my life" is an invitation to allow for beauty to become a foundation, a cornerstone, of every moment, every choice, everything we do in our lives. (...)

The Navajo are fascinating people because they view beauty as more than an emotional aesthetic.
They literally say that beauty is a force of nature.
It's the fifth force.
(Physicists acknowledge four: electromagnetism, the gravity field, the strong and the weak nuclear force)
The Navajo say that the fifth force is Beauty, and I believe there is a lot of truth in that because we are changed in the presence of beauty.

When we are in the presence of beauty the chemistry of our body shifts, and when we allow ourselves to interpret that beauty uniquely, we actually begin healing ourselves in the presence of what we perceive.

Hinduism also believes that all the creation exist within 10 great cosmic powers - Mahavidyas. One of them is Tripura Sundari - cosmic power of bliss and beauty.

The one who has resonance with her can see beauty in the creation. Have you ever seen a painting and “felt” its beauty? Then you have resonated with Tripura Sundari… it feels blissful 🥰
