thanks! It helps that I've been here before so the improved patterns are pretty available like muscle memory.
What I would like is to actually stay on the path now. I feel I have the real trick for me to stay on that path - reading Hicks for 45mins every morning.
I'm still trying to focus on wanted in this response :)

Day 41: Reading Ab Hicks for 45mins each morning ( My no1 easiest and most reliable resistance releasing activity)
Day 17: posting here. Main guideline, focus on what's wanted with scant attention to unwanted
Day 3: Ab Hicks abundance meditation after reading

I'd say this morning is the best I've felt for many months. I'm proud of myself for not overreacting to the ups and downs and sticking with this. I'm enjoying those surprises of noticing I'm feeling better almost out the blue.

This awareness is bedding in: 'Working to protect myself from financial trouble' and 'working on financial success' are opposite vibrations.

I'm enjoying this awareness; Whenever I am experiencing negative emotion , my mind (out of habit) is playing the negative aspects game. I could now choose to play the positive aspects game.

I'm enjoying that I often find relief quickly on any subject by stating ' but there are some positive aspects'

Day 43: Reading Ab Hicks for 45mins each morning ( My no1 easiest and most reliable resistance releasing activity )
Day 19: posting here. Main guideline, focus on what's wanted with scant attention to unwanted
Day 5: Ab Hicks abundance meditation after reading
Dominant wants: More financial security - More fun at work - more excitement about life - more presence and mental sharpness

Yesterday I made 3 online sales which were all the result of advertising which means my advertising is working better than before.
There's also a new App I installed on my website that advertises our products risk free as you pay nothing unless it generates a sale - In installed it months ago and forgot about it and it generated it's first sale yesterday. Great!

My average mood is continuing to creep up. I now feel like if I drop below contentment I can get back there pretty quickly. Just playing the positive aspects game in my mind has been the easiest and most reliable way to do this.

There's an increasing disidentification with the habits of my mind. The more time I spend being even a little deliberate with my thinking with the positive aspects game - the more I notice the patterns that kick in by themselves when I'm not being deliberate.

My interactions will my girlfriend are improving greatly. I think everything is improving really.

I'd like more mental clarity, focus, presence and sharpness. I'm glad that I'm aware of what habits lead to brain fog and dullness and which lead to clarity and sharpness.

Day 44: Reading Ab Hicks for 45mins each morning ( My no1 easiest and most reliable resistance releasing activity )
Day 20: posting here. Main guideline, focus on what's wanted with scant attention to unwanted
Day 5/6: Ab Hicks abundance meditation after reading
Dominant wants: More financial security - More fun at work - more excitement about life - more presence and mental sharpness

So... only talking about wanted! I'd like to feel 100% healthy and free from colds :) , looking forward to feeling better which I feel is very soon
I want to acknowledge that ... oooooh this is a good one ...... that my future finances are coming in response to my current thoughts.
AND! I definitely have the power to gradually improve the story I am telling in my mind about money so it gradually feels better and better

I'd like to pat myself on the back for reading and enjoying 'Money and the Law of attraction'. I can see how much my vibration has shifted in a good way since I tried to read it for the first time many years ago.

I want to feel secure, adequate, capable, powerful over my own life to allow good things.

I'll say again that reading Hicks for 45mins every morning has been tremendously effective for keeping me concourse for gradually improving vibrational balance.
There is much much more enjoyment in my life right now than before I start this and vastly improved interactions particularly with my girlfriend.

I'm enjoying noticing how reading Hicks feels different as I gradually feel better.

Generally speaking when negative emotion comes up - it's fairly mild. This is nice. I'm much better t being kind to myslef about negative emotion too.

Day 48: Reading Ab Hicks for 45mins each morning ( My no1 easiest and most reliable resistance releasing activity )
Day 23: posting here. Main guideline, focus on what's wanted with scant attention to unwanted

It's a fun coincidence that I get ill just as I hit the section about physical wellness in 'Money and the law of attraction' :)
I'm pleased that I'm well enough to be able to read and enjoy Hicks again in the morning for 45mins.
IT was interesting to read about the connection between thoughts and illness. I've become much more aware of the possibility of using illness as an excuse to give up on finding alignment, I'm enjoying playing with that - catching any moment of 'giving in'. Doing positive aspect exercises in my mind is still proving super helpful.

My average mood is still creeping up - in fact it's a little shocking (in a good way) how differently life looks and feels and what seems like a good way to do things while in this better place. I'm enjoying my awareness that this isn't a 'plateau', that now I really have the taste for this ( and believe I can keep improving my vibe ) life is gonna continue to improve.

Only focusing on wanted side of things......
Cold I getting better and better. Really enjoying reading Hicks again this morning. Ordered another Hicks book - bringing my total to 7! lol
This morning feels like another little tipping point into feeling better - teetering on actually feeling relaxed :)
I have a potential order coming in of £3,200 from one customer and £1,700 from another. I'm enjoying the understanding that just feeling good about these potentials will attract more good things!

I'm enjoying how surefooted I am getting on the best way to approach things e.g. I'd like to lose weight and I know more and more that gradually getting more thoughts in a better feeling place is the priority in order to achieve that.
