Abraham: It is your resistance.

Resistance can manifest as exhaustion, feeling tired & low energy
In the early days, as Esther was speaking for us, she would sit very still, allowing it, because there was great wanting, but really a little bit afraid also.
And so at the end of 10 minutes, she was very tired.
She would say, "Abraham is using me up too fast!"
She felt as if her physical body was being depleted.
And at the end of 10 minutes, there was not enough Energy in her body for her even to remain seated or standing. She went right to bed!
And so, we would speak for 10 minutes and she would spend the morning in bed. Not because the Energy was not of value to her. Not because there was detrimental Energy being offered. Not because there was anything bad happening. But because she was going in two directions.
She wanted and didn't' want.
And resistance is very tiring!
Once she relaxed and realized that we are good guys, not bad guys,
Once she realised that this is a glorious, uplifting, beneficial experience to her, and to anyone who participated within it,
now she is saying "yes" to all of it,
and now the Energy comes through and out, through and out, and she feels WONDERFUL!

Let's stop just for a moment, we're only going to interrupt briefly, but we think it is a good thing to say right here, right now:
when you care for others, when you want to care for others and you do, and you feel satisfied, you're getting something you want, aren't you?
(HS: YES!) So you can't separate your desire to be in uplifter; from your desire for getting what you want, Because you want to be an uplifter a hundred percent. -We just want to make sure, that was really clear to everyone! Because sometimes people think "I'm either a giver or a taker." They don't realize, that giving to others is the ultimate getting for yourself!!
HS:
I always easily find momentum in helping others, or you know, coming to support.things, things that I care about. What I have such a longing for, you know, no matter how much of myself I put into that. I have such a longing to create, and tell stories...
Abe:
Before you go into that- we're happy to go there, we want to say one other thing, that is: When your desire is to help others, and so your desire is to uplift them, your desire is to help explain the avenue for their calibration to their own connection, to their own source energy. We just wanted to be very clear, that
in the desire to help others is a fine line, between helping and implying "I do this for you, because I see you can not do it for yourself."
And so, as long as that's in place, then you're good to go.
OK, so what are you working on here? What's your question?
HS:
As much as I put into that, on a day to day... what my calling is, I feel so strongly about telling stories. Creating, um, stories. Making films and, when it's the day to day, oh my friend, has this going on? Oh, there's this job to work on, give it my all, it's easy to find momentum in that. (But) when it comes to times that I'm leaving that to work on stories I want to elaborate on, projects that I want...
Abe:
What will happen to you as you are living in your world, and you are being called as you often are, by your inner being to the fulfilment of something, your gathering of stories to tell will be so immense, that nothing will keep you from doing that!
HS:
I find it very challenging to keep the momentum to actually do it well.
Abe:
It's not your job to keep the momentum! It's your job to stay true to your focus, and the momentum will follow naturally.
So, whats distracting you from your focus?
HS:
I think... if I feel like I have no more momentum by the time I get to that.
Abe:
But we think it's something different!
(HS: okay.) It's that! But here's WHY: One on one, as people come across your path, it seems like the most natural thing in the world for you to just proceed. But it doesn't yet, to you, feel like the most natural thing in the world, to write a script or to produce a product like that. That feels like a bigger stretch for you, and so you contradict your energy by saying, "I'm not ready" -when you are ready! Because it is as easy to create a castle as a button. It's the same process, exactly.
So, what we're saying to you is: As you allow yourself to enjoy the living of life, the observing of life, the conclusions that come to you about life... and you follow those impulses, and you find yourself really effective at uplifting, then you'll feel that momentum, once everything's in alignment for you. (...)
It's not that the world isn't ready for you. It's that you're not quite ready for your own intention!
And it mostly has to do with thinking that it's harder to do big things, than small things. It isn't true, but it feels like that, in the beginning. The momentum will be so strong, you will not be able to stop yourself from moving forward in that way. Also, -this is gonna make a lot of sense to you, because you already think like a movie maker. You like to watch movies. So, we're going to offer some words here, that will come to mean a lot to you, as you become this movie maker.
A movie, your movie, has to be vibrationally accurate- or they will not please you.
So, life is vibrationally accurate. And so, in some cases, you help people and its easy in some cases, you help people and its not so easy. In other words, you're good at helping them, but they're all not in the receiving mode, are they? And so, you are coming to understand in real terms, how the laws of the universe work. But more important, how people are responding to them.
How some have some awareness, how some don't. How some picked up their awareness from a wise grandmother, and how some got it from a basketball coach. How some didn't know it until they met you, but they were eager for it. ...You'll come to realize, that some people with really, really strong desire -who don't believe it at all, but their desire is so strong! Their desire is strong enough, that it carries them through. And you'll be able to explain that, through your movies. And you'll be able to explain why some people, who don't want it that much- who have every way in the world to do it, they could believe it if they wanted to, they just don't, don't make anything happen.
You'll have all of these combinations, and you'll be able to put all of them into your movie! So, that you will leave your watchers of your movies with an understanding of how this really works.
There's just not some pat little formula, that works for everyone, all the time! There are laws that are consistent, but there are lots of different approaches to it. Which, if you give your self enough opportunity to have ...trial and error is not the right word, but you know what we mean... the opportunity to succeed more with some, than others. And to evaluate what happened, and to watch a consistent breakthrough-pattern begin to happen, when you say such and such.
You're going to hone your craft at what you want to teach, before you teach it on a large scale!
HS:
How do I make that more of my every day?
Abe:
By doing what you do every day! Can you feel how it's the exact same intention, and we will tell you that you were born with!? It's the exact same intention that you feel, that you want to help this person who's standing right in front of you, who could benefit from some guidance, as it is the desire to produce something large, that will be received on a big scale. It's the same desire. It's the identical desire. It's just that your belief factor is more with the one on one, than it is with the other, (but it won't always be that way), you talk to those.
And we encourage that you do it! Seek out interviews with those who are now succeeding at what you intend to do, and listen to them. They will tell you what we just told you. Sometimes their intentions are out ahead of their belief... here's something really good. You're going to get this really clearly: You heard us just now say, that sometimes someone that you're wanting to help, their desire is so strong... like the mother, who picks the piano up off her child. Who never thought she could pick a piano up, off her child -until her child needed a piano picked up off of them!
And then suddenly her desire was so strong, that she was able to do something that she never ever believed that she could do. Because the desire factor kicked in and surpassed everything else.
So you're gonna meet people like that, and then you're gonna become one of them. When your desire is strong enough to overcome the beliefs you've been carrying around... tell this story through all kinds of different ways, but here are a couple of ways, and you can sort out which works best for you!
We like to say: If your car is going a hundred miles an hour and it hits a tree, it's a bigger problem than if it's going five miles an hour and hits a tree. Well, people come away from that story with two different conclusions. Sometimes people say "I'm never gonna drive fast because I don't want to hit trees. And some people say, if I'm gonna hit a tree, I wanna hit it when I'm going slow, but
what we mean by it is, if you're going fast enough, the tree will not be in the way.
In other words, you can go fast enough that your resistance will not be a problem, so then we go on with our explanation of deliberate creation. And we say to you:
"You don't want to try to rid yourself of desire! What you want to do is release resistence".
-So you want to release beliefs, that are keeping you from believing.
-You want to practice thoughts, that are about what you want, and
-you want to no longer practice the thoughts about "where will I get the funding, and how will I get the support..." and all of that.
Don't practice those thoughts! Those thoughts don't mean anything, and they don't help you. And they're not necessary!
When it's time for that, you'll be guided to it! Nothing could keep you from that!
You say... in religious terms, people talk about faith.
And what they mean is, believing in something they can't see yet. Well, that's what we're asking of you! We're asking you to believe in what you want, without seeing the immediate path to get to it. Because that's how it works! When you want it, your inner being is all over. It it's happening. The only question is, how much are you gonna go through, before you let yourself believe it?
And as you listen to others, you'll hear lots of stories about how finally it just clicked in with them, but mostly you know what will happen to you. You'll keep meeting people, who would be so benefitted by what you know, that you'll just develop this powerful desire to -once and for all- find a way to explain it to them.

Sometimes, it takes a lot of trouble to stir up a desire in somebody. Sort of, why you all said: "Yeah, I'll pick this time on planet Earth! Seems like, they'll be quite a bit of trouble. Just enough! Not so much to paralyze me, but enough to get me going!" -yeah, good!

Trying too hard is resisting! For this reason... when you think about this... if you decide that you want to go to the grocery store and buy a quart of milk. Did you ever find yourself trying too hard? Or do you just go get it? And the reason you just go get it is, because you have absolute knowledge! ...You know that you have the ability to go. You know you have the money in your purse. You know the milk will be there. When you get there... in other words, that there is no doubt! And so there is no trying against anything!
And so, whenever you're trying too hard, what is happening is: There is a part of you, that is not believing that it can be. And so, in your wanting to compensate with action, you offer more action. And what we are wanting you to understand is, that you cannot act enough.
There is not enough action in the world to compensate for your taking part of the energy, and sending it in the other direction in the form of negative emotion.
If you've got negative emotion about something, you're stuck there. And no action is going to change it!
The only thing that's going to change it, is by releasing the thought.
Which is bringing forth the negative emotion, and replacing it with the thought that brings positive emotion. And then, the action will come joyfully, you see!

There are basically three arenas of shortage consciousness, that many of you are participating with:
-Shortage consciousness around money (not enough-ness),
-shortage consciousness around time (I have too much to do and not enough time to do it in),
-and shortage consciousness about space (I have too much stuff for my space, or I don’t have enough stuff for my space).
And when you focus on any of those things that cause you to feel lackful, you impede, you put a filter on, you block the flow of the abundance that’s in the Vortex that you’re calling to you. Your Inner Being is just flowing. Here’s how it works, because there’s no assertion: You were Source Energy before you came into this physical body and still are. A part of you became this physical personality, but the larger part of you is still this Source Energy.
So there is a circle that is you, that includes the Nonphysical and the physical, and you are one, the Nonphysical and the physical.
And the physical you decides that you would like some things, and you throw it into your Vortex.
And the Nonphysical you finds a vibrational alignment with it, and becomes it immediately.
So when your Inner Being is attracting the things that you desire, it feels like your Inner Being is giving them to you. But what your Inner Being is really doing is attracting them to the bigger part of you, through you. Did you get that?

Chronic physical Pain is the Indicator of many Desires, that you are denying yourself to fulfill!
-Indecision.
(same trains of thought as with not having enough money!)
HS:
I'm kind of new to thinking this way, and I can feel everything feels right, with what you're saying. Does it work physically, too?
Abe: Yeah.
HS:
I have chronic pain. And when I live with pain, all the time- how do I unthink the pain?
Abe:
Well, it is harder just like with our friend. It's harder to have an occupation where she's focused continually on something that we're encouraging not to think about for a while. And so, when something's hurting in your body, it's hard not to notice it. So look at it this way... you're gonna like this. So let's say that your goal is to have a whole lot more money than you have. And your logic tells you, that it's not just going to fall into your bank account today. But you could -in five or ten minutes of conversation- you could find the feeling or the essence of prosperity!.
So, you could accomplish the feeling of prosperity even though the reality, the manifested actualization of money, hasn't come, yet.
Does that make sense? So, you could have physical pain - which is the same thing as the absence of the money - and focus upon or find the feeling place of alignment, and freedom from that pain. It's like calling pain the manifestation of something that you are changing the vibration of. We like that analogy. If you can feel rich, when you don't have any money, you can feel pain free when you've got pain. It's the same process of thinking.
It's just a little harder when it's so up... money is tricky, too, because money or lack of it, affects you all day long. And pain affects you all day long! And maybe not having something that you want affects you all day long- but not as much. So, you have to use the power of your mind, you have to be a little more disciplined, you have to be a little more decided.
So, we're gonna tell you some things about pain that we think, will help you a lot.
If you have resistance - if you have a belief that is contradicting a desire - you're gonna feel negative emotion about it. And the more you want the desire and the more you don't believe it, the stronger that resistance is going to feel. So, if you've got resistance - if you've got that negative emotion within you, which is simply the indication that you're not up to speed with who you really are - you're holding yourself back.
Part of you is going, and the other part of you isn't going which causes this tug of war. Which is what the feeling of negative emotion is. If you've got negative emotion and you don't recognize it and do something to soften it, it will get bigger. It will become more and more and more and more and more- and eventually it becomes physical pain.
Physical pain is just an extension of - it's an indication of - resistance!
But it's not very helpful to someone to say, "Well, your pain is because you've got resistance. Get rid of it," because if you could get rid of it, you would. But it is helpful to know that you can do something about it, and the thing that is most important for you to understand...oh... most people think that when they have physical pain, that there must be something really, really big and important that they are denying. And that is rarely the situation. What it is, is a whole bunch of things that you care about that you're just denying. And a lot of people are doing the same thing.
You have so many beliefs that are contradicting so many desires. That's all that it is!
Beliefs that contradict desires.
And so, now you've focused on that, when it comes up and you're actually in the moment of doing it, you'll catch yourself doing it. And then maybe, if you care about it, you can soften the thought just a little bit. Here's the other thing, now that was not all that helpful. Because what we just said to you is, "You're doing stuff and you don't know you're doing it and that's why you hurt. So don't do that anymore." That was completely not helpful.
But it is the basis. It's important to understand that, so, in that way it has the potential of being helpful! It's just not helpful, yet. But this will be helpful right away: In the same way that we're talking to you about your open-circuit, relative to something that you want, your body has trillions of cells that are consciousness - that are open circuits. And when the circuits in your body are open to each other, and to the impulses that are coming from your central nervous system and from your thinking system, in other words, when your circuits are open, you thrive. Open circuits are what makes you intend to pick up that glass of water, and be able to do it. It's what makes your body respond to your thought. Those are open circuits, you see. And so, even though you have more open circuits than not- all of you-, you might be closing some of those circuits down through thoughts or beliefs that you have.
So, in the same way that we were demonstrating that if you have a desire, and a belief that matches it- then the circuit is wide open and the Universe can deliver to you - you can get back - what you want. It's just an open circuit. But if you want something that you don't believe, then it's like electrocuting yourself. And you don't get it back, and it doesn't feel good, and the result is negative emotion. Stronger result than negative emotion is physical pain. Which means... Pain always means this:
The cells of your body are requesting things that are being offered, that you're resistant thought is keeping them from receiving. So, pain means - first and foremost - help's on the way!
It means, the cells are asking, because they know how to stay in balance. The cells of your body are so brilliant! They are such genius consciousness. Think about it. Do you ever think about your body? How incredible it is? You don't lie in bed at night and keep your own blood pumping. You don't make that a conscious thing, that you do. There are so many things, that you call unconscious! Unconscious success in your body, that the cells of your body are tending to. And the cells of your body are regenerating, they're becoming new, over and over and over again.
And so, they don't hold old beliefs!
Because they're becoming new again. But you teach them the beliefs that are hindering through your thoughts. In other words, when you think about getting older and, therefore, you're teaching the cells of your body things that cause resistance- that don't let the circuits flow. So, when your cells ask for something and the circuit is closed, that equals pain. That's all that it is. And you get a few trillion cells asking, and not receiving- then the physical result to you is: you don't feel so good.
Did you hear us when we said, "It's not a big thing?" You don't have some big, terrible, hairy, secret doubt within you! It's just a whole bunch of stuff, like, "I'd like to do that, but I can't." -Something that simple. And just multiply that by a few dozen times a day, about a few hundred subjects, and then you've got resistance. That's all that it is.
HS:
Is... is that why when I get really angry about something... I can move!
Abe:
It gets worse?
HS:
No, I can move for a while.
Abe:
When you get angry... What happens when you really know what you don't want is: you know what you do want.
And so, your belief or your desire has just been emphasized! This is really good, because this is something that we said for the first time today, and this is the follow-through on it. So we are appreciating your observation! Because this is, what it means. You know earlier, when we said to you that if you've got a very clear desire, it doesn't matter what you believe?
So, when something happens that really made you angry, because you knew you really didn't want it, it made you know you really did want it and for a moment, the energy really flowed in a powerful way. Yeah, the desire was dominant for a moment! As you said: "FOR A MOMENT." Yeah.
HS:
So, I don't wanna stay angry all the time, though!
Abe:
Well, beats hurting! (big laughter) Clarifying is just gonna keep coming to you. But, don't overthink it, but pay attention to the way you feel. Haven't you noticed that, all of you!- we're asking, all of you, that- but you'll be able to answer this specifically, too. But, all of you think about this:
Isn't one of the most uncomfortable moments that moment of indecision?
About anything. Should I do this or should I do that? That uncomfortable decision that...it's kind of like you just sort of paralyzed, and then, isn't the opposite true when you've decided something?
-When you decide something, don't you then feel like getting into motion?
-Don't the ideas begin flowing?
-Doesn't the magic start happening, once you've decided about something? And so, the same thing is true about this.
The helpful things that we've given you here... first of all, there's not anything big that's gone wrong. You don't have some big belief that is hindering you! You just have - like almost everybody else - a lot of hindering thoughts about things that do matter to you.
And our friend who said earlier, "I just decided not to care. I just accepted that I was probably not going to get called on." -And there was such power in that! Because as soon as she accepted that she wasn't going to get called on, she'd let go of the struggle of that. And when she let go of the struggle, the resistance went away, and the light around her - it was like suddenly she turned to beacon of light on that!- took our attention right to her.
When you decide that you're just not gonna worry about the physical discomfort... you're just not gonna worry about it! You're not going to exaggerate it, you're not gonna try to explain it to anybody, you're just gonna accept it. You're just not gonna try to make a big thing about it. You're just gonna accept it. You're just gonna accept it. Just accept it without trying to change it, without wondering how it got there, without feeling like you did something wrong, without turning it into more.
It just is and it's okay.
"Well, it just is and it's okay." That feeling of, "It's okay," diffuses so much!
One day, not too long ago, Esther was in a hotel like this and she was going through the kitchen, back to her suite on the segment of refreshment. And she rides the service elevator, because it's a more direct route up - she doesn't bump into so many of you. So, she got on the elevator with a man who belongs on the elevator, because he works back there. And he saw Esther and knew she didn't belong. And so, he explained to her there's another elevator for you. And Esther's looking at him - he was so sweet - and then his next words were, "But you didn't know. But you didn't know."
And, Esther just wanted to lick his face! She just wanted to wrap him up. She felt such tenderness and such understanding from him! Not wanting to make her wrong. And she thought, 'Oh, this is the most delicious moment that I think I've ever stood in, where I'm doing something totally off-limits and totally inappropriate. I could not be doing anything more wrong in this moment, than being on the elevator, with all the dirty clothes... "But you didn't know. You didn't know."
And this is the way we want you to feel about anything that isn't going the way you want it!
You didn't know that the cells of your body are communicating with each other! And you didn't know that you were blocking them, with your negative thoughts. You didn't know! You just thought, your negative thoughts were just negative thoughts. And you also thought, that they were logical negative thoughts! And that they were understood negative thoughts. And that they were commonly thought negative thoughts! You didn't know...!
But now you know! Now you know. In other words, now you know! Esther explained to him, "They gave me permission for this," and then she wanted to give back to him. She said, "but you didn't know." -Just giving everybody the benefit of the benefit of the benefit! Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Everything's all right. And the cells of your body know, that everything's all right! And the cells of your body are not letting you down: They're asking for what they need and in that softer vibration...
See that? See that? You got that? You know what that is? You feel that? ...That's your confirmation! That's your inner being saying to you, "You didn't know! But now, you know." Did you feel that on your cheek, just now? (HS mumbles)
Yeah. You're not having a stroke. Lots of things like that. That's you, releasing enough resistance that you're allowing energy to flow where a moment ago you weren't allowing it to flow. You're gonna begin feeling a lot of twitters. Yeah.
HS:
It's a good thing?
Abe:
It is a VERY good thing.

I have chronic pain. And when I live with pain, all the time- how do I unthink the pain?
Abe:
Well, it is harder just like with our friend. It's harder to have an occupation where she's focused continually on something that we're encouraging not to think about for a while. And so, when something's hurting in your body, it's hard not to notice it. So look at it this way... you're gonna like this. So let's say that your goal is to have a whole lot more money than you have. And your logic tells you, that it's not just going to fall into your bank account today. But you could -in five or ten minutes of conversation- you could find the feeling or the essence of prosperity!.
So, you could accomplish the feeling of prosperity even though the reality, the manifested actualization of money, hasn't come, yet.
Does that make sense? So, you could have physical pain - which is the same thing as the absence of the money - and focus upon or find the feeling place of alignment, and freedom from that pain. It's like calling pain the manifestation of something that you are changing the vibration of. We like that analogy. If you can feel rich, when you don't have any money, you can feel pain free when you've got pain. It's the same process of thinking.
It's just a little harder when it's so up... money is tricky, too, because money or lack of it, affects you all day long. And pain affects you all day long! And maybe not having something that you want affects you all day long- but not as much. So, you have to use the power of your mind, you have to be a little more disciplined, you have to be a little more decided.
So, we're gonna tell you some things about pain that we think, will help you a lot.
If you have resistance - if you have a belief that is contradicting a desire - you're gonna feel negative emotion about it. And the more you want the desire and the more you don't believe it, the stronger that resistance is going to feel. So, if you've got resistance - if you've got that negative emotion within you, which is simply the indication that you're not up to speed with who you really are - you're holding yourself back.
Part of you is going, and the other part of you isn't going which causes this tug of war. Which is what the feeling of negative emotion is. If you've got negative emotion and you don't recognize it and do something to soften it, it will get bigger. It will become more and more and more and more and more- and eventually it becomes physical pain.
Physical pain is just an extension of - it's an indication of - resistance!
But it's not very helpful to someone to say, "Well, your pain is because you've got resistance. Get rid of it," because if you could get rid of it, you would. But it is helpful to know that you can do something about it, and the thing that is most important for you to understand...oh... most people think that when they have physical pain, that there must be something really, really big and important that they are denying. And that is rarely the situation. What it is, is a whole bunch of things that you care about that you're just denying. And a lot of people are doing the same thing.
You have so many beliefs that are contradicting so many desires. That's all that it is!
Beliefs that contradict desires.
And so, now you've focused on that, when it comes up and you're actually in the moment of doing it, you'll catch yourself doing it. And then maybe, if you care about it, you can soften the thought just a little bit. Here's the other thing, now that was not all that helpful. Because what we just said to you is, "You're doing stuff and you don't know you're doing it and that's why you hurt. So don't do that anymore." That was completely not helpful.
But it is the basis. It's important to understand that, so, in that way it has the potential of being helpful! It's just not helpful, yet. But this will be helpful right away: In the same way that we're talking to you about your open-circuit, relative to something that you want, your body has trillions of cells that are consciousness - that are open circuits. And when the circuits in your body are open to each other, and to the impulses that are coming from your central nervous system and from your thinking system, in other words, when your circuits are open, you thrive. Open circuits are what makes you intend to pick up that glass of water, and be able to do it. It's what makes your body respond to your thought. Those are open circuits, you see. And so, even though you have more open circuits than not- all of you-, you might be closing some of those circuits down through thoughts or beliefs that you have.
So, in the same way that we were demonstrating that if you have a desire, and a belief that matches it- then the circuit is wide open and the Universe can deliver to you - you can get back - what you want. It's just an open circuit. But if you want something that you don't believe, then it's like electrocuting yourself. And you don't get it back, and it doesn't feel good, and the result is negative emotion. Stronger result than negative emotion is physical pain. Which means... Pain always means this:
The cells of your body are requesting things that are being offered, that you're resistant thought is keeping them from receiving. So, pain means - first and foremost - help's on the way!
It means, the cells are asking, because they know how to stay in balance. The cells of your body are so brilliant! They are such genius consciousness. Think about it. Do you ever think about your body? How incredible it is? You don't lie in bed at night and keep your own blood pumping. You don't make that a conscious thing, that you do. There are so many things, that you call unconscious! Unconscious success in your body, that the cells of your body are tending to. And the cells of your body are regenerating, they're becoming new, over and over and over again.
And so, they don't hold old beliefs!
Because they're becoming new again. But you teach them the beliefs that are hindering through your thoughts. In other words, when you think about getting older and, therefore, you're teaching the cells of your body things that cause resistance- that don't let the circuits flow. So, when your cells ask for something and the circuit is closed, that equals pain. That's all that it is. And you get a few trillion cells asking, and not receiving- then the physical result to you is: you don't feel so good.
Did you hear us when we said, "It's not a big thing?" You don't have some big, terrible, hairy, secret doubt within you! It's just a whole bunch of stuff, like, "I'd like to do that, but I can't." -Something that simple. And just multiply that by a few dozen times a day, about a few hundred subjects, and then you've got resistance. That's all that it is.
HS:
Is... is that why when I get really angry about something... I can move!
Abe:
It gets worse?
HS:
No, I can move for a while.
Abe:
When you get angry... What happens when you really know what you don't want is: you know what you do want.
And so, your belief or your desire has just been emphasized! This is really good, because this is something that we said for the first time today, and this is the follow-through on it. So we are appreciating your observation! Because this is, what it means. You know earlier, when we said to you that if you've got a very clear desire, it doesn't matter what you believe?
So, when something happens that really made you angry, because you knew you really didn't want it, it made you know you really did want it and for a moment, the energy really flowed in a powerful way. Yeah, the desire was dominant for a moment! As you said: "FOR A MOMENT." Yeah.
HS:
So, I don't wanna stay angry all the time, though!
Abe:
Well, beats hurting! (big laughter) Clarifying is just gonna keep coming to you. But, don't overthink it, but pay attention to the way you feel. Haven't you noticed that, all of you!- we're asking, all of you, that- but you'll be able to answer this specifically, too. But, all of you think about this:
Isn't one of the most uncomfortable moments that moment of indecision?
About anything. Should I do this or should I do that? That uncomfortable decision that...it's kind of like you just sort of paralyzed, and then, isn't the opposite true when you've decided something?
-When you decide something, don't you then feel like getting into motion?
-Don't the ideas begin flowing?
-Doesn't the magic start happening, once you've decided about something? And so, the same thing is true about this.
The helpful things that we've given you here... first of all, there's not anything big that's gone wrong. You don't have some big belief that is hindering you! You just have - like almost everybody else - a lot of hindering thoughts about things that do matter to you.
And our friend who said earlier, "I just decided not to care. I just accepted that I was probably not going to get called on." -And there was such power in that! Because as soon as she accepted that she wasn't going to get called on, she'd let go of the struggle of that. And when she let go of the struggle, the resistance went away, and the light around her - it was like suddenly she turned to beacon of light on that!- took our attention right to her.
When you decide that you're just not gonna worry about the physical discomfort... you're just not gonna worry about it! You're not going to exaggerate it, you're not gonna try to explain it to anybody, you're just gonna accept it. You're just not gonna try to make a big thing about it. You're just gonna accept it. You're just gonna accept it. Just accept it without trying to change it, without wondering how it got there, without feeling like you did something wrong, without turning it into more.
It just is and it's okay.
"Well, it just is and it's okay." That feeling of, "It's okay," diffuses so much!
One day, not too long ago, Esther was in a hotel like this and she was going through the kitchen, back to her suite on the segment of refreshment. And she rides the service elevator, because it's a more direct route up - she doesn't bump into so many of you. So, she got on the elevator with a man who belongs on the elevator, because he works back there. And he saw Esther and knew she didn't belong. And so, he explained to her there's another elevator for you. And Esther's looking at him - he was so sweet - and then his next words were, "But you didn't know. But you didn't know."
And, Esther just wanted to lick his face! She just wanted to wrap him up. She felt such tenderness and such understanding from him! Not wanting to make her wrong. And she thought, 'Oh, this is the most delicious moment that I think I've ever stood in, where I'm doing something totally off-limits and totally inappropriate. I could not be doing anything more wrong in this moment, than being on the elevator, with all the dirty clothes... "But you didn't know. You didn't know."
And this is the way we want you to feel about anything that isn't going the way you want it!
You didn't know that the cells of your body are communicating with each other! And you didn't know that you were blocking them, with your negative thoughts. You didn't know! You just thought, your negative thoughts were just negative thoughts. And you also thought, that they were logical negative thoughts! And that they were understood negative thoughts. And that they were commonly thought negative thoughts! You didn't know...!
But now you know! Now you know. In other words, now you know! Esther explained to him, "They gave me permission for this," and then she wanted to give back to him. She said, "but you didn't know." -Just giving everybody the benefit of the benefit of the benefit! Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Everything's all right. And the cells of your body know, that everything's all right! And the cells of your body are not letting you down: They're asking for what they need and in that softer vibration...
See that? See that? You got that? You know what that is? You feel that? ...That's your confirmation! That's your inner being saying to you, "You didn't know! But now, you know." Did you feel that on your cheek, just now? (HS mumbles)
Yeah. You're not having a stroke. Lots of things like that. That's you, releasing enough resistance that you're allowing energy to flow where a moment ago you weren't allowing it to flow. You're gonna begin feeling a lot of twitters. Yeah.

Because it seems illogical to them, that there is power
in relaxation, in letting go, in love or in bliss.
Most people do not understand that their power lies in releasing resistance.
Which is the only obstacle to their true power!

What Tears are: Releasing of Resistance.

I'd like to have you talk about The Human Experience of tears.
And I'm curious about it, because they come in all sorts of forms- whether people win the lottery, or they go bankrupt, or a baby is born, or someone dies. Tears seem to be a somewhat Universal expression for a wide range of emotions! Could you explain the commonality in that experience?
Abe:
The commonality is this:
There is release, every time. Release of what?
Release of resistance- every time.
Now there is a variable here. But usually the amount of Tears is proportionate to the amount of release. So, think about the examples that you offered here!
Someone dies- well that one's easy. Enormous relief or release. And if you have been close to the one who is making their transition, and you've watched them struggle, suffer, struggle, suffer, struggle, suffer... and then you see, in a moment that struggling- suffering stop. Sometimes if you are vibrationally in alignment with who you really are enough, so you can feel the Ecstasy that they feel as they release into non-physical! But at a minimum you're experiencing the relief of watching the suffering stop, you see.
In moments of extreme joy it is an abrupt focusing from something less joyful into something more joyful. As Jerry and Esther were driving from where their monster-bus is parked to the hotel yesterday, their car was closed up, and no outside air was coming in, or very little. And Esther said to Jerry: "I'm getting the vibration of orange blossoms, even though I haven't seen them! And I don't think I'm smelling them yet, but at some level I'm beginning to smell them!" and Jerry is sniffing and Esther's sniffing, and they're pretty sure they're not actually smelling them yet- but at some level they were receiving the vibration of those orange blossoms. Which was bringing up some memory of something wonderful.
And when Esther got out of the car, to go into the 7-Eleven to buy the bottle of water, tears filled her eyes, as her lungs were filled with the real life fragrance undeniable of orange blossoms! In other words- "I wasn't imagining it!" she thought. There it was, now! -Seems silly to be so moved and so touched by something, but what it was, was an awareness of something lovely, and an expectation of having a manifestation of it. And then, the realism of the manifestation of it! -Even something like that can bring a sensitive one to tears of appreciation. Which were relief, from what? Now this is what we're talking about! In that relief-factor, you see!
And this is the reason this question is so magnificent, because it gives us an opportunity to talk about the relief-factor. No matter where you are, along the emotional scale, you talk about things that should make you sad, making you cry, and things that should make you happy, making you cry. And we say: It's all about the relativity of moving from one vibration to another.
And so, the more sensitive you are to vibration, the more that relief-factor would play in.
There are people who cry at everything! -Esther watches people win money on game shows, it makes her cry. She likes the feeling of them, moving into a new place in their personal manifestation, you see. So, sensitivity to vibration could make you cry easily.
Or, jumping a big vibration and having a big wad of release could make you cry.
