Being a Boss, or a Leader
(LoA, being the "Manager")
You've heard us refer to Law of Attraction as a manager, who understands your vibration and understands the vibration of everybody else, and puts you together in a perfect dance. So, when you have a business, or a corporation, or a project, there are many different facets of it, that need to be answered by many different talents, and many different willingnesses.
As you look at the balance of your planet today, every day Jerry and Esther appreciate those who work in the Food Service Industries. And those that repair the highways! And those that build the buildings. Even though, they don't want to do any of that! And as they feel appreciation for the variety of talents and willingnesses, the universe then can yield to them whatever is necessary to augment their experience, as they are moving along.
Now if they were to sit in a restaurant and feel guilty that they are living this extraordinary life, and that there are Cooks in the kitchen, having to cook food, or waiters having to bring the food to them- they could use that focal point as their excuse not to allow their own wellbeing to flow. And nothing would change for those people, because those people are at the vibration where that is the best suited thing for them, right now!
-For some of them it's a perfect vibrational match, to what they want.
-For some of them it's not a match to what they want, but it's a match to what they believe.
But Jerry and Esther don't have to orchestrate that! Because law of attraction is the manager, that is orchestrating all of that, you see.
So, as you realize that there are people who are working for you, who are very happy working for you, right now- who are in the process of working for you, launching desires that will later be satisfied, outside of your work environment, but right now the Law of Attraction has put them with you because right now they are a vibrational match to you... what troubles you is that sometimes they are a vibrational match to you, and that's why you're all together. But then they're speaking their discord, which makes you think that you've done something wrong, or that you should free them, or that you should teach them something different.
And sometimes it's a little bit of a struggle, because if all of the people, who are working with you, were vibrating exactly as you are- they would not fit in your life.
If you are the creative genius of an organization, you don't need 20 creative Geniuses. You need somebody to run the computers, and somebody to do the accounting. You need people that are at different vibrational places, that all work together with you! And we think that your struggle has been, we can feel little a large part of it at least, is that you're trying to find their places for them. And that's not your job.
Your job is to stay true to your desire- and let Law of Attraction bring them to you, at the perfect timing.
And it's going to be a passing parade that moves through your experience. You are an uplifter, and everyone who interacts with you will benefit from the interaction- whether they stay with you a week, or a month, or a year, or 10 years, you see. It's going to be a passing parade. And we think you are sensitive, and you care very much how they are doing. And because you care very much how they are doing, you listen too much to what they are saying! And then it takes a toll on your vibration. And then you feel a little resentment about that. That's the "sometimes not a very good day", that you were describing!

My question is is this, that every time, or anything that I want, anything at all, um, I create it. Literally I feel like I'm one of the most lucky people out there! And I was just saying um, I tell people I literally go running off cliffs, and know that the net is going to appear- and it happens time and time and time again. And I feel so fortunate to have that! We want to give you something here, that will help you a great deal, because as we hear you talk about coming from a Catholic background and all of that guilt, we want to say to you, that everybody comes from some background. In other words, everybody that's standing here in the powerful now came from something, that came before. And even though where you stand now- by all of the choices that you've been making, feels a whole lot better to you, than where you stood in some of those former places.
Condemning those former places only messes up your now!
What we're saying to you is: You came from a glorious background, that gave you stability at the time. It gave you a format to to move from.
In other words, you don't have to feel angry about it, or wish that it had been something different. It was the platform that led, that led, that led, that led, that led to where you are now. And so as you stand in your now, and you say: "I'm in such a good place and I feel appreciation for everything that came before, because all of it was part of it! Even the contrast that didn't please me shot off rockets, that are partly responsible for where I am now."
Can you feel the ease that comes through you?
In other words we would like you to proudly say: "I come from this Catholic background, and it served me so well at the time. And now I'm thinking thoughts that are along this (new) line, but there's still a basis." Because within every religion, within every basis of every background, there are powerful parts that are of enormous value, you see! There's something deeper in your question. You want to get more specific?
HS:
Um, I'd like to know say why am I so emotional about this. Because, um, I think it's just a, well, (...) because I appreciate everybody's time and letting me you know ask this question from you to...
Abe:
But the more they understand about what you're asking, the more they will benefit from the moment, too!
HS:
Well I'll give you an example. The first time that I came to an Abraham session which was a year and a half ago... I own a software company. And at the time we were raising financing. And I came here and I asked the question, I said, you know, "I don't know how many employees it was, 20 or something at the time. And I said "I'm running out of money, and I really need to raise some money, and I would really like to meet somebody, that's going to, you know, help us with this!" Well, I was in fact just telling the story.
I left the Abraham session at the end of the day, and my friends who came along with me, we hopped into a cab, and one of the men from the Abraham session and his significant other, who was there, hopped into the cab with us. We headed off to a Spurs game, because we went to a San Antonio session. And in the cab, the man says: "Well, I'll give you some money!" -and he wrote us $100,000 check! Literally, like that! And it happened that day!
And that's how things keep happening! Literally, um you know, I say: "I want this to happen" and it happens. That day. And... you know, I think part of where I have this deeper questioning coming from, is that as CEO of this, (mumbling) ...yesterday I was dealing with some of our employees who were having a somewhat rough day. And while we were were talking, I thought gosh Ingrid, you're so lucky to be so blessed but there are people around you, that are having a rough time. And they're not able to just dream something up, and have things happen! And what that does to me, when I question myself is, it takes things longer to have happen.
Abe:
-Well, think about why! Now, don't get confused about what's happening:
-When you look at your own life, and you feel appreciation for how well it's going, you hold yourself in a vibration that continues that.
When you look at people you love, and you imagine them having that kind of life, even though they're not having it yet, you still hold yourself in vibrational harmony with well-being, and you still allow it.
-But when you look at people that you love who are not having the life that they want, and you notice that- in this moment they're not having the life that they want, and you suffer with them a little bit. Then you are using them as your excuse to not allow your energy to flow.
In other words, you're using them as a temporary excuse to pinch it off, just a little bit!
The best thing that you can do for anyone is to thrive.
The best thing that you can do for anyone, is to open your Vortex, open your valve to Source energy, and allow the energy to flow. You cannot wish everyone else into alignment, because they must find their own place of alignment.
HS:
(...) Essentially, we all have this, um, ability (of channeling source) and it's just accepting that. And I think I was thinking as she was asking that question, I thought well, we all know what's really true! It's just we need some reassurance, sometimes. I need reassurance, sometimes!

We' like you, wanting reassurance! But we also like to remind you, that the Universe is constantly giving you feedback, about where your vibration is! In other words, there's not a shred of evidence to the contrary of this, that we are teaching about Law of Attraction. And so, you are constantly in a life-giving "workshop"! That is always letting you know, what your vibrational nature is. You can tell in every moment, whether you're letting it in or not!
Once you know the way the game is played, and you know the way the game is played... in other words you can tell when you're letting it in. Part of your confusion here, we think, is that a lot of this is coming naturally to you. We think, you've been saying for a very long time how lucky you are! You could start out as a little child, who has a grandmother, who understands the idea of being lucky, who conveys to you that you're lucky. Who reinforces it with you, just a little bit! And you can always have things going well for you, without having any knowledge about Law of Attraction!
You don't have to speak the Law of Attraction-language, in order to be offering a vibration that lets wellbeing flow!
What do you think is troubling you?

Just getting peace with the sense... that that's okay. That it's okay!

So is a question that you're asking "I am so blessed, because I have found ways to allow the energy to flow. Is it really all right for me to get what seems to be way more, than my fair share of well-being? While there are others who are out there, pinching themselves off from it?"

Right! And not that I don't have a bad day! I don't want to leave the impression that I... every day is... is like...

Oh well, now you're trying to justify, for the benefit of the others! (laughter) In other words... (...) We understand what you're doing with that! In other words, you're not wanting people to see you in that light of perfection, too much! (Laughter)
Because it's hard for a struggler to appreciate a lucky one!
It's a little bit in there. And we would like you to never feel any desire, whatsoever, to express anything about your bad day. Because your bad day is such a freakish anomaly in the scope of what your life really is, you see!
We never hear you say: Well I've been well for so long. I think I'll be sick for a while, to allow more sick people to be well! I heard that there are 100,000 really sick people in my small community. And I've been so well- I've made a decision to call someone up. I'm going to be sick, so they can be well!"
Silly, isn't it? It's not related at all!! There is well-being, and you're letting it in. And whether they are, or not, has nothing to do with you!!
There is abundance there, well-being of all nature. And as you let it in, it has nothing to do with what anybody else is doing! We think this is the heart of your mild struggle. And we think, what we're going to say to you here, is at the heart of the remedy for it. So, just relax and we're going to ramble just a little bit here.

And nothing would change for those people, because those people are at the vibration where that is the best suited thing for them, right now!

So, as you realize that there are people who are working for you, who are very happy working for you, right now- who are in the process of working for you, launching desires that will later be satisfied, outside of your work environment, but right now the Law of Attraction has put them with you because right now they are a vibrational match to you... what troubles you is that sometimes they are a vibrational match to you, and that's why you're all together. But then they're speaking their discord, which makes you think that you've done something wrong, or that you should free them, or that you should teach them something different.

If you are the creative genius of an organization, you don't need 20 creative Geniuses. You need somebody to run the computers, and somebody to do the accounting. You need people that are at different vibrational places, that all work together with you! And we think that your struggle has been, we can feel little a large part of it at least, is that you're trying to find their places for them. And that's not your job.
Your job is to stay true to your desire- and let Law of Attraction bring them to you, at the perfect timing.
And it's going to be a passing parade that moves through your experience. You are an uplifter, and everyone who interacts with you will benefit from the interaction- whether they stay with you a week, or a month, or a year, or 10 years, you see. Everything is orchestrated by the manager, called Law of Attraction!
And your vibration is what is setting all of it into motion.
So, everything out there, as it is affecting you, is a reflection of the vibration that you are emitting. That's why we encourage you to spend more time focused upon your dream, than upon the reality.
The reality gives birth to the dream, but the dream is where you're wanting to put your attention.

You're trying to justify, for the benefit of the others! (laughter) In other words... (...) We understand what you're doing with that! In other words, you're not wanting people to see you in that light of perfection, too much! (Laughter)
Because it's hard for a struggler to appreciate a lucky one!
It's a little bit in there. And we would like you to never feel any desire, whatsoever, to express anything about your bad day. Because your bad day is such a freakish anomaly in the scope of what your life really is, you see!
We never hear you say: Well I've been well for so long. I think I'll be sick for a while, to allow more sick people to be well! I heard that there are 100,000 really sick people in my small community. And I've been so well- I've made a decision to call someone up. I'm going to be sick, so they can be well!"
Silly, isn't it? It's not related at all!! There is well-being, and you're letting it in. And whether they are, or not, has nothing to do with you!!
There is abundance there is well-being of all nature and as you let it in it has nothing to do with what anybody else is doing.

So my question today is, I'd like to talk about leading from an Abraham inspired perspective. I'm an entrepreneur, start and build businesses. And I really would love to find... you know, we talk a lot about individually. But how can I take that into the corporate environment?
Abe:
Well you know it's much easier than you might think!
Because everything that we've been talking about, is about influence. And your greatest influence is in your alignment- so you can't help but lead, when you tune in to who you really are, and hold it consistently!
So that there's not much, if any, dip in your vibration. Then you'll get a lot of momentum going! And that is, in fact what leadership is, isn't it! The thing that must be understood in all of that, is you've got to decide who it is that you're leading. And it would be easier for all of you if you would just accept that
You can only lead those who are on your spinning disk.
("disc"=emotional stance that you are in, in the very moment)
The thing that goes wrong with so many is, that you get there.
-They're not there!
-You notice they're not there,
-you join them where they are-
and you don't lead.
But if you get there, you practice it, you maintain it- it's yours.
You interface with them, and you'll dip every now and again, but if you're aware of this, so that you are deliberately reaching for those higher vibrations- THEN you keep finding them!
You find them, and find them, and find them, and find them, and find them. And then, more people jump on your disk! And really, don't you want to lead those, who are in tune with who you really are? (HS: absolutely!) It's really a good time to talk about healing, or teaching, or mentoring in this context. Because what it always is, is LEADING. Leading by the clarity of your example! Or leading with the clarity of your vibrational momentum.
Have you ever had an experience, where you decided that you were going to lead- and you had it all lined up, and then you witnessed something that sort of got your goat a little bit, so you lost your alignment. And now you're struggling to lead. You're efforting to lead. And it seems like, the inmates are running the asylum!

Yes, yeah. I have experienced that.
Abe:
It's all about what's going on with your vibration! Always!

So then, to that end, the momentum... so if I jump into a business that's already going- it'll have a certain momentum to it, as well. And so the best thing i can do, is just then stay aligned, and stay focused!?

Well, momentum is everywhere! What you're wanting to do is, more consciously exercise your choice, about which disc you jump onto. And the more you practice in the privacy of your own mind, it may sound odd,
but true leadership is a rather solitary experience!

About the Mastery of Buddha, Christ and Muhammad (And why aren't all of their messages alike?)
The TRUE Leader of ourselves is our Inner Being

Why have the massive numbers of mankind followed primarily three teachers- Buddha, Christ and Muhammad, as opposed to the many other teachers who've lived here during the past say, 4,000 years?
Abe:
The examples that you have offered without exception are examples of physical beings who came forth from the Inner World, as did all physical beings. But with greater and clearer intent. With greater wanting, with greater reason for being! They came forth as teachers, not only as participators.
And as they were physical beings, they allowed the opening of that passage-way, so that they could be physical beings; while at the same time allow a broader, greater part of that which is their Inner Being, to come forth into this physical experience. They were, in short, Blended Beings. You may also be aware, that as they came forth, they were not revered instantly. In fact in each of those cases, they were not really revered until long after they were no longer physical beings! It is always difficult for those who are physical to accept that which is new. It is easier to hold fast to the old thought!
It is our absolute knowing, that if those great leaders- any one of them-
were to come forth, expressing clearly their knowing in this time, that they would not be heard!
-That there would be great insistence on the part of those physical beings who are now in power, in the various parts of the world- wanting to hold to different thoughts, whether it is the thought of Christ or the thought of Buddha or the thought of Muhammad, or the thought of another great leader- they would rather hold to those thoughts of old, than to experience and accept that which is now.
HS:
I have a question that I've kind of concerned myself with, since my childhood: As teachers like Moses, Buddha, Christ, Muhammad... went off to themselves and as we understand, made direct contact with the Divine Being, and received these messages, I never could understand why their messages were not all the same! Since I thought, they were reaching the same Supreme Being and being informed. Could you respond to that?
Abe:
There are a number of reasons for that.
The most important reason is because, they were not all asking the same questions.
They were not all at the same point of wanting.
They were not all at the same point of understanding.
They were not all at the same point of experience.
They were at different times, in history.
In different places upon the world.
And they were making contact, or communicating with those,
who were at different points of wanting, and at different points of understanding!
HS:
Thank you, that was very good! There was Muhammad- let's say 1500 years ago, and Jesus 2,000 years ago, and Buddha 2500 years ago and then Moses, centuries before that, who went to themselves and received the information, that started these major religious movements that exist today.
But why do you feel that it is, that there have been no such powerful leaders of thought that have stood out in the last 1500 years? Why have we had such a long spell without, anymore?
Abe:
They are not allowed by those physical beings who are here, to receive them!
HS:
And why is that?
Abe:
It is easier to hold to the thoughts of old, than to create new thought.
It is easier to act out of habit, than to act out of your wanting.
The beliefs that surrounded you when you were born are very powerful. And it takes a very strong being, to live surrounded by beliefs and still allow the knowing that comes forth from within, to guide. Most are not strong enough! They allow the pressure of the group, that surrounds the pressure of the beliefs that abound to keep them from doing the very thing that they intended to do, as they came forth.
HS:
The people that... the adults, the people that are older than them, have more experience. The tendency is to look toward them for guidance and leadership and then, granted yes, this Inner Voice is speaking. But how much can a person actually learn from that personal Inner Voice, without any guidance from those who have had physical experience? That are here, when we're here?
Abe:
The guidance that comes forth from within in the form of emotion,
is the most profound guidance that you will ever experience.
It is much more emphatic, much more precise, much more deliberate,
and much more appropriate than any set of rules that you might gather,
or any set of conversation that you might gather from anyone else, who experiences.
Because they do not see through your eyes!
They have not lived the experience that you are living, you see. In order to understand the value of this guidance system, you must understand that you are more than you see, here!
You are a being that has lived on and on and on, through many births and deaths. You are a cumulative being, that is much much more than you recall from this one physical life experience!
And when you accept that, then you may begin to accept that that broader part of you, that older, wiser You, that You that is connected to all-that-is, has the ability to offer you in any moment emotion or even clear lucid thought to assist you. In knowing the appropriateness of any thought, word or action, in the the moment.
Your guidance system not only knows who you are and what you want in the here and now, it knows the You from the broader perspective, and it knows all of the Inner Beings of all of those, that you are interacting with!
