Day 16: BLESS ME method
Experiences:
- I noticed for the past few days, I'm getting a gentle tickling sensation on the sides of my head while I meditate
- I tried asking for "symbols for yes / no" again. I think I maybe got something but not sure. Possibly:
o A arm making a fist-pumping motion into the air for "yes!" (image location: lower left)
o A view of someone leaving the room and closing the door for "no". (image location central)
Not 100% sure if these will be my symbols, or if maybe it will be something else but - time will tell!
- I saw a black woman in her 50s, shaking her head and laughing; her hand covering her eyes, as if someone had done something silly / embarrassing and she was responding to that. A little later in the meditation I saw a bespectacled white woman with white hair, in her 60s, also laughing with a slightly similar energy. I don't know what either of these laughing ladies mean
- I saw an interesting abstract animation that looked a little like a lava lamp. It looked like dark grey blob-like shapes moving from above, moving downwards - sort of like oozing goo dropping downwards a little - but not dropping very far before it started going sideways. The movement felt smooth and comforting and like it was on a regular loop - down and sideways - down and sideways - sort of like a carress almost. I had a feeling this was energy from higher vibrations moving downwards to try and meet me.

Having said that, there is also something fun about seeing what comes up when I ask Source to show me things and then try to receive it. I'll see what symbols feel best and work best as things unfold

The segment where they spoke about it was very playful. Jerry and Esther cam up with several quite unusual signs... but I don't remember specifics

That sounds like a fun one to listen to!
I'd love to find it

Day 17: BLESS ME method
During the E expansion part of the BLESS ME method, I was intending to visualize seeing the love in my heart grow and grow, and project it's light out far and wide beyond the horizon (as I usually do in this part of the "warm up" to get into a good vibration for the meditation). But instead, I saw eagle or hawk wings on either side of me, opening and spreading out (= love expanding on either side of me), and then folding upwards high above me. It was an interesting and new visualization of "expanding love energy" which I wouldn't really have thought of!, so that felt fun to see! I liked the creativity and newness of this metaphor!
When the visualization came to me, I just thought, "huh I have eagle wings around me. That's a cool representation of expansion of my love energy!" - Seeing it from the first person perspective during the meditation - I didn't realise what it would look like from a 3rd person perspective. I didn't associate it with it appearing as if I am an angel until I saw the AI image it generated when I described what I saw! This image moved me unexpectedly! :') All the hairs are standing on end on my arms and I've got shivers down my spine
I later was wondering if angel wings often represent love energy. I remembered the song "On the wings of love" by Jeffrey Osborne which also has a similar idea
-
The rest of the meditation felt like not much "spiritual" was going on. During the receiving mode, I saw a bunch of jumbled images reflecting my mundane moments experienced lately. Some of them felt related to the play I saw last night, or to things I experienced during the day - others seemed like random snippets of things. All the snippets were so brief and didn't feel significant, so I don't really remember most of them.
The only one that stands out is:
A long screen - kind of like the ones they have on the underground train, telling you what the next stop is - showing words (that I couldn't see clearly enough to read) moving past quite quickly - Perhaps this is a representation of the thoughts going through my head. Perhaps this is what the jumble of images I saw were - all the thoughts going through my head below my conscious awareness of them.
-
It's funny to have received such a spiritual image at the beginning of the meditation, and then seemingly receive such mundane, non-spiritual images right after it
-
UPDATE:
Having seen the eagle / angel-like wings during the meditation, I got curious about something:
In recent meditations, the colours pink and peach have come up quite often, and I remembered that certain angels have certain colours associated with them. Curious which angel pink and peach are associated with, I had a google and discovered that these are the colours of Archangel Chamuel, archangel of love and peace.
I'd love to find it

All archangels are linked to specific angel colors. Archangel Chamuel is linked to the color pink, as this color has strong vibrations of love and harmony. (...)
Chamuel can in fact be associated with every variant of pink from pale roses to vibrant magenta. (...)
Archangel Chamuel is the archangel of peaceful relationships and harmony. He helps those find peace, both with themselves and those around them. He provides you with the strength to overcome difficult situations, finding clarity and understanding when needed. (...)
Because the Archangel Chamuel is the archangel of love and peace, his most significant angel symbol is the heart.

Re: spiritualcookie's Meditation Diary
Wow, this is sooo amazing! Thanks so much for sharing!
...About the spiritual "big" thing being followed by mundane "small things"- this is a life theme of mine (hence, "Paradise on Earth"). I feel the joy of connecting the huge spiritual love into the small mundane. Not that it would need that- as it is all BUILT from the spiritual. All things are spirit, expressing itself. The question is the other way around- are we able to "get" it? Are we able to "realize" the divine within all the seemingly small stuff?
As long we aren't, we are not yet in Paradise...

Yes! I suppose from Source's perspective, it's all equally "spiritual" - It's just because we're used to the mundane physical things that we don't see them as spiritual. But from Source's perspective, our mundane physical things are very special, especially if they are things that Source can't experience fully from it's non-physical perspective!Paradise-on-Earth wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 2:04 am About the spiritual "big" thing being followed by mundane "small things"- this is a life theme of mine (hence, "Paradise on Earth"). Realizing the divine within the small stuff - that is a good goal to have! How magical life would feel then! Truly like Paradise on Earth!
To help me tune into this idea better, I would love to hear of an example of a time when you connected a huge spiritual love into a small mundane thing
(Perhaps this quote is one example of it? )

HS:
I have cognitive dissonance between my world of business which I play in and have fun, and the world you share, of the spiritual side. I- I found- you know, I wanted to sort of run away from it. So I said, let's go on a cruise. It just happened to be an Abraham cruise! My wife was thrilled. And I find, that the business side is so easy and fun! And the spiritual side is a lot of work for me.
Abe:
Well, if your business side is easy and fun, then you've got the spiritual thing down! And don't worry about it!
HS:
I'm there!
Abe:
Because, there's not something that you're supposed to do! And there's not some vocabulary that we want you to learn. In other words: If you say, "I have found something and when I focus upon it, it thrills me, and calls me forward" then we say: You have intuitively listened to your guidance and you're right on track, and these words are superfluous.
HS:
I'm there. I'm there! Thank you.

And yes, I agree that the "business-man" is a wonderful example. I didn't even think about it! (I have several "natural Abers" around me, so I am a bit used to them also...)
My personal examples are my very normal life, nowadays. It became the thing I do. So I especially appreciate thinking about them!
I guess, I first came across the idea of step 5 (where we start to love the "unwanted" contrast and see it's value) was when a friend introduced me to the idea of a certain school of Tantra, in my twens. He explained that the students learn to love ALL of life (which sounded very good to me), even what is deemed to be disgusting. As a piece of rotten meat, crawling with maggots. They come so far that they are able to kiss it in deep appreciation. (Well, that wasn't in my comfort zone anymore- and I would NOT go so far to kiss such a thing -for what??). But I was hooked. I understood the idea. By the way, I think that in the fairytale of "Frog King" there is such an element, too- the Princess must kiss the frog...
So, I trained myself to see the divine in the sandkernel. (Remember the rampage I did where I started in the Universe, zoomed down into Africa and then got out in an electron-microscope shot of a sandkernel? I use this "zooming in and out" all the time. It ALL has it's stunning beauty, if only you open up to! So much to appreciate and be in awe of! And then, really, step 5- embracing the contrast, looking for the wanted sides of everything... when there was a bit of a meal that we couldn't re-use a 3. time in some creative way, in the time where money was very tight, and it had spoilt, we uplifted each other in telling the story of -well, WE couldn't eat it anymore. But HOW grateful the little worms and microbes will be, when they get it as dessert, in our compost!
This thoughts were funny- and uplifting. When something went wrong, we made up hilarious stories of why this was right. And sometimes, not hilarious stories at all, but very deep and wise ones... when Abe started to speak of step 5, it was SO easy for me to grab it! In fact, it felt as relief. I had yearned for that part of the teaching!
aww I rambled I hope it served you
