Thank YOU for inspiring me so much! If you hadn't been authentic and open in this way, I wouldn't have gotten MY clue!spiritualcookie wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 6:56 am
Ohh thank you both for showing me how to find the magic in the mundane
I got goosebumps reading this!! Yes, me, too!!!it felt like we were all looking up at the sky at the same time, feeling the same hope (...) I would love to feel it and appreciate such subtle positive feelings more
Haha, I know this thought/belief soooo well, myself!!I have to admit, while writing this, I hear a resistant voice in my head saying "But I don't want to focus on tiny things! I want BIG gems and big, strong feelings of appreciation!" I have to remind myself, that focusing on the tiny gems doesn't stop the big gems from coming. (I have identified a belief - "if I focus on appreciating small mundane things, I'll attract small mundane things")
Yesterday I came across this quote:
and it reminded me (this stuff isn't new to us, is it!! ) to REALLLLLLLY care for the MOOD! This is no thinking-game, it is an emotional game. And I changed around my "header" in the practice-thread, and my headline- as I want to train creating the MOOD. thanks again for "being in this with me, together!"
...the more we find satisfaction in the tiny sweet things, the more we're lined up with attracting satisfaction, which can arrive through big, beautiful, impressive gems too! Especially if we manage to goose up the feelings of satisfaction in the little things! Whether you're appreciating a button or a castle, it's the same energy of appreciation! It's all about the energy!
exactly!!!
This is BIG for me.
And I hope I haven't hogged up your thread
