Who knows, who knows! You also could be an all blue alien! But you CERTAINLY have "understanding and wisdom included" (see the other thread) -and so, who cares for the rest!
Oh yes, so agreedspiritualcookie wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2024 11:44 pm haha! yes! When he says that it always makes me laugh!
I understood this catchphrase a lot better after last night's meditation! It's essentially saying "be your true Inner-Being self"!
soooo agreed, as well. for reminding me! This small components are so very very precious. This sounds familiar!
It is something I want to improve in: to appreciate the little tiny joys of the journey more.
In yesterday's meditation in another section of the conversation, Source encouraged me to do a rampage on Joy which let me see that a lot of it are things I normally would't think of as "joy" because they are so small and everyday, like for example the joy of "finding the right words to describe exactly what I mean" or "the joy of feeling helpful" eg when helping my mum chop the vegetables for a meal
I remember how Abe spoke with a HS, who was so eager to get to "the BIG stuff". And they told him, the BIG stuff is like rare celebrations. Of course you want them! Like orgasms But life is so much more than running from peak to peak. It is made up by tiny moments, that really are the fabric or tapisserie of life- and each tiny string is so valuable and worthy and delightful, and it is the true richness, the FULLNESS. ...I miss the "exactly"-emoticon from the old Forum, I would use it all the time when we both talk!
EXACTLY!So in German, the word for patience is "unconditionally hold your focus on the wanted". Wow that is very Abe-ish too! I love it!
But I did not realize that, just like you said! I was so reliefed when Abe spoke of patience as something you don't need when you are ITV (and, when you think of it, of course they are right...) but all this praise that patience gets in society gave me green dots of resistance in my face... (I made that sentence up and use it often ...I guess you get the meaning of it!)
