Bashar:
At first, there can be what might be referred to as natural anger, which is simply a sensation of alignment. Kind of an adrenaline rush of alignment, of knowing the difference between what you do and don't prefer, when you're presented with something that doesn't vibrate with compatibility to you.

But if that rush of alignment, that rush of what you might initially call natural anger, lasts more than about 15 seconds and goes into the idea of judgment, and it then amplifies into the ideas of rage- now you are allowing yourself to simply match the frequency of the negative belief systems within you, about yourself in relation to that circumstance and situation.

Because once you allow yourself to align there, really is no positive reason to continue to experience that idea you call anger or rage.

What about depression?

All right. Common depression is simply again, a negative definition imposed upon a natural compression. In other words, it is natural for you when you cannot necessarily find the answers outside of you, to go within. To withdraw, because you know that's where all the answers lie, is within your consciousness.

So the idea of going within and experiencing a kind of energetic compression until you process, and find the answers you seek, and then come out as a different person -renewed- is a natural thing that all of you do. But if you have labeled it or defined it in a negative way, that there's something wrong with you, relative to society, then you will experience it in the negative context of depression. Which only sends you on a downward spiral, instead of allowing you to use this inner sequestering for the positive purpose of redefining yourself, and finding the answers you need, to allow you to be more of the person you prefer to be.

That would be awesome. I thought you already did some time ago... but I can't find it...!

I feel that all channels, provided by the youtube-channel "GFL station" are highly uplifting, and they feel very free of resistance, pointing fingers, doom and gloom, to me. I personally love especially the clips of T'eeha of Arcturius, Laayti of Arcturius (whom I have transcribed in 2 cases here on this thread), Ashtar Command and Zørion of the Sirian High Council.

I've heard this idea of a dramatic change to how the financial system will work from several sources. I wonder if it'll be within our lifetime.

According to the sources I follow, this will be, with a high propability, become this or next year (='24 or '25). Many more channelers have mentioned that 2030 or at least, 2032, the whole process (not just the finances-segment) of etablishing the "big Shift" into what many call 5D, will be done. (while not be "ended", as it is providing our new journey in this completely new set-up, that never before had been on Earth... to then evolve within it, further and further!)

This is not far away, now. The tipping point (all according to Abe) of the shift had been 2012. Then, we had about 5% of Earths humanity who were more ITV than not, which is enough to start an avalanche of fast Awakening. I hear from other sources, that now this is at far beyond 20%, and the speed of global awakening is becoming faster and faster. (Never mind that the mass-media doesn't show this!). The very high sunflare-activity combined with a very low magnetic field of the Earth help high source-energy to penetrate through, also.

"5D" means, the people on Earth will then live mostly ITV, building their unique Paradises on Earth, in love, respect, understanding and harmony with the themselves and the whole planet. We already have a much higher vibe than 10 or 5 or 1 year ago! And so, many more are able to use their 6 senses, which includes clearly knowing who is lying or who is authentic, aka, using fully our emotional guidance.

It also will mean that most illnesses, crime and certainly war will vanish off the planet- as this is nothing you do, when mostly ITV.
I personally am certain, that what gets called "5D" in the spiritual world is the very same that gets called "step 5" by Abe (=being so much in Alignment that you love yourself or others even then, when you or they are in step 1!)

*giddy*.... YES!!! I was screaming in delight when I heard "2032" the first time (that was in 2020. According to Abe, the pandemic was a MASSIVE part in waking up people from their sleepy stances in MANY ways!)

The distance is shortening, all the time... now most say 2030. We are doing realllly good!

...We had prepared for this since eons, so many teachers say. "Ascensions" are something almost normal in the Universe, so they say, and they often lead into a new part of a CIRCLE. So, from an "iron age" into a "copper age" and then into a "silver age" (that's what many people think we'r in, now), and then into a golden age. BUT, this circles start new, somewhen. What I learned from my teachers is that this what we'r in globally, is a total shift. No part of a circle. And even more, we will do it WITHIN OUR BODIES! That is supposed to be one of a kind. And that is why it has taken quite long... because the body needs time to acclimate to the higher vibes that are becoming higher still, all the time! (and that is why so many feel so very sick now, are tired all the time etc). This ascension-process is challenging and hard on our bodies.

But once completed, we will heal completely, and NEVER again go back.

Absolutely! It's fascinating, isn't it! And the former hermits and "insiders" dare to come more and more out of the closet. Now, you can talk about "the weird stuff" openly in most places, and people are interested!

BUT, the "Shift" will not only contain those who are Wisdom-seekers or spriritual people. Willing ascension comes- so the teachers say, THROUGH LOVE. For whatever. Many many will awaken because they love their awakened partner, and want to share their journey.
But whatever you love- be it nature, the arts, your craft, science, nature, animals, sports... whatever thrills you or gets you "in the zone" has the potential to awaken you.

Do you remember Richard Bach's wonderful novel "Jonathan Seagull"? Jonathan wasn't seeking spritual wisdom- he was thrilled by SPEED. To fly at maximum speed, he was willing to do everything... and so he found, eventually, Chiang, his master, who then- when he was ready- taught him the spiritual truth of what speed really is, and how he would master it...

But- again, according to Abe, most will not ascend out of willingness. The will break down in pain and overwhelm, in need to totally give up their old games of fear and the need to control (which will not work anymore, soon.) And THEN, "the stream finally can take them" and carry them, where they always wanted to be.

We get to choose how we will experience it...
