Day 10: 3 or 4 sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on a chair. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 5: 10pm every night, 15 mins sound of silence meditation on prayer stool
Reminder: segment intending - what do I want most from this segment?
Reminder: Any sense of urgency or hurry to improve anything works against me
Reminder: I am doing extremely well, I am loved and adored
Reminder: Vortex manifestations occur when you move from hopefulness into +ve belief
Reminder: The virtual reality game is not for improving or fixing anything

My reminders are stacking up! I'm really enjoying reading through the processes in Ask and it Given. I read virtual reality this morning and it hit home that it emphasises it's not for improving or fixing any situation - just for practicing the vibe of no resistance.

Day 11: 3 or 4 sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on a chair. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 6: 10pm every night, 15 mins sound of silence meditation on prayer stool
Day1: Book of positive aspects 15mins a day until I've completed one notebook.

Time to clear down my reminders. So! average mood still creeping up and beliefs continuing to shift in the direction of really believing in the process and that I can do it. I've dabbled in the positive aspect exercise many times of the last few years. I've never finished a notebook purely with this exercise. Oh yeah, in reading Ask and it is Given every morning I read the 'positive aspects' process this morning and really wanted to start it again.

Day 12: 3 or 4 sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on a chair. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 7: 10pm every night, 15 mins sound of silence meditation on prayer stool
Day2: Book of positive aspects 15mins a day until I've completed one notebook.
Reminder: positive aspects exercise, pick the EASIEST things to feel good about

Very pleased with myself :)
The better my average mood the more my belief increases that feeling good is my top priority.
When I got to the coffee shop this morning I realised I forgot my Hicks book - but obviously decided to make the best of it and dove straight into 20mins of writing in my positive aspects book. I've said before how helpful I find it to reread the instructions of exercises and it was a revelation to read that for the positive aspects exercise to pick the things easiest to feel good about. This is making it so much more fun for me - I enjoy that period of trying to think of something I can easily feel good about, and what comes up sometimes makes me laugh as it's so seemingly mundane.

After 20mins of writing positive aspects my timer went off but I wanted to continue writing which is great. Whilst writing I got a flash of excitement about going for a jog - thoughts came up saying it might be a bad idea for X y & z but those thoughts felt bad - so I went with the flash of excitement and have had a great run this morning and I think the rest of the day will benefit for it.

Overall , how I feel is still creeping up and I'm seeing evidence of more cooperative components coming together

Day 13: 3 or 4 sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on a chair. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 8: 10pm every night, 15 mins sound of silence meditation on prayer stool
Day3: Book of positive aspects 15mins a day until I've completed one notebook.
Reminder: positive aspects exercise, pick the EASIEST things to feel good about
Reminder: scripting exercise - your typewrite is MAGICAL so no reason for any resistance at all

So! Average vibe still creeping up. Really enjoying 20mins of positive aspects each morning and usually want to do a bit more.
Meditating when I get home from work and again at 10pm is going really well, 10mins can make such a difference

I read the scripting exercise this morning from Ask and it is Given. In my memory I've always had this files away as an exercise I don't like and so hadn't reread the chapter in a good long time. However! Reading it this morning I noticed the key point to the exercise which is that your typewriter in magical - remembering it's magical means I can drop all those resistant thoughts. E.g. before if I daydream about more income, resitant thoughts would pop in like 'yeah but how?' , 'that would then actually create these challenges' etc.
So I actually found myself mentally playing the scripting game and enjoying it for the first time.

Day 14: 3 or 4 sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on a chair. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 9: 10pm every night, 15 mins sound of silence meditation on prayer stool
Day 4: Book of positive aspects 15mins a day until I've completed one notebook
Day 1: stage one slow carb diet - follow slow carb diet except for evening meal
Day 1: perfect breakfast each morning, beans/lentils + broadens + eggs
Reminder: Drink LOADS OF WATER. "we would not sleep for longer than 4 hours without getting up as the body likes movement"

Average mood creeping up. Noticing that I'm really good now at not getting mad at myself for resistance at all.
The last couple of weeks the importance of water is really coming to the fore - so many times I feel like I'm really tired or scatty minded, I drink a litre of sparkly water and I feel SO MUCH better, like a different person. Right now I feel like my water requirement to stay on top of really feeling well is about 10 litres a day. Yep, 5 x 2 litre bottles of water! I struggle to believe this sometimes but that's how much I need to drink to feel 100%
I'm grateful for AB Hicks for saying 'drink copious amounts of water!'

Day 16: 3 or 4 15min sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on stool. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Day 6: Book of positive aspects 15mins a day until I've completed one notebook
Day 3: stage one slow carb diet - follow slow carb diet except for evening meal
Day 1: No random internet. If I get the impulse to go online - ask ' is this serving what I want in this segment?'
Reminder: Drink LOADS OF WATER. "we would not sleep for longer than 4 hours without getting up as the body likes movement"

So! Overall average vibe definitely improving still. Lots and lots of things reflecting that back to me.
This week I really want to avoid random internet. This is something I keep coming back to e.g. periods of 'no YouTube, football news etc'.
First off, I'm loving the absence of any harshness on myself here - there's no self criticism now or trying to beat myself into better behaviour.
Second off, I'm understanding it differently why random internet brings me down after getting into segment intending. If I've identified what I most what in a segment and allowed some momentum to build on it in my mind then it's screamingly obvious that random internet is not serving what I want. Also random internet is such a strong vibe that it creates momentum that then competes with the momentum of wanted.
I've noticed that when I've been going to random internet in the last week - I've been always in a segment where I haven't taken the time to focus a little bit on what I most want.

Day 1: 4 x 15min sound of silence meditations a day. Preferably on stool. Enjoy the feeling of relief.
Reminder: The only guidance I should follow is that of emotional relief

So! Average mood still creeping up. I'm in SUCH a better feeling place now.
I've cleared down my trackers again as I keep coming back to 4 short meditations a day just works bloody wonders for me.
One first thing, one end of morning period, one when I get home, one about 10pm. If I miss one of these I feel it.
Reading Hicks yesterday something really landed - the 'which thought feels better?' process. Which thought feels better, self criticism or self-applauding?

I kinda feel like abandoning all trackers right now. Overall I'm doing really really well and expect it to just continue. The better I feel the more I enjoy reading Hicks and playing with the exercises. Every single aspect of my life seems to be gradually improving. Best of all, I can feel how much resistance I've released this year in a manner where it's never gonna come back - because I've allowed it to be gradual, really gradual.

Key reminders:
1) 15 min sound of silence meditations are my base practice. When I'm grounded in those, everything else seems to fall into place
2) You don't have to think about money to attract money. You just have to not think about the lack of it
3) Whenever I feel good, no matter the reason, I am accomplishing the feeling of abundance

So! I've been doing the Ab hicks meditations regularly for a long time - and today - got the inspiration that since breathing is a huge part of this meditation, I should try the posture where I find breathing in the easiest, which is lying on my sofa with my head up. I've just done that and had a wonderful time, I probably breathed double or triple my usual volume and I feel really positive and energised after it. Really amazing!
I'm really feeling flashes of confidence and power now.

So! Really nice synchronicity experience yesterday. Short version is , I've had printer issues for months and the issue came to the fore again yesterday. As I was walking around I was trying to find solutions, but I could tell by the way it felt that I was actually moving away from solutions and chilling out about it would bring a solution in good time. Later that afternoon, a staff member of the building I worked in approached me to just to chat - I decided to enjoy having a little pity party about the printer - and he offered me the solution which has worked!
