Easy Matches:
- The whole weekend was full of easy matches with me and Source Energy within me
- I woke up feeling good on Saturday. Did some of my practice and received very timely impulses and inspiration not to postpone but to do food shopping. I also wanted to do a pedicure and on my way to a shop I went to this lovely salon, they had a place for me at a time which I calculated will be just enough after my food shopping and some cooking.
- This is a salon near my friends home where I’m staying, it was an easy match - they had space for me. The pedicure is more pricy here, but I wanted to have one.
- So… on my way from the grocery shop, my friend sends me £50 for looking after her pets (I sent her back and said no need, she insisted and send me again £50). Well that paid for my pedicure what an easy match
- All day my timing was good.
- All day I acted through the inspiration.
- He came late but in reality “on time for me”
- We had such a wonderful time.
- I like this area, I liked our time in this little cozy cafe near the river. They closed 20 min after we ordered but we had space to sit outdoors by the river and there was no wind and warm, and then while we were easy matching about our holiday plans we enjoyed the fireworks too. Easy match.
- The movie was easy match.
- Cozy time together - easy match
- Sunday was amazing too! woke up a bit off due to the lack of sleep (as allowed the doggie to sleep in with me, she is afraid of fireworks and sleeps like a human, under the blanket with her head on a pillow, she was also watching TV on Friday (it was so fun to see her watch the TV, it was a show about the dogs , she is so funny)
- I successfully shifted my energy and we had a magnificent time together
- I love that he cooks
- I also liked we went to this event together in the evening.
- Today I am feeling so fulfilled. Not busy at work and I have 2 companions. (For some reason cannot add photos as they seem to big to upload here)…
- But there is a British shorthair cat chilling near me on the chair.. so vortexy and sun is shining from the windows, the doggie is napping on the sofa.. and I feel inner peace

Easy Matches…

I had some beautiful experiences this week. Some of them are more personal.

Some I want to record here as one day I can come and read them to make myself feel good

- I will start with the latest one. I have mentioned in the past I keep rendezvousing with hearts
- Today I was in yoga. During the practice I received and impulse to leave the room and get some water. I decided to follow the impulse and, of course, as I was drinking water he came and we had some time to hug easy match.
- Then after yoga, I was putting my shoes, and I felt there was something in my shoe! I put my hand there and indeed something was in my shoe. I took that thing, and it was a chocolate in the shape of a heart I asked him if he put it, he said no, why would he put a chocolate in a shoe… I guess it may have fallen from someone in my shoe then? Because truly who would put a bare chocolate in the shoe it was so funny! Sadly I had to throw it away but it was such a lovely match
- I am also witnessing an amazing synchronicity related to my moving out. It’s so amazing to witness how things fall in the place and around 6 people are being answered to what is best for them. I will write this in more detail when it will come completely in the fruition, but it’s such an EASE, MATCH, SYNCHRONOUS unfolding with almost 0 efforts needed from my side its like all doors opening for all involved

- feeling the well-being around
- also, with this woman group we are focusing on some beauty (more spiritual beauty), today I dreamt the presence of Nefertiti, I knew she was beautiful but when I googled her name it says: a beauty has come

How can it get even better?

Easy Matches…

- I am in sync. I am in tune. I have this activity after my work today, and normally I finish my work at 6pm. Since I have some holidays left on Wednesday, I thought why don’t I book a day off this Friday. Yesterday, the organiser of the activity called me asking if by any chance I could be there an hour earlier. I guess I was a cooperative component to her desire and so much in synch.
- In 2018 or 2019 I met this girl in Amsterdam, she was from NY. We became friends but later stopped chatting. But recently we reconnected and met in again, this time in NY. But the whole reconnection was a lovely synchronicity as I texted her last time in 2023, and she never texted me back. Simply because she was no longer using WhatsApp. Then her sister travelled somewhere, and she went on WhatsApp to connect with her and straight away saw my message from 2023. The message she sent me was also very synchronous and meaningful for me and since it was before my second trip to NY, we managed to arrange a meeting

I easily synchronise with easy matches, with good timing, with a flow of life…

Today is a beautiful day.
I am a match to a sunny weather.
The way I received day off was also harmonious. Easy match.
The beautiful energies and pictures my other Abraham WhatsApp group is sharing feels uplifting, and that I am in sync with the similar frequency.

The dream I had earlier this week was beautiful. I felt so loved

I appreciate that financially I am doing better.
I appreciate that opportunities to move out are opening for me.

I appreciate that my close friend has done well with crypto. I appreciate that this inspires me as opposed to evoking different feelings. I appreciate feeling happy for her (she so deserves all of it), and I appreciate thinking and realising that becoming abundant might be an easy thing… that would be so nice

So I thought that it would be good for me to write easy matches about my work for 2 weeks:

Day 1
- I started feeling satisfaction by noticing how well are my colleagues trained (I and my other colleague trained them) and how confident they now are in certain areas. It feels nice. Easy match.
- I did enjoy creating an “official” training material for another joiner. That was fun to do, and to realise how much I know
- There is 0 micromanaging in my company, and a lot of things are built on trust that we are doing our best, and we are.
- There are many people in this company who truly care (sometimes their care is from different perspective, but they care).
- I have established two strong beautiful friendships which can take place outside the work. That is nice and easy match.
- I have flexibility to work a few weeks from my home country, as most of the time we work remote. So it’s very beneficial while I am working with my teeth. It’s very easy good feeling match, comfortable.
- My work was super generous with the trips I had this year to New York. Really generous. Easy match.

I have one question: i did in my appreciation method two different things. I appreciate things that i can see and then i appreciate at the end of the day what i really liked today. And is this "appreciation for things that went very well today and made me very happy" the same process like easy matches??

For me it sounds like very similar process.
Abraham compares this process more to positive aspects, but I guess I use it interchangeably for positive aspects and appreciation.

The reason why I like calling it easy match, is because when I heard Abraham speak of it, the additional nuance they put resonated with me very much

The essence what they meant (from what I understood… of course I would suggest to listen on YouTube more about it) Easy Matches are simple things, thoughts to which I put my focus and it also matches my our inner being focus, because it feels good, it’s a match…. And it’s easy because I focus on what already exist… so it’s an easy match. So if I focus on what feels good, what makes me easily matching with my inner being (positive aspects you may say) I am matching with my inner being on this easy match, on this one, on another, and then something bigger happens (a beautiful manifestation) because I am a closer match to my inner being and I am being swept by the momentum of my inner being focus (I hope that makes sense).

For example, last Christmas a day before Xmas Eve I thought to buy a ticket to one exhibition for my partner. It was a bit late to get the tickets printed (as I was supposed to go from him to my mum for her birthday (we were going to restaurant) and then back to him and next day it was already Xmas…
I was in a good feeling place overall and decided not to get out of it and focus on easy matches (as matching my inner being was more important than printing the tickets). I thought the idea for exhibition is an easy match, on my way I saw post office (thought maybe they can print), they couldn’t, but the guy was nice so I milked his kindness and easy matched here and on some other things as well. Then we went to the restaurant with my mum, I thought I’ll ask a waitress who brought us drinks if there are any place around here where I could print (i don’t know why I thought to ask it as it was obvious there was no such a place), and it so happened that she was a manager of the restaurant (our waitress was another but she delivered drinks and I was inspired to ask her) and so she asked me how many pages, and offered to print them for me. So I felt because I was easy matching here and there (without really any expectations, attachments, insistence… ), but because I had this match, things worked out and i was swept to the frequency of my inner being who gave me an impulse to ask the right person

More similar situations happened… one slightly bigger thing is happening now but not full fruition and it feels like simple ease

P.s. now I have stopped a bit, but I tried to utilise this game not only in the morning or evening, but like when I’m on the train, waiting for a coffee, walking etc

I am planning to do this again, as recently I heard an old Abraham video recording where they spoke about our perceived shortage of time and they said it’s because we are action focused but once we start flowing energy it is very powerful and we can flow energy when we are in traffic, when we queue etc by thinking what we want and why we want
