Hello PoE :hugs: , your feedback is always so fantastic for me because it always triggers so much in me, and it's great that your grandfather also greets you. What a wonderful synchronicity.
I'm so glad it serves you!! :in_love:
About the Grandfather: Croaked Jerry once said to Esther: "How do you know if you are thinking about me, or if I am thinking about you, and you catch it?" (Spoiler alert: Source ALWAYS thinks of you! Abe explain that we humans have no way to understand how it works, but sources awareness can be everywhere in the same time). Anyway, it felt to me that my Grandfather wanted to call me, and he used your post to do so! I think that's exciting, also!
I have often read in your posts that we are never alone, and that's exactly what I have repeatedly experienced in my life, even before my time with Abraham. When I once cried very hard out of grief for my grandpa many years ago, I felt a strong relief after crying, just as Abraham described it. In that moment, I felt such a strong sense of closeness, but it wasn't just a closeness to my grandpa; it was also a closeness to myself. Today, I know that this was the closeness to my inner being. :lovie:
Wow, how wonderfully phrased!
During the time when I used to go to a guru named Samarpan in Frankfurt, he once said we are completely alone, and that totally repelled me. I realized for myself that this couldn't be true, and today I know my source, my inner being, simply did not agree. My deeper knowledge knows, as you described it, that we are never alone, that our inner being is always connected with us, and that our loved ones always watch over us and look after us from the non-physical realm. :grouphug: :angelic-sunshine: :angelic-sunshine:
EXACTLY!! I often think we know even clearer what we KNOW, when someone states something that is repelling us. When that happens, we REALLY notice!
Thank you PoE for your kind words. It fills me with joy to see the loving thoughts and appreciation you have for me. I also think you are such a great person, someone with whom I always have fun, always feel comfortable, and appreciate what you express and who you are.
I want to answer to this on the other thread where you had posted: "Processes Esther is using" by Tara! But meanwhile, :ta: for the beautiful compliment, I am so touched! :hearts:
This is truly a place full of wonderful people who are full of love and appreciation, and even though you haven't explicitly said it to me, I always feel that you've shown me that this forum is mainly about appreciation, high vibration, inspiration, and love. I feel a strong resonance with your posts, and I'm glad you're here.
:hugs: :vortex:
What I especially remember and internalize today is "we are never alone" and "we will never lose ourselves" and "we will never lose someone we love".
:in_love: :in_love: :vortex:
That's so beautiful!!

What a wonderful synchronicity with your grandfather. I really feel that so many good things are coming together at the moment and things are just falling into place in so many areas, creating a wonderful timing. I have learned so much about the non-physical world and contact with the deceased through my contact with the father of my deceased roommate because I always go hiking and walking with him. It is so touching when he tells me how he feels his daughter's presence. Then I realize that in so many ways I discover that death does not exist, but rather we have a wonderful connection to our loved ones that is even more intense than here on Earth. It is so nice that I have come to know death in a completely new way through Abraham and through the experiences I am currently having with the deceased, as well as with my grandpa, the friend of mine who committed suicide, and my deceased roommate. I really feel that they are now without resistance and full of new possibilities, and they accompany us wonderfully. I will never forget how you once said that we have so much help from the angels and the non-physical world who also accompany us through difficult times and carry us through because I have had this experience very often. Thank you for your appreciation and for your wonderful knowledge that you share with us and your loving manner that always brings a smile to my face.

Yes, when I hear something repulsive, I no longer get upset at the moment but immediately notice what feels better for me, and then I better recognize in which direction I want to move and see it as a good indication. It is nice to be able to develop further in joy every day because it is a process that requires no effort, no work, and no action that arises from a negative emotion but action from inspiration and joy. This is what all people wish for, and here at the forefront of evolution, I realize that these processes and this knowledge are best conveyed. I have a very strong love for and enthusiasm for these processes and this experience that you and others share here.

Hello Leah Southey
Yes, I'm glad it helps you. I was also in a phase where I had very little energy, and health meditation helped me a lot. It was always very good for me to practice the process of which thought feels better during such low phases. I did this very spontaneously and intuitively, and by holding on to and allowing the positive thoughts I found in this process, I was able to increasingly move into a state of ease and positive expectation. :in_love: :in_love: :in_love: :flowdownstream:

that is feedback that makes me very happy. I must admit I love it when you take things from my texts and delve into them, like with the topic of enthusiasm. Because you have such broad knowledge, I feel that it constantly uplifts me and shows me new perspectives, and for that, I thank you very much. I am glad that my texts also have meaning for you in terms of edification and positive inspiration or a feeling that empowers you.

You are really super sweet. :lovie: :lovie: :in_love: :flowdownstream:

@PoE
:in_love: :in_love: :in_love: :tee: :flowdownstream:

Today i was the whole time on a high flying disc, so i wanted to do an appreciation game, because i love abraham books so much. Another beautiful synchronicity was that after i did my appreciation game, the "manifest your desires" book was in my Letter Box.

Radiating Appreciation

Ask and its given: The 22 Methods and My Folder
• I love Abraham Hicks and I have so much fun reading their books, especially the book Ask and its given: The 22 Methods, because it is an interactive book. I love being able to do these exercises.
• They are so great! I have already managed, through the exercise "Which Thought Feels Better?", to ultimately realize that the blue orb came from my grandpa. That was one of the most powerful experiences I have ever had. Additionally, this exercise helps me a lot, just like the Focus Block, to retune myself to more positive vibrations and completely clear negative topics.
• It is really nice to be able to simply speak these exercises, then print them out, and put them in my great folder, which is just for these exercises. On the title page of my folder is the original colorful cover of the book. It looks really great and it really makes me happy that I put this picture on the front because it radiates so much positive aura.
• The highest, and I just notice it now (because I am doing this exercise in relation to the book), is the exercise "Radiating Appreciation". When you really feel good and notice how you come into this appreciation, into this love and feel this feeling in your belly, heart, and head and everywhere, then it is just a joy, a tingling through the whole body. Yes, I now have a total smile across my face and I know that it is my inner being smiling through me and letting all its energy flow through me.
• And that's what this great exercise "Radiating Appreciation" is for, to choose one or two things, in my case my folder and the accompanying book, and then express and radiate all the love and appreciation for them. I think this is the supreme discipline. For me, it is definitely a wonderful feeling and I am really happy to be doing this exercise right now. My appreciation for it is huge, that Abraham wrote such a great book and especially such a great exercise that immediately brings you into the vortex and immediately connects you with your inner being and the source.
• I also love that there is still so much to discover through this book because it is interactive. For example, I started my vision album through this book, which I will appreciate again in an exercise. There are so many undiscovered treasures that I haven’t discovered yet. For example, the Creative Workshop is an exercise I haven’t done much with yet, but it has a lot of potential to gather all my wishes and make clear to me why I want these wishes.
• Yes, that is the diversity of this book that I love so much. All exercises have in common that they reduce resistance, make you more positive, and align you more with the source. This naturally helps you fulfill all your wishes. But each method works in ist own unique way. For example, the method „Appreciation and Positive Aspects“ works with focusing on what is already beautiful to enhance it and come into a state of love. The Creative Workshop method works more with aligning with your wishes and finding out exactly what you actually want. But both methods totally reduce resistance.
• It’s also great that there are methods at the front that you can use when you feel better and then methods at the back that you can use when you feel worse. So there is a method suitable or rather appropriate for every mood. You can work with the methods in a very negative mood; you can work with the methods in a very positive mood. Of course, I already have a few favorite methods that I really, really like, but „Radiating Appreciation“ is definitely one of them.
• What I also really love about the methods is that the effects become immediately noticeable. For example, I noticed with the Health Meditation that it makes me so positive and brought me directly from a state where I was identified with the illness to a state of health. Or, for example, with the „Wouldn’t it be nice if“ game, I noticed that our weekend developed so well because I formulated wishes in a playful, light way and thus immediately came into a positive state about it. I was directly in harmony with my wishes, without resistance. For this, the game „Wouldn’t it be nice if“ is just super suitable, and I love it. It’s just so much fun.
• That is something I have to say about the methods anyway: I have so much fun working with the book and the methods because it is so playful, so easy, and so full of joy and experimental spirit. It’s just that I can always spontaneously see which method is good for me at the moment. It’s just a blessing and pure joy. I am so glad about this book and the methods and my folder and the way I handle it.
• Among the things I can still discover is especially virtual reality. Finding good feelings is a visualization process where you imagine what it would be like if the wish had already come true. Virtual reality offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in pleasant images and places one loves, and to get into vibrations that are good and beneficial. For both processes, I have recorded special meditations, but have not experimented much with them yet. However, I believe they are very good for me, and I am eager to delve more into these visualization processes. A little music also helps me, as well as the virtual realities. These exercises are a real treasure that I can still uncover, and I am glad that I have already recorded the meditations. I enjoy improving them and seeing how I can make them even more beautiful to have a wonderful experience and bathe in the beautiful images, including images of already realized wishes.

• What is also great is that through the exercises, I have rediscovered an activity I loved as a child: scriptwriting. It is one of my favorite methods, even though I haven’t done it often. It is so much fun! I have already written three stories where I write down a perfect future I wish for, like a screenplay. This exercise is fantastic because it picks up on what I love: writing and creative expression. I can connect it with my wishes and use it as a spiritual exercise.
• What I also love is that you get hints from the outside through the book. For example, I was recommended the exercise of making lists in the forum. Now I do them almost every day. This allows me to write down what needs to be done today and hand over everything else swirling in my head to the universe to take care of the rest for me. This exercise is one of my favorite exercises for daily planning because I feel much less stress because of it. I love how this exercise relaxes me and gives me the feeling that the universe takes care of most things for me. It’s great that the book contributes to this interplay between inside and outside, and I also get hints from the outside, like from the forum. This makes me love the book even more, and I know there are also exercises that I don’t have access to yet but will find later. This book is a huge surprise box.
• Yes, I could rave much more about this book, but this is just the first part. Maybe I will add more parts, but I can always revel in how great I find the book, the exercises, and my folder. I just love it.

Love to you all :grouphug: :grouphug: :in_love: :in_love: :in_love: :vortex: :flowdownstream: :hoppy: :hoppy: :hoppy:
