Hello PoE ,I am also not always very high-flying and can understand that well. I often have very destructive parts in me, and it is a lot of fun and joy to then tune back into Abraham and notice how my life changes when I focus on the positive for just one day and do Abraham processes.
:) so many times I felt so compelled to write and justify that not everything in my life is an easy match… quite a few times I wrote and stopped myself…

But since we are sharing here, me too - I only try to focus, “isolate” and “amplify” what feels good… after all Abraham is teaching us to tell the story of what is working and how we want our lives to be…

So I mostly don’t include the contrasty part of me..
:)
Today, something happened that I found very unjust, but when I got home, I decided not to get involved in this story and not to feel like a victim. Instead, I started reading Abraham's books, and I was very tired. Suddenly, through reading, I felt better and then had this moment where I wanted to go into appreciation mode. I went out again, feeling awake and energized, noticing how everything was coming together and fitting perfectly. Now, I'm so full of positive energy, and I realize how well the methods and focusing on the new, improved story work for me.

I believe that focusing on what works and expecting and knowing that everything in my life will work out will quickly change things towards fulfilling all your desires very quickly. :in_love: :in_love:

I hear you!! And I came to know, that BOTH needs to be embraced.
Of course, the Focus on the wanted is key. But that INCLUDES to love the contrast, to lovingly care, when we slip, to have fun in the incompleteness, to understand that what (we think) we do not want, is often the very part we miss, in our creation of what we REALLY want, but don't know the whole recipe for, yet.

So, when you "isolate" yourself from the unwanted, it becomes so very fast a judging and a pushing against, which never serves.

On the old Forum was a time where there was a phase of rampant judging of "doing things wrong" because we sooo wanted to do them "right", or fearing to "indeliberately cover up" or -even from the moderators- a try, to "rip off the happy face stickers". WHICH WAS ALL NOT VERY LOVING!

On the other hand- covering up, happy face stickering positivity, or wallowing in the negativity really works against us. It is a sort of action-story.
-I was thrilled when Abe finally spoke about "step 5", where you have step 1 moments without "being mad at yourself"! THIS brought it all together for me. Love heals everything. Embracing the contrast, happily, honestly embracing WHERE YOU ARE without feeling shame, blame or anger (or worse) is the key. And also, it is mastership that we have to train (lovingly!).

Doing that makes you feel your innate freedom.
It makes you feel open and invincible- because you CAME to expand, by sifting through the contrast and find new inspiration for new Creativity. You did NOT come to be "perfect" (which would mean ended, finished... which is not possible, as it would discontinue Life). You came to love UNCONDITIONALLY, to understand that we- unconditionally- are divine children of God, and Gods ourself in physical cloths, and enjoy the motion forwards into more and more fulfillment- eternally.

Hi POE,

I may have not been very expressive on what I meant here :)

What I meant is not to "isolate" myself from the unwanted :D but on this particular forum to "isolate" and "amplify" my focus on the wanted things only. I am using it as a playground to spend my deliberate time for example "isolating" what felt good in that day and "amplify" my focus there :)

Yes... I do value contrast (some more than others). E.g. new contrast is easy to value, as I can easily bounce off... The one I have long resistance, I get lost... even if I try EGS, I noticed I more amplify the negative side and it goes down spiral for me.. spending deliberate time and building momentum on the wanted somehow had a powerful effect in my life... but yes.. I am embracing contrast when I can, sometimes easier than others (sometimes I am excited about it as it helps me to put and clearly define the wanted part :))

ups, now I understand! :hearts: Sorry, I really misunderstood!

Yah, long trained momentum is harder to get clear on and amused by! :shifty:

exactly! I really enjoy it when I'm in the right mood, or as you say, when it is not a long trained, age-old, terrifying, stinky dragon ...

Also, you CAN only focus on the wanted sides, too! (if you can! *I* personally can't) :

Yes, I am more the type who jumps off the walls with enthusiasm. Thank you for reminding me again.
Thank YOU for giving me an excuse to think and ponder about it, and be reminded as well! :) :hearts: And yes, I am a passionate, loud and highly expressive being, too. And my husband, not so much... :) I think such couples who seem to be opposites are quite normal. You look for what you don't have in others, and as long your freshly "in love" (=on top of the EGS) it feels SO GOOD. But when you are not ITV, the very same thing feels SO BAD!
My girlfriend has a very tender and gentle nature, and I believe you are right; she truly radiates more from within. Besides, she becomes joyful very quickly and is always very happy in her connection with me, which in turn also affects me.
She sounds as a really nice soul! :hearts:
I want to help her reach a state of ecstasy even without me.
Abe call that "unconditional joy, or love". As nice as the conditional one feels- it's not the real deal! When you need any condition or person to be happy, you are "looking for love in all the wrong places" as Abe call it...
She can't speak English, but she still loves listening to the vortex meditations; I think it's the vibration that then transfers to her. She loves Abraham and wishes for a book by Abraham for Christmas, and I'm still considering which book might suit her best. I think perhaps "Ask and It Is Given" would be the right one for her because it explains the basics well in simple words.

What is very special is that she wished to get a shared apartment near me, and now she lives in my apartment block. I believe she, like me, can manifest quickly in certain areas because she has no resistance to certain things.
Awesome! Exactly... you do not necessarily need to know how it works to pull it off. You absolutely can, intuitively, "get your stuff and get why it happened". But it's nice to know deliberately, isn't it! As to the book, she sounds indeed very intuitive. Maybe you want to "pull" the name of a book out of a hat...? Many healers do that with essences, or homeopathy. They offer the bottles with the medicine (or write the names on little cards) and let the client "choose". Just like with Tarot cards, this always works when you have an honest intention to find the best thing for here and now!
See you soon, and I look forward to your posts.

Yes, haha    , that sounds a lot like me: expressive, emotional, communicative. And my girlfriend is more the calmer type in relationships. I'm an Aries by zodiac sign, and she's a Libra. When I'm not in the vortex, it can all be a bit annoying sometimes. But we are more and more in our joy from weekend to weekend. It keeps getting better and better. From Monday to Thursday, we usually do our own thing, and that's nice too. On weekends, we are always together. I really like this mix of individual and shared activities.

Yes, you're right, she is truly a wonderful soul :in_love: , and I'm very happy that we are together. Unconditional love is really, as you say, the best. I've thought about it again, also concerning manifestations. If I understand it correctly, we should never make our happiness dependent on a manifestation, but rather manifest from our happiness, so to speak, from abundance. Manifestations are then various expressions of our overflowing joy.

I can imagine that this state of abundance can be achieved well if one is aware that the inner being always cherishes us, no matter where we are, and at the same time knows that all manifestations are already there in the vibrational reality.

Thank you for your tip. Yes, this intuitive pulling already appeals to me with my Abraham cards, and I did it. I wrote all the books on little notes, thought about her intensely, and pulled one. Guess which book came out? I wouldn't have expected it, but I think it's really the right one. It's the book 'New Beginning,' of course in the German form 'Ein neuer Anfang.'

I wish you a wonderful day. See you soon! :tee: :vortex: :in_love: :in_love: :auto:

You describe "Abundance" and manifesting from it so perfectly! Yes, exactly!
Haha, me and DH are a Sagittarius and he is Virgo! Whenever someone is interested in Astrology, they tell us that we should have never matched up, because it "will never work"! Ups, after 45 happy years it's now too late to care...

I want to say something about "New Beginning", Abe say about the book that they don't recommend it any more. It is full of tense scenarios about "joyful SURVIVAL" in this "hard times" (that are actually gone already, and it all came quite different). It was Esthers first book, and in that time, people feared very much about "hard times" or even "end times". Nowadays Abe say, we have the hardest times long behind us, and THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER WAR- not even to speak of WW3.

Long story short, in about 2030, it is said that "the shift", the "Time of Awakening" as Abe call it, will be installed. Of course, there will always be more to evolve, but we will not deal with crime, bad diseases or bold OOTVnes any more! So, the "New Beginning"- book is off the real time, we'r already in.

I bought the book 10 years ago or so as I wanted it to give someone who probably was a match to it, but I will not do that again. I read a bit in it, and it was REALLY strange. A warning tone that Abe long ago left behind.

Yes, then you are an astrological rarity, just like us – haha.

According to astrological perspectives, my girlfriend and I shouldn’t harmonize at all, but it works quite well. I find all this New Age thinking very interesting: astrology, numerology, and also spiritism. But of course, one shouldn’t take it too seriously or dogmatically. That’s what I love about Abraham: it’s so wonderfully non-dogmatic, practical, and simple. Furthermore, I feel that it fits wonderfully with me – and that it expresses things I’ve always thought. That’s probably what is meant by remembrance.

I still remember a scene on the train: Back then, I had no experience with spirituality at all. I told my then-girlfriend that – no matter how I’m feeling – I always think that all our wishes are already fulfilled in heaven. I’ve already mentioned that I always thought about the perfect world. That was always something I carried in my heart and that constantly inspired me. That’s precisely why I’m so happy that I’ve reconnected with Abraham, and it feels so good for me.

Thanks again for your warning; it feels very coherent. In 2014, I read the book “A New Beginning” and then the book “Ask and It Is Given”. However, I don’t remember much about the book “A New Beginning.” It was never a book that particularly resonated with me at this moment. Perhaps “Ask and It Is Given” is the right book for my girlfriend because my instinct was that she wants something simple and clear. This book provides a good overview, and I think it’s still relevant.

I really enjoy our lively exchange. :in_love: :in_love: :vortex:
