Lovey Jubbly! Actually Only Fools and Horses is one of my Go-To programs when I feel crappy, distracts me from whatever is going on in my life that triggers me. It's my feel good programme, especially when del by falls through the bar stool 🤣
 I think I must in some way get hold of an episode and watch it...
I'm guessing you might be from the UK so you might have a good understanding of the term "lovely jubbly" as a cultural relevance. Paradise on Earth I'm figuring is not from the UK, so might not be as familiar....

Always wondered where the character of Del Boy might fit within the context of Abrahams, teachings....he's a "he who dares wins!" and always scheming, and striving, and going on about how "this time next year, we,ll be millionaires!!" Although he does largly rely on action that often backfires and lands him in trouble with the law and other adversities!
But eventually he and his dopey younger brother do...they win their fortune at a Sotherby auction..

(I think del boy and Rodney had actually given up on winning their fortune at this point. Del found an old watch they'd bought at a car boot sale years earlier, and just chucked it aside. Eventually a seasoned antiques relieved it in their garage, and figured out it was worth millions)
:D This sounds exactly as "giving up the resistance", which held off the allowing!
In my own life, things haven't been so bad. The dentist appointment actually went pretty smoothly and I nothing went wrong...
Before I went I segment intended. I told myself my dentist is competent and good at her job, she knows what she is doing. She has trained for many years, she knows what she is doing. I trust her. And you know, it went pretty smoothly.
I trained myself a little into realising a good outcome, which I got.
So good!! :hearts: It is ALL about what you call "not so bad" and "enjoying that nothing went wrong". ;) As soon yu have the ACTIVE resistance stalled out in that way, there then come inspirations to "speed up" into the other direction, and to build what feels as FUN and fascination and curiosity and eagerness! And THEN you are golden. But it all is part of mastering the game. It all has it's divine time and place!
I want to realise more, and more, the power of my own mind to realise things.
And you already see it working, yes? :hearts:
I've also manifested a new job, which I have a really good feeling about. I cannot wait to start. Still navigating contrast, but trying improve my relationship with that, and stop trying to micromanaging things.
Soooo big!! :vortex: BIG congratulations!!!
The girl? Still think about her, but I think it's time to let go......it's still a tough cookie. I need to do some shifting I'm that department, it might take some time.
And, imo, your words show HOW GOOD you are doing in this, as well! Not "perfect", not "complete"- but as you say, it might take time.Enjoy it, healing! Get ready for a relationship that will mirror this MUCH higher level that you are about to attract!
I have been a little busy, but I am really tempted, just for fun, to create a practising thread called "The Appreciation Gym"......

Because I do go to the gym, and I know when you first start flexing your muscles you start with the smallest weights, and build up from there......anyone wanna join my Appreciation Gym haha
Wow, that's wonderful! :hearts: A perfect name, a perfect content!!

I've been having a bit of a wobbler today, gone off course, and contrast can piss you off sometimes. Non Abers might just chalk it up, "well life just happens!" or "shit happens."

I can also sort of forgive myself for going back to that place where I'm bent out of shape, knee jerk reactioning to conditions.

Just another stance where you can train yourself to let go of those habits of thoughts and go into allowing. We have "stuff coming at us", and amidst that we find our alignment, which is where our power is.

I realise that it's time to make peace with my current job before I make the transition into the new one, or I will take the same vibration I had going in my "old" job and recreate circumstances I don't like.

I also want to start releasing resistance about this current girl I,ve been pining over. Look for positive aspects in her, the reasons why I got interested in her and ignoring anything in my experience with her, ie "ghosting", that I didn't like . Otherwise any new relationship, I will simply carry over those unwanted vibes.

I feel like I am getting, jigsaw pieces coming together and little light bulb moments....

;) Well, but "life and shit" DO happen, even to Abers! We ALL slip. Esther does, and Abe pointed out that even Jesus did, as "they don't nail you up when you are ITV". We did NOT come here to be perfect, all the time!

So, *I* feel that this sentences are very soothing... at least to me...

Forgive yourself fully and wholeheartedly and lovingly! :hearts:

I am in the process of constructing my practising thread. Getting over my perfectionist attitude

I have wavered over making the transition to my new job, going over the pros and cons. Which I know does me no good! It just creates wobble, when I would be better off just looking at the pros and pros ;)

I'll start with an appreciation rant for my new position.

Well I went to the interview. They offered me the job, they saw something in me, amongst other people that applied. They saw the potential in me, the interview went well, I felt a harmonious interaction with my future employers.

Even though there have been bumps in the road regarding securing the role, they were patient and stuck by me. Today I am closer to securing the job. I spoke to a really lovely gentleman over the phone today, who has been guiding me over a long complex application process, it has been like talking to a friend. I appreciate his assistance.

I am feeling grateful for my current employers and management team, who have been so helpful, warm, understanding and accommodating during this time of transition to my new job. I was anticipating some indifference, but they honestly have bent over backwards to provide references and assist in helping me acquire the appropriate ID needed to secure my new role. I feel that, despite the bumps in road, the road from my old role to the new role has been made more seamless and smooth flowing.

I am truly excited about entering a new sector of work, I feel a little bit like when I started my current role. Excited about meeting new people, learning and upskilling, exploring new possibilities for myself. That interests and animates me!

There's more I can add....almost as if I am going to start an Appreciation thread :D

Building appreciation muscles/ laying new pipes/ building new thoughtways/ calibrating more to my inner beings perspective/ pivoting more to the wanted end of the stick:

I appreciate my young supervisor. She's picking up the ropes. Others misinterpret her for being a little abrupt, but I can see that she is streetwise and sassy. I like her. I think she is pretty cool. To be that young and adept at picking up new skills in a demanding retail environment. She doesn't take things so seriously, despite the demands. Level headed. I like her attitude! I have watched her grow and develop despite not being with the company that long. Confident. Stands her ground amongst older, more experienced staff.I like it! I'd like to adopt some of that confidence myself and pour it into a new role.
