Thank you for your thoughtful question book! 😊 I wouldn’t say I measure my progress like that. For me, it’s less about those highs and more about consistency.

The way I see it is that either I’m in my happy place, or I’m not. And if I’m not, my focus becomes finding my way back there. It’s more about cultivating this steady, deeper sense of happiness that feels sustainable and natural, rather than being overly focused on emotional “highs.”

But I’ve noticed that my happiness feels richer and more grounded these days—it’s like I’ve expanded my capacity for feeling good. Maybe this is what you were asking anyways :)
I see. For me the 2 goes hand in hand but maybe it's different for everyone. Like when I practice a lot often I feel very intense positive emotions to the point it's just next level amazing and like wooowww. This occurs without being focused on making highs happen, just natural. But maybe it also depends on the type of processes you use, I usually get this with scripting.

The happiness feeling richer and more grounded sounds so good! I guess it is connected to consistently finding the good in the little things as you seem be doing and thus it is more sustainable.

I'm sorry you had an off moment regarding money manifestation, I hope you can find your balance again.
