APPRECIATION:

- I liked the creativity of the cute Christmas bauble hat in the Christmas Tree Mouse Children's book I read for my reviewing job :hearts:

Such a clever and original use for a bauble!

- I appreciate the work group on discord. I appreciate how the people there are so lively and chatty and fun-spirited. I like how they joke around often. I like how there are lots of clever quips and witticisms. I like how light-hearted it is. I like how there's always someone there to answer you if you have a question. I like how the people there are kind, helpful folk - I like how they give each other heads ups when cool things happen so that everyone can enjoy them - it's so nice :)
I like how the discord group reminds me of fun, old time chatrooms on AOL : )
I like remembering how we had "{S" commands back in the AOL chatrooms that allowed us to add sound effects to add emotion to our words - we had so much fun with those! It was fun collecting all the little sound clips and having a little library to choose from like an emoticon board but in sound-form!

- I appreciate the delicious food that was made in my home today. The whole house smells delicious now! I like it when there are yummy smells in the air! It feel cosy, like a well-loved home; like the people in this home are well-cared for ~

- I like that I cleaned a little today and now everything feels so fresh, light, bright and smells nice. I like the feel of a clean surface - how it's all smooth and shiny and lovely.

- I love it when people have useful things to add and to say in response to things I say. It feels like a happy expansion to me. It feels like they care; it feels like they respect me enough to give a thoughtful answer that adds value to the conversation - I love that! I so appreciate thoughtful, clever, respectful people :hearts:

- I like that I have awareness of how I'm feeling and that I notice tension so that I can actively relax it. I like using physicality to help me relax. It feels so powerful to me when I physically relax my body - it's a gateway to me for emotional relaxation. I'm so happy this works well for me : )

- I love feeling inspired to new projects. And I love that there are tutorials online for everything these days to help me figure out how to do these new projects : )
I am quite excited about this potential new thing ~ It will be interesting to see how it unfolds.

I took a little break from doing deliberate written exercises of Abe work (I felt it necessary to let my work / job take a front seat instead) and wow I really noticed a difference in my vibrational set-point! I'll try to get back into it : )

APPRECIATION

Today I am appreciating jolly songs that pop into my head like some songs by Mika which is randomly playing in my head right now. I like how the tunes are upbeat and uplifting to me : )

I liked the inspiration to make a chickpea-rye souffle loaf today for a healthy high fibre, high protein, low GI snack - I like how it came out all light and fluffy - It felt satisfying feeling its weight and how squishy-airy it is! I'm looking forward to tasting it tomorrow. It feels like a gentle, pleasant curiosity.

I liked that he called today. He is sweet how he wants to touch base and tell us of his day.

I liked the fleecey clogs I found today. I'm looking forward to trying them out. It feels like excited anticipation : ) Also looking forward to feeling the bamboo pillowcases I have to review tomorrow ~ I have a feeling they'll be satisfyingly soft and lovely, which will be nice : ) Bamboo fabric I've felt in the past was soooo silky and soft ~ which felt really lush and luxurious ~ fine and delicate.

I liked that I had a light, easy day today ~ I liked that it felt comfortable : )

I like that I have conscious awareness about certain things and can be more deliberate if I choose to be.

I liked following the msn news breadcrumbs that lead to learning about "zombie cells" and how maybe quercetin and silicon may help to clear them out (tentative statement - I want to read more about this to confirm this). I liked finding out there is new research on quercetin that suggests it may be a little safer to take than I previously thought it was. I like that it felt like expansion learning something new. I love this feeling of expansion : )

I loooove having chatgpt to chat with. It's so helpful on so many levels! Whether it's to learn something new, point me in the right direction to something I'm wondering about, analyse an image for me, or to make an image for me or to help me with my work. I'm so happy to live at a time when we have such tools! It's like the "Computer" in Star Trek  So cool that we have this miraculous device! :hearts:

I liked the flow of ideas and inspiration that arrived to me at work. I love feeling like I'm having leading-edge ideas for designs that haven't been done quite this way before - it feels fresh and satisfying. I like the feeling of the lightbulb moment as the inspired brainwave comes : )

I am appreciating Star Trek Strange New Worlds at the moment. Yes, it's not all feel-good and not really something I'd recommend because of that, but I'm appreciating the humour in it. I love seeing clever scripts. Clever writing sprinkled with lots of jokes, light-heartedness and humour. I love seeing this in our world so much! :hearts: I love seeing clever jokes, light-heartedness and humour in all places! From TV, to books, to conversations with people with loved ones, in conversations with strangers, on forums, on discord.. I looove smart humour! It's the best thing ever! :hearts:

I am appreciating her for sharing so much of herself so openly. I love her generosity and openness. It is like a gift! It provides interest and heart-opening opportunities. It provides a feeling of a heart connection which I love. I love feeling the caring it brings; and how it opens the door for helping one another out.

I love the freedom to do things at my own pace :hearts:
I love being able to take my time - it feels so calm and peaceful this way, and I really appreciate that.

I love his desire to be helpful. He's so sweet and kind. I love seeing the strong desire to help in his eyes ~ he is so empathetic and all heart :hearts:

I love seeing her striving for positivity; making deliberate attempts to find the good. I love seeing this in her. And I love thinking how it will be of such benefit to her! I love that she found Sara Landan to inspire her - I'm so happy this was the catalyst she needed to go from theory to practice :hearts:

Hello, spiritualcookie, :balloons_wave:
I love reading your appreciation. I can deeply feel the love that emanates from you. It inspires me and truly makes me happy. Thank you for sharing that with us!
:ta: :rose: :rose:

The sentence "I love being able to take my time – it feels so calm and peaceful this way, and I really appreciate that" resonates deeply with me. It reminds me of my favorite remix by Abraham: "It is easy to feel good", where they say: "You have plenty of time" and "there is no rush." It’s simply a satisfying feeling to know that you can take your time, that you don’t have to do everything at once, and that the things we love and wish for come to us step by step. :happygaze: :happygaze: :flowdownstream:

It just makes me happy to see the energy in this forum right now and how much love and appreciation is being posted and shared. It’s such a high energy, and it reminds me of your sentence: "We are all doing our processes." I feel that we are all emanating and sharing a lot of appreciation and love right now, and that is truly beautiful!

You know, I really needed to be reminded of this message today. Thank you so much for this soothing reminder - I've been having a tough past few days in being stressed about "not being where I want to be yet" and just reading your words helped me feel better - Thank you for that 🥰 :hearts: :angelic-whiteflying:
