I am intending feeling a little better, bit by bit.
I am intending finding my way, bit by bit
I am intending feeling a sense of increasing clarity - that will be so satisfying to feel : )
I am intending to feel drawn to the next feel-good step.
I am intending to feel eager about the next step
I am intending to feel interest and inspired pull
I am intending to hear the guidance from my Inner Being clearly and easily
I am intending to feel the guidance with ease

APPRECATION

Thank you Source for the soothing song message when I needed it :hearts:
🎵 Everything's gonna be alright
Everything's gonna be okay
Everything's gonna be alright
Together we can take this one day at a time🎵
I appreciate T for his sweet patience with me, and his desire to just be there with a soothing, understanding energy.

I appreciate seeing increased healing all around me; evidence of how strong and resilient our bodies are - how good they are at bouncing back to perfect health when given a little time.

I appreciate having such lovely, warm central heating on this cool evening : ) It is so nice to feel warm and toasty and comfortable in my body - and toes!

I appreciate the tiny little inspirations that come to me throughout the day, even if they seem unimportant - I like thinking of them as tiny bits of guidance that I CAN hear, and I so appreciate I can hear any kind of guidance at all!

I appreciate the tiny things to appreciate in my day, like the feeling of silky bamboo fabric as I change my pillowcase; like smooth silk through my fingers. There's something so soothing about this texture; its coolness; its softness; its smoothness. It is somehow aligning in its small way.

I appreciate the inspiration to make up a new bottle of Bach flowers, a little permission slip to feeling a little better, one bit at a time. I appreciate the cute little labels I got for my bottle. Just looking at it is uplifting coz the little kawaii creatures on them are so cute  :hearts:

I appreciate seeing uplifting artwork and designs like this cute loving owls artwork I just spotted when browsing online a moment ago.

I love how it feels so loving and cosy and snuggly and warm. How it feels like it was drawn from the heart :hearts: And I adore the gold foil touches that make it feel so rich, luxurious and special.

I appreciate the smell of my Stress Away essential oil which always soothes me, instantly offers a bit of relaxation and upliftment. I love its gentle vanillay smell. I'm so appreciative of this company that makes these uplifting scents! Of the founders of this company who wanted to create this creation and bring it to people; to help people feel better. What a lovely inspiration to drive a business :hearts: I am so thankful that we have such lovely tools at our fingertips to help us feel a little better in so many ways :hearts:

I appreciate the soothing feel of the thought that All is Well. I hear this so often when I try to tune into my Inner Being. It is nice allowing myself to be soothed by these words. Feeling the tension ease, shoulders relax, tension melt away. All is well :hearts:

aw how sweet of you! Thank you for your kind words! :hugs: :in_love:
FloatingBoat wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2024 4:05 pm The sentence "I love being able to take my time – it feels so calm and peaceful this way, and I really appreciate that" resonates deeply with me. It reminds me of my favorite remix by Abraham: "It is easy to feel good", where they say: "You have plenty of time" and "there is no rush." It’s simply a satisfying feeling to know that you can take your time, that you don’t have to do everything at once, and that the things we love and wish for come to us step by step. :happygaze: :happygaze: :flowdownstream:
You know, I really needed to be reminded of this message today. Thank you so much for this soothing reminder - I've been having a tough past few days in being stressed about "not being where I want to be yet" and just reading your words helped me feel better - Thank you for that 🥰 :hearts: :angelic-whiteflying:
:balloons_wave:
Hello spiritualcookie :balloons_wave:
I am very glad that this reminder helps you. It was also very good for me, especially because two weeks ago I was in a phase where I had little energy and was very dissatisfied because many things were not yet the way I wanted them to be. Then I started reminding myself that we are on an infinite life path and that the time we have is unlimited. Therefore, we can calmly let ourselves be guided by our inspirations to a life that becomes more beautiful and better.
I believe this ease and serenity is the key to our well-being.

The Placemat Process also always helps me, where I simply hand over many things to the universe and know that it takes care of them, trusting that everything will be done for the best for me.

So true!
I'm glad the Placemat Process has been so helpful to you! :in_love:

I loved reading your post today about how reading the Abraham books uplifts you. It inspired me to dip into Ask and it is Given again. I was reading the Focus Wheel chapter, so I'm going to try practising a focus wheel :)

-

FOCUS WHEEL:

I want to feel healthy and strong.

12:00 There are many prolonged moments in my day when I feel completely comfortable and well in my body.

1:00 There are times when I feel strong. Like when lifting the heavy dehumidifier lifting from the legs! I have really strong legs!

2:00 I like feeling my own strength and power! It feels vibrant and vital!

3:00 I like having positive thoughts. They help me feel strong and well.

4:00 I can be more deliberate about my thoughts. I've done it before.

5:00 All it takes is a little more awareness, and the desire to pivot unhelpful thoughts more positively; and try to milk the positive ones as much as possible. I can do that!

6:00 I like feeling relaxed in my body; in my muscles; in my gut. It feels good to feel it relaxed and unclenched.

7:00 It feels good to feel my shoulders drop any tension; to feel my oesophagus and throat also relax as I do so.

8:00 I like taking control of my thoughts and body. It makes me feel in my power and that is a wonderful feeling :)

9:00 I love the idea of being able to create my own reality.

10:00 I love the idea that anything wrong in your body can disappear in a fingersnap once you get into the right vibrational mode and headspace. I love the thought of that! It feels so inspiring and exciting!

11:00 I love knowing these Laws of the Universe and having these tools available to me. It also makes me feel in my power - which kinda feels similar to feeling strong!

I know that with a strong deliberate mind and healthy positive thoughts I can feel strong and healthy. All is well with me :)

Hello spiritualcookie, I find your focus wheel truly inspiring. Today, I was in a mood where I realized that a focus block would do me a lot of good. I integrated it into my appreciation practice today, and it really benefited me. I always enjoy reading your positive inspirations, and I'm glad you benefited from reading the Abraham book and making a focus wheel.

I want to feel interested
I want to feel enthusiastic about a specific thing so that I can focus on it
I want a feel-good focal point
I want to have something I can enjoy growing

I want to feel like I'm using my time well.
I want to feel joy and love in my heart often
I want to feel fresh and refreshed and vibrant and energetic.

I want to feel full of fun
I want to spread lighthearted joy

FOCUS WHEEL

I want to feel inspired to have feel-good ideas for ways I desire to spend my time.

1. I do have small inspirations on some days; like when reading FloatingBoat's post the other day and it inspired me to read Abraham, which really uplifted me. I like following these kinds of inspirations and feeling uplifted by them :)

2. If I look for it; maybe I'm inspired to do things more often than I think. Even if it's something small like being inspired to listen to a podcast, or being inspired to take my Bach drops.

3. I like the idea that feeling positively inspired to do things is a kind of guidance from Source / my Inner Being. "Following my Highest Excitement" as Bashar calls it!

4. I like feeling inspired when I see certain art, and certain beautiful patterns. I like how it lights something up within me. I like how it feels like appreciation. I like how it feels like awe. I like how it feels like beauty. I like how it feels like harmony, and how a beautiful artwork is soothing to my eyes and soul.

5. I like when I see a beautiful artwork, and it triggers within me an idea for something I'd like to make that's with a similar-ish feel or vibe, but something new and fresh.

6. I like the feeling and thought that when I create art I am making something that's never been made exactly this way before.

7. I like the feeling and idea that when I make something beautiful, someone else may look at it, and may feel the same kind of joy, appreciation and lighting-up that I feel when I see art that feels good to me.

8. I like the idea that I can help to spread feel-good vibes through my art.

9. I like that there are resources online where I can look at beautiful artworks and feel inspired by them.

10. I like the feeling that harmonious colours, and vibrant colours give me.

11. I like the feeling that a balanced composition gives me.

12. I like the feeling of ideas flowing to me and through me.
I like the idea that when I relax, I allow everything I want to flow to me.
I like the idea that all I have to do is relax and allow.
It is nice to know that it is so simple!

CoreEssence wrote: Wed Dec 11, 2024 12:15 am Ok, I need some coziness in my feels, so here goes.
Seeing CoreEssence's post on tuning in to coziness, I thought it could be fun to give that a go. It's a nice feel-good frequency to tune in to - so I'm going to imagine what a cozy scene may look like to get into that vibe - here goes! ^_^

VISUALIZATION:

Coziness:

Reclining on a super comfy sofa.
It's snowy and grey outside, but inside is lovely and warm. I'm all toasty and comfy, wearing my most comfortable clothes and fluffy socks, snuggling under the softest, cosiest blanket.

Candles are dotted around the room, lighting the space gently with their soothing, warm yellow glow.

Yellow glowing fairy lights are up too for the Christmas season, adding to the softly lit warm glow in the room.

I'm enjoying curling up on the sofa under a warm fluffy blanket, watching feel-good Christmas movies.

A steaming mug of hot chocolate is beside me, in my favourite beautiful mug, wafting the delicious chocolatey scent into the air. I like watching the swirls of chocolate-scented whirls as they flow into the air.

In the next room, someone is baking Christmas cookies, and the cinnamony, gingery, sweet aroma mixes with the chocolatey notes in the air, smelling delicious.

As I'm enjoying watching the Christmas movie, I notice how relaxed I feel;
how the feel-good vibes of the movie, the upbeat tones of the actors, and the magnificent way everything is seasonally decorated in this little town on the screen make me feel lighter, brighter, and like all is well in this moment. I love how people decorate things to be so pretty, merry and bright this time of year.

The freshly baked cookies are ready in the kitchen next door! And I am kindly brought a plate of them, still warm. How kind! My heart is filled with appreciation as I express my gratitude to my generous, loving deliverer. How lovely of them that they want to spread the joy and share their creation with me!

I delicately pick up a warm cookie; it warms my fingertips delightfully. I bite into it and it crumbles into a hundred tasty pieces in my mouth instantly. It has just the right balance of crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside, delicate, crumbly, and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness! Just the right amount of sweetness, and oh so comforting. I love freshly baked cookies, straight out the oven. It's such a scrumptious treat!

(I couldn't decide which ai picture I liked best to illustrate this scene, so here are all 3 of my favourites  )

I love your creative art! :) I was going on a date when I read your recommendation on AI tool for PoE . This inspired me to create myself in my outfit at that time with AI and sent it to my partner saying I’m coming… it was so much fun;) thank you for inspiring 🥰

For some inspiration you could check how different senses inspire a different art in you. E.g. try tasting some food consciously with closed eyes (better if someone feeds you), and then create something.. then listen to a music and create… do a hand massage and create… see how different senses are bringing different ideas to create 🥰

As for Bashar, I always wanted to live his formula but with work I somehow never prioritise this. However, one day when I was completely free (weekend) and in my home town (very small) I meditated on Bashar meditation and throughout the day was focusing and following my highest excitement. It was magical 🥰 I was inspired to go to a shop, on my way to the shop I was inspired to visit my mums friend (she was surprised I caught her home, she left but her son, my friend’s brother stayed, I chatted a bit and reconnected with him, then I was inspired to go buy some tea from a machine, then wanted to buy pastry (pastry shop did not let me as I was not vaccinated), then I was inspired to walk on a specific road, here i met my primary school teacher, she offered me to come at hers for a pastry, I came, she shared some stories and we started talking about the seaside (it was for sometime on my mind to go there), my teacher started talking and shared a good place to stay. Next day I was inspired to call my cousin, she wanted to go to the seaside too… so we went and stayed at this wonderful place my teacher recommended. And my friend’s brother whom I reconnected with gave me a ride to the railway station (it was easy to ask him for this as we reconnected). It was a magical day and I felt like I fully experienced Bashar’s formula…it works when you apply it 🥰

aw such a fun and creative idea! :D
There are AI programs (eg ArtFlow AI) where you can actually insert your actual face into them too! I haven't done this yet but it looks like it could be fun - and potentially funny depending on what you make yourself wear

oo I love this idea! Tuning into something and see if the vibration of it inspires certain shapes/ colours / pictures. Thank you for this outside-the-box idea! 🥰 :hearts: I am curious to try it!

I so enjoyed reading FloatingBoat's experience at the Christmas Market that I wanted to get into that vibe more by doing a little imaginary fun day, based on internet research and past life experiences I've had in this season!

VISUALIZATION:

With some of my loved ones, we get driven into the centre of town in a plush taxi. It feels so luxurious being in this cab with its leather seats and futuristic layout. It feels so lovely being driven in this warm, quiet space, completely insulated from the outside cold and noise. It's like a peaceful cocoon. Especially with the fact that this taxi's engine is practically silent!

We chat happily on the way about this and that, listening to Michael Bublé - It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas, Shakin' Stevens - "Merry Christmas Everyone", Andy Williams - "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year", Michael Bublé - "Holly Jolly Christmas", and other Christmas songs in the background, adding to the upbeat festive vibe. We've all playfully decided to wear jolly red and green Christmas jumpers clad with reindeer, snowflakes and Chrsitmas trees, and it's put me into a good playful mood; getting into the Christmas spirit!

The taxi pulls up on a side street besides Oxford Street where beautiful star-shaped Christmas lights are hanging everywhere!

It feels so festive and bright! It feels so uplifting and cheerful soaking it in; breathing it in; feeling the beauty of the decorations.

The air is crisp and fresh. The cool air against my cheeks feels refreshing, and in our warm clothes we feel comfortable and warm.

On our walking tour we walk by New Bond Street where so many of the shops have gone all out to make their stores so very impressive and festive! Each shop front is like an art piece! I feel like I'm walking in an outdoor gallery, enjoying all these creations of light!
Ralph Lauren always goes all out in its display

as does Christian Dior

Cartier

and Louis Vuitton

Hedonism Wines has such a beautiful display this year too with Gingerbread houses!

Burlington Arcade

Piccadilly & Regent Street, with its glittering sparkling angels that sparkle magically against the dark night sky.

and The Strand where they've taken "'fairy lights'" very literally with these cute magical fairy-themed decorations!

I love how walking around, there is a cheery hustle and bustle. Young people are all around, and there is a youthful energy in the air. I enjoy seeing others taking in the beautiful sights. Appreciating, taking photos. I can feel the light-hearted appreciative energy all around, and it feels lively, buoyant and bubbly.

I enjoy taking photos as we go, trying to capture the beauty; the fun of framing the shot just so, so that it captures a good composition; a good collection of colours and shapes. It's so satisfying capturing these lovely sights!

It's fun enjoying it all with my loved ones by my side. Feeling their appreciation; their joy; their enjoyment of the fresh, lively, festive energy. Feeling our togetherness in this setting. It's nice pointing out little details to one another; milking it all together; "How beautiful!" simple exchanges of joyous appreciation :hearts:

And at the end of our walk; it's also satisfying feeling like we've "done it!" - seen the sights for the year. Milked the offerings of London; taken them in and enjoyed them. :in_love:

On the way home we pick up some sweet pastries from China Town from the Golden Gate Cake Shop, to end the evening with a delicious soft baked good. Their enriched dough is soft as clouds, like challah-bread, and their fillings are sweet and tasty, especially when warmed up in the oven for a bit!

And we stop by a florist stand to buy a beautiful poinsettia bouquet, to our loved ones who didn't come with us on our festive walk; to bring a bit of festivity to them as well. :hearts:
