I've been in 1950s vibes today, watching the movie Grease, so let's do today's appreciation on someone who makes me think of 1950s vibes: Michael Buble
I love his smooth voice
It's so soothing on the ear
I love the harmony in his music
I love how it feels so uplifting and light
I like that there's something light-hearted about it - which makes me feel uplifted and more upbeat.
I like the instruments too - how beautifully elegantly they are played - so perfectly in time; so perfectly in sync with one another and with Buble's voice; everything complements one another so beautifully.
I love the way all these people come together to create one beautiful creation.
I like the retro feel of Michael Buble's music - how it feels like a golden age, 1950s style; feeling like times where everything had a golden glow; people had healthy rosey cheeks ; and everthing was all polished and neat and tidy. It transports to a certain ideal picket-fence USA 1950s time.
I like how he borrows elements like barbershop quartet backings - it adds to the fun retro vibe..
I like the vibe I pick up from him of "I want to entertain people" "I want to bring good vibes to others" - there's something so nice and kind about that.
I like the professionalism; how it sounds so plush and high quality
I like his accent too
I like how he enunciates his words so clearly so I can make out every word he sings - I like the clarity and easy precision of it.
I like how naturally talented he is.
I like how he brings joy to so many people
I like how his singing feels so effortless and easy; easygoing.
I like the playfulness in it.
Thank you Michael Buble to you and all the musicians you collaborate with for bringing good vibes to me and so many others

APPRECIATION OF MY DAY:
- I liked that I got some cool things today! I've been wanting to try oatmilk chocolate and now, how fun I will get to try it!
- I like that I discovered some new things today like the existence of a chestnut cutter!
It'll make roasting chestnuts so much quicker! I liked finding out the tip of soaking the chestnuts in water before roasting them to help them stay moist and soft - I'm so excited to try out this tip!
I'm so appreciative of chatgpt for teaching me little things like this! - I liked how everything arrived at once today so I didn't have to wait around - it was so quick and efficient! I loved it! wouldn't it be nice if it was always like that!
- I like it when I feel clarity and certainty over the things I choose. It feels good to have that strength and power of confidence.
- I liked that I felt A ok in my body after trying out a new food which means the kinds of dishes I can eat now has just expanded! Yay!
- I like that my body is staying strong.
- I like the awareness I had today. It takes the edge off negative thoughts when you suddenly become aware they occur just because you're on the disk of "fear" or whatever disc it may be. It doesn't mean that thought will manifest; it just means "hey, you're on this disc, time to do some work to shift your vibe!" Good to know!
- Wouldn't it be nice if we shifted our vibe upwards and it just stayed there and continued moving ever upwards? haha That would be very nice indeed!
- I appreciated the kind gentleman who pointed out a helpful pointer to me today - I love how we help one another out like that.
- I like those in the discord work group who try to uplift with humour - it is so nice
- I liked watching Grease today. I like how even though I watched it before, I didn't remember all the teeny details so some parts of it still felt quite fresh and new. I liked the familiarity of it too in the bits I remembered. I like the songs. And I like how these days I understand so much more of the movie than I did when I was little! (When I was little, I used to think the lyric "won't go to bed till I'm legally wed" meant she won't rest until she finds a husband ). And I like how in re-watching something I've watched in the past, I can notice how *I've* grown and expanded; How I suddenly observe things about the energy of the actors which I never noticed in the past - it's kind of cool noticing how I've grown and levelled up through a simple act like re-watching a movie!
I like that I'm open to rewatching old things these days. It brings me so much joy to take away the prerequisite that "it must be new!" and allow myself to find joy even in things I've already explored in the past. It's nice to discover new layers of reality and find newness even in the "old" stuff. I guess that's kind of what Source does when it is born within new people all the time. Exploring the old stuff in new ways - I think I get that a little better now
