Day 6:
MOOD PRE-MEDITATION: 6.5/10
MOOD IMMEDIATELY POST-MEDITATION: 6.5/10
Although I didn't deliberately intend on receiving images, I got some images coming through during today's meditation. One of the images was quite a symbolic image (not something I would usually think about / picture in my everyday life) so it feels like a message for me to interpret. I later did some channeling to interpret what they meant - it's so nice to have the answers so readily available One of the images I saw, my channeling revealed was just an image given to me to help uplift me and raise my vibration - how nice!

Updated Goal: 3 x 15 minutes sound meditations each day for 30 days. One of those sits is first thing after waking. No 'non work internet at all at work.
Day 7: I knew that another goal update would be coming soon and when one occurred to me that felt right, I'd whack it on. Knowing that I'm only gonna put things on here I am fully fully prepared to stick to.
I know that sticking to 'no non work internet at work' will be hugely beneficial to my well-being.
I can have really good feeling days at work, or days where I chase little pleasure hits by randomly checking internet.
This is good for me to write - my best feeling days at work are where I stick to segment intending all day. I take the time to ask what do I most want from this segment and how do I want to feel. And they key thing I find for this to work, is to not dive into action until I feel ready. So sometimes just sitting in silence at work for 20mins, but once I feel ready for the action everything goes great. Playing about on the internet kills this ! Commitment made

- One was floating in a gently bobbing, calm ocean, feeling the gentle rocking motion of the water as it held me securely - very soothing.
- Another was seeing marshmallow-like, soft pink shapes all around that felt really snuggly and cosy, super soft and squishy, comforting and beautiful
Thank you Source for this guidance! So much love and appreciation to you! Thank you for making meditation a little more fun and enjoyable, and for helping me feel more of a sense of progress in raising my vibration!

Day 9: Overall doing well and sense of emotional stability really still creeping up. Much less phased by any ups and downs. The no internet at work thing is going extremely well - when I get bored I now usually end up doing something useful

Little check-in: So, 11 days in doing 15 mins meditation each day (as well as some more deliberate aligning work outside of this). Things I've noticed:
- More synchronicities: Like this morning I was looking outside my window, and noticed a really cute tiny bird on the tree outside my window. I then turned to my computer to continue reading the article I was reading, and the very next paragraph was about how birds can be signs from Source
These kind of tiny but sweet synchronicities have been happening more often as I deliberately try to align more.
- Psychic skill upgrade : One of my desires is to upgrade my intuition and psychic ability- just coz it looks fun and cool! And since doing the work more deliberately, I've noticed in little ways that my intuition seems to be improving. I play with it - For example today, I heard someone outside filling a bucket with water, so I closed my eyes and tried to tune in to who it was doing this. In my mind's eye I saw a dark skinned, young figure - so I knew which neighbour it must be. I ran to the window to peek if I was right - and yes! It was the neighbour I was picturing!
I also play with this with my emails - I close my eyes and tune in to ask "is there an email waiting for me?" I feel a "yes" or "no" - then I go to the computer to check - and over the past 11 days it's been quite accurate!
- Mood: Interestingly, I haven't hugely noticed a raising in my mood yet really. I'm asking my guides to help me with this because I'd love to feel more uplifted more consistently, more of the time

I did a pleasant visualization meditation today, picturing my heart glowing gold and shining its light far and wide, sending out love to all and to the Universe. Before it glowed I visualized polishing it from any resistance (seen as cleaning away any black soot) to help it glow brighter. It felt like a feel-good visualization

Day 13: Doing very well. Continuing to feel more and more stable and also more and more patient watching my average vibe creep up.
I was at my mother in laws for Christmas and felt very resilient
2 weeks into this and I can really tell that (compared to previous periods) when bad feeling thoughts pop up they just don't gain much traction anymore and certainly don't build more momentum. It's gonna be a good 2025
I don't feel like there are any goal updates brewing - this is all feeling like plenty to keep me gently flowing in the right direction

I did a segment-intending intention pre-meditation to feel really good and uplifted in my heart during the meditation. It was a quiet meditation - feeling quite neutral - I didn't feel much of my intended request during or after the meditation. The only things of note during the meditation were a few energy-flowing sensations in my body - mostly on the skin surface - mostly in the heart and at the top of the head. I soothe myself that it's ok if intentions for the meditation do not arrive immediately. Abraham warn about taking score - and they're right!- and Bashar often reminds us of having no expectations and not insisting on an outcome. Maybe I'll be able to tune into feeling especially good and uplifted at a later time when my vibration raises further. And for now, it is enough that I am doing the work as best as I can. Perhaps the vibration-raising effect is just a little more subtle than I can sense at times
