Meditate.
In thinking nothing,
you are contradicting nothing.
Then you become the translator of thevibration of your Inner Being.
That's when life gets good and really begins to feel fun!

Meditation, Contacting your Inner Being and "Sources Signal of Love"

HS:
Could you address the question of making contact with the Inner Being?
Because I understand the state of meditation leading to a numbness, and that leading to an experience of movement in the body...

Abe:
We teach meditation, because it's easier to teach you to quiet your mind and have no thought, than it is you to teach you to have pure positive thought.

In other words, we could teach most of you how to focus upon a sound. Esther meditated this morning and listened to the sound in the air conditioning unit, and then she listened to the sound of an airplane getting ready to take off, and then she listened to the sound of an airplane taking off, and then she realized that any sound she focused upon was enough for her, to put her brain on pause, and raise her vibration.

In other words that's the whole point of meditation: To quiet your mind.
When you are in a state of appreciation you are in vibrational alignment with your Source energy! And this connection that you're talking about, this alignment is just about vibrational frequencies. So if you're not doing something that causes you to have a lower vibrational frequency, you will naturally attune to the higher natural vibrational frequency, that is the signal that your source is always sending.

In other words, love is the way the signal feels.
When you're hating, you're not on on the signal! When you're frustrated, you're not on the signal.

Appreciation is the way the signal feels!

On twitches and involuntary movements during meditation and channeling

You need not worry,
for our motion with Esther is our way
of keeping the Energy flowing through her.

- Abraham

-

Beginner Meditators may experience awkward sensations and twitches

(HS has many strange and undeniable body-sensations.
Abe explain, that when you summon too much energy that you can´t yet express in ease, or which you don´t expect, and/ or you don't allow Source to flow, the physical sensations of that can become a bit awkward, funny or exaggerated.)

When you quiet your mind and you allow yourself to REALLY resonate with who you really are, the intention of the nonphysical-you is then being translated in your physical body.

And those twitches and itches and sensations that often happen in meditation,
are energy, sort of breaking loose and moving in areas, where you´ve formerly not allowing it, for whatever reason.

There is nothing for you to do about it!

Lots of people have written lots of silly books about it,
about what this means and what this means and what this means.
But we would encourage you to ALLOW this vibrational, nonphysical anatomy to HAPPEN, because of the knowledge that nonphysical has!

Esther felt often during those early stages of meditation, and even now occasionally, feels like that someone has their hands insides her head, massaging her scalp in some ways.
And often, when very well meaning people will come up to her, or offer something through the mail to her, -a massage or an energy-treatment, Esthers response always is "Thank you so much, but I get this from the inside, out!"

She knows that we know her body intimately,
and in her relaxed and allowing state,
we are moving energy, through the path of least resistance!

(...)

A lot of this [awkwardness of sensations] is:
- Too long in meditation.
- Too long sitting.
- Summoning more energy than you are allowing your body to expend,
and so you are having some kinds of these experiences! (...)

(Awkwardness...) It was the same for Esther when she began.
She would put herself in front of the podium and cling to it, for dear life,
because she felt unstable.
And then, because she wasn't really ready for the whole of us, we would do a sort of moving her neck around, what was really RIDICULOUS, when she thinks about NOW.

But there was a sort-of-allowing-the-energy-to-flow (spoken in very tense voice, audience begins to laugh about Abe, making fun of this), in some sort of way,
and then there was an ahhh- orrrrhhhhh- annnnrrrrrgghhhh- (loud laughter in the audience) ...ALL KINDS OF UNNECCESSARY gyrations...
but they were important!
Jerry was summoning more energy, than Esther was ready for.
And so, there was all kinds of convulsing that was taking place THAT WAS NOT NECCESSARY, to you, you see!

We don´t wanna freak everyone out!
When you meditate, you´re NOT going to become weird!

You´re going to become enlightened.
And when you´re gonna meditate, life´s gonna get EASIER for you,
and what isn´t magic, but feels like magic, will begin hapening to you.
And wonderful insight will come to you.

Should you do a rampage of appreciation during your meditative state?
Only if you're feeling high-flying and are on a neutral vibration or above on the EGS

HS: Would it be wise to when I meditate just to do Rampages and be in alignment
without being on any specific?

Abraham: Well, meditation is a different function, from our perspective, than a
rampage.

Because meditation is a process by which you quiet your mind which allows your vibration to rise.

Where a rampage is already recognizing that you're in that high flying place,
and then speaking more and more about it in order to cause the energy to move
even faster and Fuller. Or for the purpose of becoming more specific.

So if during meditation you begin to feel that sort of exhilaration, and if during
meditation you begin to have some of these thoughts then ride with them.

But don't sit in meditation for the purpose of getting that going.
Don't use meditation to consciously overcome resistance.
Don't use meditation to use your words to overcome resistance.

Use meditation to quiet your mind to overcome resistance.

Meditation is the quieting of mind.
A rampage is an activating of mind.
So all we're saying is don't activate your mind, unless you know for sure that you're flying high.

-

Sometimes people say:
"Oh I'm really in a bad place. I need to get a rampage going.
(Abraham make grunting straining noises)
Life's really good for me.... [but inside you're feeling:] no it isn't!
I'm really in love with the person I live with.... no I'm not!
This is just a beautiful person.... no you're not you're ugly!"

Because how you feel - if there's already momentum going then when
you try to do a rampage all that's going to happen is you're going to dig in.
The beliefs that you hold are going to contradict the new things that you want
to say.

And so that's why quieting your mind [is the way].
Start on a new track with no engines pulling in any direction.
That's what meditation will do.

-

So this is a good analogy:
So let's say that you are worked up about something.
Maybe someone has hurt your feelings or maybe they have betrayed you in some way or maybe something's gone wrong with your physical experience in some way and you are in a negative place.
Lots of engines stacked up going in the direction that you don't want to go.

So you say: "Well I need to think about this"
Well the more you think about it the more engines you stack up. (...)

So you sit to meditate and you quiet your mind.
And at first you have a hard time quieting your mind because you've got this big problem and it's just raging within you.
But you manage to focus on your breathing a little bit.
So in between your long breaths in and your longer breaths out. (...)

In between that you're still having thoughts about this wrongdoing that has happened to you.
But the more you focus upon your breaths in and your breaths out and your breaths in and your breaths out, then one of the engines just stops pulling.

And the longer you do it then another engine just stops pulling the longer you
do it then another engine just stops pulling.

And after about 15 minutes - now it might take you 13 of those 15 minutes
to quiet your mind, but usually at the end of about 15 minutes, if you have really focused upon your breathing all those contradictory thoughts will have subsided and now you're on a neutral track.
You're not being pulled in opposition to what you want.

And as you stay in that place maybe five minutes beyond that chilling out feeling -
you may think.
Because now you're in the receptive mode.

You may translate a vibration to a thought - to a positive thought.
And you'll feel a little momentum
"oh that feels better ," you may think.
"oh this was a productive use of my time" you might think.
"um I'm going to do this often" you think
"feels so good to relax.
Maybe things are working out for me.
I sure do feel better
I like to be
in a non-resistant place
I like thinking about things that feel good
I like remembering who I am
I like being the deliberate creator of my own experience
I like thoughts flowing that feel good
I like to see the best in others - clunk
I sure feel better
I really like clearing my mind
I want to be the deliberate creator of my own experience - clunk
I sure feel better
I like quieting my mind
I like knowing that all is well - clunk
I like knowing that things are getting better
I like knowing that I'm the creator of my own reality
I like knowing that I can accomplish my point of attraction
I like knowing that I've put so many things in my Vortex and that law of attraction is gathering them for me
I like being in the receptive mode
I like being tuned in and feeling the clues at the right time
I like good timing
I sure like being alive in my physical body "

Now that may be as far as you go in that five minutes but oh boy do you feel better.

And you know what?
You don't have to be in a state of meditation in order to continue that momentum.

Now you open your eyes, you're back in what you call your real world, and now with just that little bit of releasing of resistance , and that little bit of gaining momentum
in the other direction, now your real life happening in real time moment by moment can begin to happen.

You might have gone out into your car on your break or on your lunch break you might be sitting out on a porch somewhere where no one else is around and now
you're stepping back into your normal environment which caused that negative chaos to begin with,

But now that negative chaos it's different because the momentum of it has stopped. Now you are a new point of Attraction walking back in to the same space.
And now aggravating people can't rendezvous with you .

Now a whole different set of circumstances is potentially lined up for you.

The reason we teach the process of Meditation is because it is easier for most of you to clear your minds, having no thought, than it is for you to think pure, positive thoughts.

For when you quiet your mind, you offer no thought.
And when you do so, you offer no resistance.
And when you have activated no resistant thought, the vibration of your Being is high and fast and pure.

Can 15 minutes of meditation a day make that much difference?

A big benefit that you will notice right away is that things you have been wanting will begin showing up.

Now why is this? Afterall, you might say, Abraham, I didn't sit and intend. I didn't sit and set goals. I didn't sit and clarify what I want. I didn't tell the Universe what I wanted. Why does 15 minutes of just being set those kinds of things in motion?

Because you have already been asking, and now during your time of Meditation you have stopped the resistance that has been holding it away.
Because of your practiced Meditation, you are now allowing your desires to flow into your experience.

(...)

"Well Abraham, if I've been really negative for 50 years, is it going to take me 50 years to turn it around?"

No, 15 minutes [of meditation a day] ought to do it.

"In 15 minutes I can undo all of the disallowing that I've learned to do?"

In 15 minutes you can allow. You do not have to undo anything.

"Well, what if I've really developed major habits of negativity? Is 15 minutes going to change that?"

Probably not, but the next time you go for one of those negative thoughts, you are going to be more aware of it.
Your guidance system is going to be stimulated so that you will be aware - probably for the first time in your life - of what you are doing with your Non-physical energy.

On energy flowing sensations during meditation

Hotseater asks about strange sensations he gets in his ears, like energy flowing. He asks Abraham if it's them.

Abraham:
The physical feelings that you have are about how open or not open your circuits are.

If you're really asking for connection with your Inner Being, but you've got all kinds of self-doubt or all kinds of self-blame, then you're asking for something that you're not allowing, and a conversation like this may very well give you a headache.
[Headaches can be a sign of not allowing the energy to flow.]
In other words, you may feel a tension in your body because you're asking for something that you're not letting flow through, and so it does not feel very good.

Esther remembers in those early days of opening her Vortex to allowing the energy of Abraham:
It was more energy than her body was accustomed to.
And so there was a lot of jumping.
She was sitting those days in a chair:
She has videos that you will never see of what it was like when Jerry was wanting Abraham, and Esther was allowing it but not really ready.

[What you are feeling in your ears] - it is some of that.
It is asking for something that you're not quite ready for.

In meditation surely you've felt [body sensations] in meditation.
When you quiet your mind, so you stop thought, so you stop all resistance, then you begin to allow what you've been asking for.
And so the energy begins to move through you.
And as the energy really begins to move
sometimes you'll feel sort of impulses; your finger will twitch.

And so what it is, that is energy making its way through a slightly resistant vessel.

And when your vessel, your body , is not resistant when the energy flows, it feels like euphoria. It feels like clarity. It might even lead you to motion or movement.

If you want to hear that high-minded thought that your Inner Being is thinking
then you've got to stop spewing that lower-minded thought that you're spewing;
which is the whole point of meditation:
Stop broadcasting
so you can receive.
