In my life, I've found when I've been presented with limitations that limit me in certain ways that others don't have - all I can do is work with what I CAN do, and figure out how to do things in a way that works for me. For me, it's been quite a process of discovery, but in time you can figure out what works, bit by bit.

You may not hear your thoughts; but you feel your feelings and that's the most important thing in learning to be more deliberate!

You may not know what specific thought caused an "off" feeling, but you can observe what happened around you when that off-feeling began and deduct what may have caused it.
Then you can soothe yourself specifically, according to your observation.

If you can't do a soothing internal dialogue, perhaps you can write the soothing words down on paper / on the computer instead? Abraham say writing is the most powerful way to focus anyway.

If you can't do a visualization where you see things in your mind, perhaps you can write about a scene that you would like to imagine, describing the feelings and body-sensations that go along with it and what they feel like (which is the most important part). It's on paper instead of in your mind's eye - but perhaps it has the same feeling-effect in the end? : )

Perhaps there's more you can do than first appears :) :hearts:

SO agreed!!! Exactly!  There is ALWAYS a way. But- it will always be YOUR unique way. I like to say ""Normalcy" is a hoax!"

Yah. I think, EVERYBODY can rely! We all are so different. But I am absolutely certain that the specific way in which each one is "limited" is exactly the thing that they need to learn, or be inspired to, fulfill their UNIQUE desires, and find fulfillment on their UNIQUE path.

I'm a bit late in answering to this post, but thanks for your reply :) And what you wrote here is so nice and encouraging. I'm having my own self-discovery about this right now, and I will figure out what works for me, bit by bit, for sure

Absolutely! And more than I have been doing, for sure! But now I want to do it more than ever :) I'm tired of feeling less than really good.

This is a very good suggestion, thanks! :)🙏

Hm, I have realized that I probably want to somehow make myself more sensitive to the subtleties of emotions and vibration.
I think, that I have been feeling very similarly on the EGS for a long time, to the point that I've gotten used to whatever feeling that is (I think maybe pending between overwhelment and boredom"), that it just feels "normal" to me, or just "same".
It's like my days start with feeling quite alright and then I go to work and then at the end of the day when it's time to go home I feel kinda overwhelmed.
But I always find it a bit difficult to do the vibrational "work" because I have a bit hard time noticing what feels better or not. I think it probably is that I've become desensitized to the subtleties that are emotions, from having been in a simlar-feeling place for so long, so I'm expecting that "feeling better" to be bigger or more noticeable or something like that.

The thing is, if I for example listen to music I like or some Abraham hicks video, it really takes a while until I notice myself that "hm, now I can tell that I do feel better than before". I mean maybe 5 minutes of really focusing/watching/listening. The emotion must logically have shifted way before that, but that I missed the subtlety of that, and only identified that "better feeling" once momentum has started going a bit.
I'm mostly guessing here.
But I haven't really had much success with applying any of these processes (in written form or in my head), and I think it could be that I'm not realizing a small shift in my emotions as it's subtler than I'm used to feeling for, if that makes sense.

I have heard Abraham talked about this before in videos. And they recommend meditation as the absolute best way to regain your sensitivity to your emotions and guidance.
I have Abraham's "General well-being meditation CD" which I really like. I'm going to start listen to that like 2 times a day. I know that when I listening to something, I really focus on it, and there's no wonder in my mind about whether or not I'm focusing on it.
And I think that's what I need as a starting point from where I am right now.
