Focus Block
I want to feel more relaxed and calm, especially when shopping.
1. I believe it helps if I go to bed when I'm tired and get enough sleep. This way, I feel refreshed the next morning.
2. There have been many shopping trips where I felt relaxed. It always helps when I do a segment intending beforehand and have time to pack my things calmly in the morning. I intend to have a relaxed and pleasant shopping experience where I quickly find everything I want and gain good inspiration.
3. I can also take a shopping cart when shopping, both at drugstore and supermarket. Whenever I took a cart, I was much calmer and more relaxed at the checkout.
4. Additionally, I can take my time, ask employees where things are, and perceive shopping as something enjoyable where I see new products and get new inspiration for meals.
5. It's also great that we get driven there, so I can pick up many heavy items from different stores. That's something fantastic.
6. To have even more relaxation while shopping, I can let my girlfriend know that she should support me when shopping at drugstore and supermarket and pick things up for me. This way, I can concentrate better and have less work while shopping. It makes it much more fun and brings a lot more relaxation to my shopping. She offered that, and I find it kind of her. So I always have the opportunity to get help from her when I feel it would be good for me.
7. Even if I came back a bit stressed and angry from shopping, I will now do Focus Blocks to realign myself positively on these topics. I already have some initial ideas to bring more relaxation into my day by airing out and then sleeping. This way, I've already laid a good foundation for the rest of the day to be a relaxed, beautiful day.
8. Today can also be a good formula: What brings me joy? What do I want to do that makes me happy and relaxes and calms me? This way, I can reach a state where I have energy but also relaxation and calmness.
9. I can let myself drift a bit today and take things slowly. Keep incorporating nice breaks by recharging with positive things like meditation, music, or light exercises that put me in a positive mood.
10. This morning, thanks to my focus block from yesterday, I had much more energy and got up early, even though I slept little. That's a great sign that I have a lot of energy. Now I can wonderfully balance that by bringing even more ease and calm into shopping and spending the rest of the day in more calmness.
11. I already feel much calmer, more positive, and lighter, and I have the feeling that I can bathe more and more in ease on this day.
12. Now I'm pretty sure that my day will be calm, easy, and beautiful. Shopping is also becoming more relaxed and joyful, and I'm getting better at finding the things I'm looking for. I'm getting more and more inspiration from the foods that give me new ideas about what I can cook and what's good for me and my body.
Last night, I experienced some negative emotions and calmed myself. I found inspiration in Louise Hay, who says, "All is well, everything serves my best. Only good things will come from this problem, and I am completely secure." This helped me fall asleep and feel more positive and calm.
Today, I was in Mühltal at my old place of residence. On the train ride back, I connected with my inner being. First, I said I was seeking love, and then I saw a heart. I kept asking questions and received answers in the form of signs, slogans, or license plates. This was very helpful for me, and I felt directly connected to my inner being. I approached this exercise lightly because it simply came to mind. I smiled continuously, which gave me a very pleasant feeling.
I also thought about visualization and realized that when I'm at a low energy level, anything related to detailed wishes or visualization doesn't work. I also saw in a short section by Abraham that it's better to meditate when you're very negative, and that the calming practice I mentioned is a form of general positivity without going into too much detail.

Oh, I'm glad that you like it. That's very nice. I never thought that connecting with my inner being would be so easy. But after the experiences with the blue orb and the feelings and dreams at that time, which I then deciphered through an Abraham process, it became increasingly clear to me how my inner being constantly communicates with me. Today, as I described, I started directly asking my inner being questions. In doing so, I saw things in the outside world that were fitting answers. You seem to have a very direct connection to your inner being or spiritual guides. I am still very new to this and had a nice idea this evening that I want to share here. I really liked that, and I spoke from my inner being for the first time. I noticed how inspiration came, and that these answers came from my inner being. I kept saying things I wanted to experience, and then my inner being gave its opinion on them. That was very nice.
What I Want to Experience:
I want to experience magic, flowing rivers full of pure magic that surround me; an enchanting feeling of connection with everything I love. Everything I love comes to me and dances with me in a wonderful dance that never stops and continuously expands, unfolding in all different forms, colors, and streams of bliss.
Inner Being, what do you say to that?
Stay in the mood of curiosity, joyful expectation, pulsation, acceptance, knowledge, and trust that everything unfolds as you wish. No being in this world will ever lose what it desires. Everything remains intact, and every wish is in progress and connected with its creator.
What I Want to Experience
Pure beauty that surrounds me, radiating from within me and filling every cell of my body. I bring this radiance into the world, and from this radiance, I can finally shine and glow like a bright star on the horizon. Without any restriction, I can fly through time and space and feel the glitter and excitement that one usually only feels as a child. In this beauty, I can live, for this beauty is everything that surrounds me and everything that I am. From this beauty, I can feel my innermost being, and from my inner self flows beauty, love, and fulfillment that are never limited but continue to grow and expand.

- I am so happy that my girlfriend invited me over last night and cooked puff pastry pockets with minced meat for me. It was so delicious! Then I suddenly fell asleep at her place, and she woke me up so sweetly.
- I am so glad that I now have a stronger connection to my inner being. The exercises have made me so positive, and the messages were so clear and good for me that I reached such a high vibration. It was simply a feeling of joy and love for my inner being, and it filled me with a sense of love, hope, and security.
- I am so grateful and happy that spiritualcookie started a topic in the forum where we can write down our memories. This put me in such a positive mood, and I was able to empathize with the feelings of that time so well. This enthusiasm really had an impact on other areas and led to me sleeping so well. This morning, I woke up in such a mood that I am already really looking forward to the Christmas market, which I will visit today in Mainz. It is so nice to go with this flow and simply bathe in these old memories, taking this enthusiasm and security into new experiences.

Thursday, December 12: part 2
- Claudia picked me up, and then we drove to the café where Lily works. There we picked up Lily. On the way, we listened to and sang along with Christmas songs like "All I Want for Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey. The mood was exuberant and cheerful on the drive to Mainz.
- I really enjoyed that Lilly and I got along so well. We made many new plans for our shared apartment during our visit to the Christmas market. It was simply a warm, cheerful, and festive atmosphere as we walked through the market. I kept noticing beautiful things, looked at everything, and was intoxicated by the scents and beauty around me. I saw many loving, wonderful people and felt a strong love for everyone at the Christmas market.
- It was so nice that I found a great card for my parents that thrilled me and that I want to give them for Christmas. When we were in the bookstore, I immediately went to the spiritual section and looked at books by Louise Hay, Joe Dispenza, and others about manifestation. I discovered an interesting book about numerology that fascinated and inspired me. In one of the books, the emotional scale of Abraham was adopted without Esther Hicks being mentioned. I had to smile and found it funny, and thought to myself, I'd rather stick with the original.

- We ate the most amazing fried potato pancakes, which tasted wonderful with applesauce – a culinary highlight. Later, I had a mulled wine and a cherry wine, which were totally delicious and wonderfully warming. It was a cozy and festive atmosphere at the mulled wine stand with all the people. I felt completely secure, peaceful, and enthusiastic.

I want to have fun on the way to my desires.
Tonight, I'm in such a good mood that I want to take another exhilarating high-flying journey with the method "I want to have fun on my way to my desires," which I got from an Abraham video.
If spiritualcookie or Poe are interested, we can also include this method in the process overview. The method is about creating a list of things you wish for: emotions you want to experience, states or physical conditions you want to have, relationship experiences you want to live, material things you wish for.
Abraham says in the video that you don't want everything immediately but rather savor the journey to your desires. And that's exactly what the method is about: When you have fun on the way to your desires, you are already on a high-flying disc, and all desires quickly come to you because you have no resistance left. So now I'm starting.
I am so full of joy and happy about everything, and I want to have so much fun on my way to my desired weight. I will have such a great time on this journey because it's a journey that never ends, and therefore it doesn't matter whether my steps are big or small. The main thing is that I have so much fun on my way to my desired weight. The journey will be so great and beautiful and full of wonderful inspirations. Soothing/An Improved Life Story (without being specific)
Everything is good, everything is good, everything is so good, and I can totally relax and let all the beautiful things come to me because there is nothing I need to worry about. For out of all that now seems difficult, only good will come. Only good will come from the current events. Everything I touch now, everything I relate to now, everything will only bring good. I can simply relax and let all the good flow into my life.
I am completely secure, wrapped in my inner being, absolutely enveloped in this warm blanket of security. And from this safety, I can let joy flow into my life because nothing can happen to me, nothing can go wrong or fail, because my universal life path will never end. I keep developing and come ever closer to my desires and to what is good for me.
Day by day, I will continue to grow in joy, health, beauty, and happiness, and I will be increasingly surrounded by ease, serenity, and a thrilling sense of enthusiasm. I will find more and more what is good for me and the thoughts that make me feel good. Due to these two things, more and more beautiful things will flow into my life, and my life will become what I have wished for.
Day by day, I will find more things that I enjoy and have clarity in every moment about what is good for me now and what will lead to my highest happiness. So I can wonderfully relax into my well-being and my words and trust that everything simply serves my best. So I live more and more in my dream life and from there I develop new ideas for improvement and well-being. That gives me great joy, and I can wonderfully enjoy it.
Everything is so wonderfully good. I can now simply let go and relax and let myself glide into this warm, cozy, soft world of my inner being that always loves and values me, and from whose harmony I draw more and more beauty into my life. Everything is so wonderful.
Everything is good, everything is good, everything is so good, and I can totally relax and let all the beautiful things come to me because there is nothing I need to worry about. For out of all that now seems difficult, only good will come. Only good will come from the current events. Everything I touch now, everything I relate to now, everything will only bring good. I can simply relax and let all the good flow into my life.
I am completely secure, wrapped in my inner being, absolutely enveloped in this warm blanket of security. And from this safety, I can let joy flow into my life because nothing can happen to me, nothing can go wrong or fail, because my universal life path will never end. I keep developing and come ever closer to my desires and to what is good for me.
Day by day, I will continue to grow in joy, health, beauty, and happiness, and I will be increasingly surrounded by ease, serenity, and a thrilling sense of enthusiasm. I will find more and more what is good for me and the thoughts that make me feel good. Due to these two things, more and more beautiful things will flow into my life, and my life will become what I have wished for.
Day by day, I will find more things that I enjoy and have clarity in every moment about what is good for me now and what will lead to my highest happiness. So I can wonderfully relax into my well-being and my words and trust that everything simply serves my best. From this warm feeling of well-being, I can notice how all my dreams come true and everything becomes simply beautiful. From day to day, it gets better and better and more beautiful and more beautiful.
I notice how my beauty shines more and more, how I glow more and more, and how I become stronger, healthier, fitter, more enthusiastic, and more energetic. I rejoice in my whole body, my whole being, and notice how all my wishes wonderfully manifest easily. So I live more and more in my dream life and from there I develop new ideas for improvement and well-being. That gives me great joy, and I can wonderfully enjoy it.

Re: Daily appreciations
• It was absolutely wonderful that I started my morning with a soothing exercise and told an overall improved story of my life, which made me feel so positive and calm and gifted me so many beautiful emotions. This is how I started my day in a great way.
• I really enjoyed printing out new pictures for my Abraham folder with inspiring quotes and beautiful images.
• Showering today was truly invigorating and refreshing. I dressed up nicely and tried my new, fragrant shower gel. Afterwards, I felt reborn and had a lot of fun under the warm shower. I was in a cheerful, playful mood the whole time.
• Housework and cooking were really easy for my girlfriend and me today. We had a lot of fun, were very affectionate with each other the whole time, kissed a lot, and I felt a lot of love. We cooked chili con carne, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I'm thrilled about this wonderful Saturday, and tomorrow all my friends and family are coming over for coffee to celebrate the third Advent, and I'm really looking forward to it.
