I'm getting a cleaning lady! Pinch me!!
I'm getting a cleaning lady, and together, we will shine up the whole house. And maybe before, declutter and organize it!

Ohhhh I SO LOVE IT!!!



I SO love my lively kitchen. Where we are not exactly "dancing", but life roars through us, here. We chat and we play, and we sing, and sometimes, we have a screaming-contest. And we prefer FOOD!! LOVED SOUL FOUD. I so love eating. I so love cooking. I so love all my myriads of ingrediences and tools and pots and pans and molds and bowls!!
I SO LOVE the vegetables and my spices and herbs. I SO LOVE MY KITCHEN!

I dream of awesome, huge, light-filled kitchens, and of owning one of them. But now I am here, and I embrace my own, beloved, wonderful farm-kitchen with all of my heart. I will shine it up. I will renew it. I will embrace what is, and OWN it fully, in love and light, glistening and shimmering, fragrant and wonderful.

And in that, life FLOWS INTO MORE.
I am so eager for every step of this journey! I am so eager to clean my kitchen! I really am!!!

I am the one, who LOVES what she got! I am the one, who loves to take care of what is, while floating into endlessly more. I am the one who is SO SATISFIED here, and so EAGER for more!

Day 23




I was on a quest the last days, how "MY SUCCESS" really looks. Well... this is NOT a really new endeavor!
What could be older than the question "who am I?". What could be more epic than the search for "what did I come for?" I- and probably everyone else, goes about this in circles, again and again... and * I * get back ALWAYS to the samen answer: Life is supposed to be fun, in the exact ways that feel BEST to ME, HERE and NOW.

Things change. At least, the specifics! But the basics stay them same. I WANT TO BE HAPPY.
I want to do what I love most- here and now.
I want to follow the dream that is NOW!

One day, it is embracing family. The next, it is being on my own. One day it is travel. The next it is, coming home. One day it is to be outgoing and enthusiastic, and creative. And the other, it is relaxing and looking up into the sky, and DOING NOTHING. It's all about timing. I really really stopped doing things, when I don't really want to! And when I think I HAVE to do something, I never do it without going into alignment with it FIRST.

I am REALLY proud about that!

I do, what I love. And I love, what I do!
That is my "career". That is my calling. And I can do that, because I allowed myself to LOVE MYSELF.




I LIKE when people call me "Paradise". It reminds me on my big theme:
Living/loving Paradise "down" to Earth, into Earth-life of humans.
GETTING, understanding, the divine laws and set-ups, and deliberately, awarely fulfilling them while in a physical body and with physical playmates.
I want to live, enjoy and teach "to love what I do, and to do what I love", on the highest level now now now. NO perfection (much too complicated and stressful!!)

But as JOYFUL and eager and happy and silly and hilarious and wonderful and delicious and beautiful and free and awesome as I can NOW! Ohhhh I FEEL SO SUCCESSFUL in this!!!!

Day 24




I don't need to do ANYTHING! I am best off, if ONLY I follow what feeeeeels good right here and now, and drop what "was", or what doesn't feel so good- BECAUSE I TRUST MY GUIDANCE.

I am the person who really totally TRUSTS HER DIVINE GUIDANCE!

Which means- I float, until I feel joyfully called.
I do what I enjoy- and when I feel the need to do something uncomfortable, I either know it is guidance not to do it, or I line up with it, until it IS Joyful!
I AM. I am enough. I am good, and when I "need" something, Source will guide me JOYFULLY there.
I am awesome... and I embrace that, each day more.
I have so much reason to be thankful, and I spend my time to digging it, in deep appreciation, and in fun and love and awe and joy and eagerness and thankfulness, and on and on again!!!



JUST BEING. Wouldn't that be awesome? No pushing, no nudging, no pulling... but BEING. Stable and in love. Flexible, when joyfully called. Peaceful, no matter what. Open for each call of source! KNOWING, when to relax into any problem! CLEAR, about my guidance, at every moment! Joyful, tuned, sensitive to smallest little JOY that is calling me!



OH YES, I DO!!!

Allow your Trust that it IS GIVEN, to get bigger!

Abraham, giving an example of what we could say, that would help us:

I have been focused upon some specific things that matter a lot to me. And in the process, I have managed to launch more Rockets of Desire around this, than I can count. And I sense, that those Rockets of Desire have managed to accomplish a point of Attraction! But since I can't see it yet, or see it in its tangible form, sometimes I doubt it...

...Because I'm accustomed to trusting what I see. But not so much, trusting what is unseen. I want to find a way of knowing it even though I can't see it!


I want to feel it even before it IS.
Because I understand, that until I feel it, I'm not going to be able to see it. It would be so much easier if I could see it, and then know it! But I understand that I've got to know it before I can see it. And so, I'm not really asking you Abraham or Source-energy to do anything about it, to make it happen in some unnatural way. What I'm really asking for, is that I can somehow release my resistance- in a way, that I can trust that it is coming. Because trust feels so good. And doubt feels so bad- and so, what I'm really talking about here, is:

How can I goose up my trust?
How can I remind myself that things are really always working out for me?
How can I trust that it will be, as I want it to be?

So, here's the answer to that question: Look at other things around you, that are, as you want them to be.

And remember when you didn't see them, as they are now! Remember the things, that were in motion before you could see them?
And know, that all things are that way.

Trusting the process... but it's it's not the easiest thing to do!
But you can trust in your alignment.
You can trust in your emotion.
You can trust in the laws of the universe.
You can trust in the very consistent Law of Attraction!
You can trust in your Inner Being, who is aware of you.
You can trust that source is with you.
You can trust, that what you want is known, and honored, and experienced by the Inner Being- part of you!
You can trust that it's just a matter of practicing that feeling.

-That's what the process of "getting to anything that you want, that hasn't come about yet" is!

What you have to accomplish is:
-You have to realize that the journey has begun.
-And you want to stay in your lane, as you're going!
-You want to find the thoughts that feel good, and if the thought doesn't feel good, then release it as quickly as you can.
-And don't let a worrysome thought get started! Don't let it get any momentum going.

As you go to bed at night, lie on your bed and know, that while you sleep, that any momentum that is slowing anything down, will stop.
And the momentum of your source, and the momentum of what you are wanting, is underway in full swing!

And imagine that when you awaken in the morning, because you've slept and your vibration has risen as a result of being asleep, that you will meet the vibration of your Source in the moment that you awaken! And, ask specifically for some feeling, some impulse, some confirmation of that. And expect it to come- at first in the form of emotion.

It can come in other ways, through rendezvousing. People will say things to you, they don't even know you, and they'll be saying things to you that are meaningful to you! Things will happen in your environment, all kinds of things will come as messengers to let you know, that you're right on track. Watch for the evidence of the messengers along the way!

This is really what we are wishing for all of you: To look for evidence of your alignment before the manifestation.

This is the secret of living happily ever after, and it's the secret of getting the specific things that you want: Look for the evidence, before it is seeable, hearable, smellable, tastable, touchable. Look for the evidence along the way, and watch what happens!

An avalanche of it will come to you. You're ready to receive the evidence.

Day 25



I dream this dream since quite a long time... taking my daughter and her whole family- all the 5 grandkids- on a trip to Africa.
The beginning of it was a picture where people stood at Devils Pool and looked hundreds of meters down into the gushing Victoria-falls (located at the border of Sambia and Simbabwe). I was THRILLED! And immediately I thought: "I want to do that, too!"

It took me some time to figure out where this photo was taken. And then, the more I learned, the more I was thrilled! Speak of "More, more, MORE!" This wildness. This awesome rush, OF FEELING LIFE!! This ALIVENESS. Ohh yes, yes, yes!!

The next inspiration came, also years ago, with pictures from Giraffe-Manor in Kenia, close to the capital Nairobi. I was hooked! Ohh, wouldn't that be fun to have the children (and my very playful daughter!) enjoy having giraffes share our breakfast? To dine outside on the terrace, together with warthogs? In SUCH a beautiful, colorful, lovely setting! It felt so peaceful and friendly. So easy. So playful! So PARADISY!

And from there, then do a Safari in open Jeeps, and watch the fascinating mass-migration of the wildebeests. And observe all the "Big Five" (lion, leopard, rhinozeros, elephant and African buffalo). And, take a look at iconic Kilimandscharo.



You are born pioneers! You are born freedom-seekers.

Look at these little buggers, when they come forth. Can´t you see it? They wanna eat everything. They wanna smell everything. They wanna touch everything. They wanna see everything, they wanna be with everything. And you say: "no, no, no, no, no! No no no. Be careful."

Oh, it is THE most natural sense. It is the nonphysical attitude of "more". More, more, more, more, more, MORE, MORE!

I realize-

I am an adventure seeker!
I am the person who LOVES to feel life fully and intensely- while I want it always IN ALIGNMENT.

In Alignment with joy, love and respect. In Alignment with God, and all it's creations- nature, weather, the animals, the plants, the people. I WANT US TO ALL WIN! I want us all to connect and get to know each other, in a basis of LOVE!


When I see the picture of this lion, following the Jeep; or the people bathing in Devils Pool, or the big 5, gazing at me... I do not feel fear. I feel deep respect. I feel great love. I KNOW, it is always about vibration, if a situation is awesome or awful! I was together with red-zone dogs, and red-zone horses, and red-zone humans. I know, it has nothing to do with "tricks" or "physical power". It is all about ALIGNMENT. And when you are in a very challenging situation, it is time to FOCUS! And, I can do that. I so love to do that!! It feels so awesomely wonderfully fantastically, magically POWERFUL!!! It feels soooo ALIVE!



I want MORE! I want to embrace adventure with all 4 feet! I want to sleep with my family in rooftents, on Jeeps, or stay in tent-lodges, where we smell the air, feel the energy of nature skin-deep. I want to hear all the fascinating sounds of the night, see the sky in all it's colors, see the wild animals in their environment!

I want to taste the African food. I want to understand the cuisine. I want to enjoy the clashes between wild and domesticated, high culture and ancient life. I want to have afternoon tea in a beautiful sophisticated hotel, and a simple blanket on the ground! I want to feel cozy and safe, and open and wide!

I want to fly with helicopters or ultra-light planes over the amazing landscapes. I want to travel in a blink with a small jet, what would take us weeks with a car. I want to adore the ride with a speed boat on the river! I want to dip my feet into the turquoise Indian Ocean. I want to breath the hot, dry air in the desert. I want to feel the ground shaking, when the big animals come. I WANT IT ALL! I WANT IT ALL!



I want to adore and gaze upon the amazing, foreign plants! I want to feel the energy of all this beautiful landscapes. I want to "bathe" in the unique air around the thousands of violet Jacaranda trees, that color whole cities! I wanna dig my feet into orange sand. I wanna feel the energy when an elephant, or a rhino, looks at me, and know, our souls connect, on this magic, indescribable, awesome level. I want to experience the sunset in the savanna with my whole being. I want the twinkle of the myriads of stars in the, otherwise, pitch-black nights. I want to stand on the equator, and on the tropic of Capricorn... and get the moment, when sunlight comes from SO above, that there is no shadow.

I WANT LIFE!
I WANT ADVENTURE IN FULL ALIGNMENT.
And I want to share it with my beloveds!

Already day 26... I would love to play this game on and on! I feel, I get so much out of it! I really start momentum, with this practice! Well, we'll see how it goes! I SO TRUST sources guidance!

I am a lover. I am a very, very sensuous woman. I LOVE to be physical- with all that comes with it. I LOVE adventure in Alignment!



I adore the dance of giving and taking. I adore the game of Yin- and Yang, of leading and being led, of surrender and allowing - and conquering and achieving. IT ALL HAS ITS PERFECT PLACE. It makes the Creativity inside the Contrast, and in that, the deliciousness of reaching and allowing, achieving and trusting, being carried and boldly claiming my stance.

Day 27

Yesterday, I transcribed this segments below (set in red color), and it has touched me so intensely.

WE CAN HAVE IT ALL... and more, we will not somewhen "get there". Because we are THERE ALREADY!!!

This give me such a confident, invincible energy. I feel, really... invincible. I feel so POWERFUL. I feel like I do not need ANYTHING. I am THERE! I am there. I feel like a dragon. I feel fierce and bold and unstoppable! I feel aware. I feel awake. I feel... INVINCIBLE.


"When you begin studying with us, and we say "you create your own reality", and we call it things like "the science of deliberate creation", you then apply your same tactics, that haven't worked for you very well, out there in the action-oriented world, to this as well. And it takes you so far... it takes you a little further, then maybe you went before. But it does not take you to the place that you want to go! It doesn't take you to that clarity, you see. Think about it! Think about in terms of sexual transmutation.

Think about the feeling of finding that vibrational place, and allowing, in a sort of effortless way, that delicious ease of all things to be realized by you.

Not demanding it. Not insisting it! Not forcing it. Not effort in it. Just allowing it- moment by moment by moment by moment by moment. Every moment of your experience is a manifestational moment! Every moment, what you're perceiving here, the theatre that you are in, the vessel that you're upon, the ocean that you're moving through... everything that you are perceiving is manifestation.

Because you are translating vibration in to all of this, you see! So, as you have soothed yourself into the fullness of who you are, so that all-of-you is having this manifestational moment... feel the richness! The fullness, the wholeness! The depth, the breadth, the satisfaction of these manifested moments! So many people are standing in this place, dissatisfied in this way, in this way, in this way. Hopeful, they think, their on their way to something that will be an improvement!

"I will get there. I really eventually will get there!" -you're not ever going to get there!! You're there! There's no place else to get!

THIS is, where it's all happening!
THIS is the manifested moment!
THIS is the moment!!

Every single moment of your life can be that climatic moment, that you're reaching for, at the end of something that most of you make way hard work out of. Way hard work!

I AM A PERSON WHO KNOWS AND LOVES AND LIVES THIS- more often than not.

Day 28

My mother is celebrating her 80. Birthday tomorrow, and I would love to tell her, that we will visit her this summer. I would LOVE to pack up my daughter and her family (my sons and us where there 5 years ago, when she was due with her 2. child) and show them the land where I got born.
I would love to LOVE! I would love to focus on love and ease and UNCONDITIONAL JOY. I would love to just DO IT! I KNOW IT IS DONE!
I KNOW IT IS CALLLLLLLING ME! And not going feels bad.



I have achieved "impossible" so many times! I have DONE this again and again.
I AM THE PERSON WHO DOESN'T ALLOW DOUBT ANYMORE.


I love my mother!
I want my grandsons to learn to know my mother, and my brother!
I want us all to experience Canada. I want us all to laugh and be in awe, and have fun!
I want my daughter to be with her Grandmother! I want my mother to learn to know her great-grand-children!
I KNOW IT IS POSSIBLE! It is done, and all I do here is connect with the done-ness.

This is EASY.
This is just about allowing and loving and trusting! I can do this.



I know, the bears are calling me! The deers are calling me. The racoons and the ravens and the squirrels! The whales and the seals and the starfish are calling me. The blackberries are calling me! THE DONUTS ARE CALLING ME!! The awesome joy that we CAN have is calling me, because IT IS DONE.

My brother is calling me! He will tell so many jawdropping, hilarious, awesome stories. He will have a fireball explode. He will be the most amazing and funny priest! My Mutti is calling me. Her soul. We want to embrace IN LOVE, in the body. I know, it is all done. I know, it is there, And I know, I can allow it. I relax into the deep trust of this.



Before or after we drive with the RV's to my mothers place, we will stay in Vancouver for acclimating... and I so look forwards to experience this city even deeper than the last time. We will have a foodie-tour, and there is so much more that calls me, that I will allow... I feel sure! I love this certainty! I love this CONNECTION that I feel with my dream. I love this boldness. I love this eagerness. I LOVE THIS LOVE. I love to love! I so love to TRUST!

I give in.
Nothing is more important to me, than to FEEL GOOD, here and now, here and now, here and now!
Nothing matters more to me than to relax into perceiving what is my next best step.
Easy. Loving, easy, allowing! THANK YOU, LIFE!



I want to love myself fully.
I want to love - and care for- myself wholly. I am my job! I am the lense through which everything comes to me. I am my very first priority.
I want to REALLY BE WITH ME. One with me.

I am the one who is in ALIGNMENT with herself, which means with "both heads of the monster": The Source-who-I-really-am, and the physically focused extension-self. I LOVE ME IN ALL FOCUSES!
