Wow, this feels gooood! Hmmmmm

Day 37:

Today I asked Source:
"What can I do to help this loved one who is very very resistant to any help or advice from me? Is there anything I can do to help? Please give me your answer in song."

Before I even finished asking the question, I already got this song: Take a Chance on me by Abba

"If you change your mind, I'm the first in line
Honey, I'm still free
Take a chance on me
If you need me, let me know, gonna be around (...)

We can go dancing, we can go walking, as long as we're together
Listen to some music, maybe just talking, (...)

Isn't that the most beautiful answer?
I find it so moving that these songs are such a perfect fit to my questions!

In the evening I did my regular 15 minute BLESS ME meditation.
There were some visuals that I didn't understand. Mostly still images of oil painting-like depictions of men with long white beards


It just occurred to me, I can ask what this symbol of old men means through a song! I got the song Mrs Robinson:

I guess in the movie Mrs Robinson was a "guide" of sorts, and these men kind of look like professor-ish guides too. I've been wanting to manifest a guide or mentor lately so maybe that's what it means.

The lyrics of the song seem to relate generally to meditation:

"We'd like to help you learn to help yourself
Look around you, all you see are sympathetic eyes
Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home"

I asked Source to please send me more techniques that are effortless and easy for me to receive with because the Song Method is so much fun! I want more tools to have a wider range of ways to receive. I love variety! I love experiencing new things! I love the idea of discovering new techniques that work beautifully for me! It's so much fun trying them out and seeing how they work!

Day 38: BLESS ME method, 15 mins

Experiences during the meditation:
- feeling of lightness in head & arms
- An interesting, ticklish contracting sensation through the spine of the back

It was a quiet one today

I'm continuing asking for songs here and there through the day.

I'll share a cool manifestation that happened:

My mum got her water bill and it was higher than expected.
When we were talking, she said "I have a feeling we have a leak, but I don't know for sure!"
I said, "Why don't I ask for a song to tell us if there's a leak or not!"
She laughed, and agreed, I tuned in, and got the song "Dr Jones" by Aqua playing in my head. I didn't remember the lyrics, so I went to the computer to search for them, and the first line of the song is:
"Sometimes the feeling is right."
Literally one minute earlier my mum said "I have a FEELING we have a leak..." and we got her own words echoed back to her with a confirmation!
We both were amazed! Jaws dropped! Eyes wide!
She called the water company and they guided her to check a few things, after which they said that from what she described, it sounds like there IS a leak, and they'll come by to fix it!
So we were able to get a confirmation from the water company too!
It was a really fun demonstration that this song stuff works!

Today I discovered that even if I don't know the musical tune to a song, I can still receive an answer through receiving a the words from the song that will guide me to the right place. I asked a question, requesting a song-answer, and in response I just heard the very specific words "chica cherry cola" (it came like hearing any self-talk thought that runs through your head - in my own voice). This lead me to the lyrics of a song that contained these words, - and this song also had the answer to the question I was asking about, contained within it! Also very cool!

I was watching a video by Suzanne Gieseman where she said that she in the past received answers from Source through hearing bible verse directions (eg she might hear: "Philippians 4 : 13"), and that directs her to the message she is needing to hear. It sounds like a pretty similar thing to the song lyrics method, just through a different database of information (the bible!). So interesting how this works! I bet you could even get directions to a page of a fiction book that's on your shelf - or - who knows! - the possibilities are endless!

Exactly... I remember Abe saying that EVERYTHING really is talk from source, a "sign", a communication. And it will always match, as we can't attract anything other than a match to who we are. The vibrations wouldn't allow it. But I never ever understood it so much as I do NOW, having read you, and pondered your awesome sharings!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This is sooooo big for me!!

I also remember now, that Abe said that songs are such a great communication, as the music (besides the lyrics) is such an awesome transporter or emotion. It can act as a true hug from source, a nudge for upliftment, or a dance with source, to give you the emotion of being in harmony with them... or a mirror to your feelings.

That is all so beautiful!

It feels like there's some difference between a "sign" such as a reflection of your point of attraction,
and a "communication" that is an answer from Source to a question.
I suppose it's the difference between creating by default and deliberate creation

How beautiful! I love this!

I've been hearing the song "A Spaceman Came Travelling" by Chris de Burgh in my head all evening (not in response to any specific question) and it does feel a lot like you describe - as a hug from Source, a nudge for upliftment or a dance with Source, just confirming that hearing lovely music can be part of the journey to peace, goodwill and awakening.

"Then the stranger spoke, he said, do not fear
I come from a planet a long way from here
And I bring a message for mankind to hear
And suddenly the sweetest music filled the air
And it went la lala la lala la la la (...)
Peace and goodwill to all. (...)
This lovely music went trembling through the ground
And many were awakened on hearing that sound"

I'm finding new appreciation for song lyrics thanks to this new practice

Day 39: BLESS ME method

Experiences during meditation:
- shivery-goosebumpy-chill sensations on upper arms and back
- Some images which weren't obvious in their meaning

It did feel like something was happening though! I like to imagine that I'm still receiving "spiritual training" in subtle ways during all meditations, regardless of how much I experience

A helpful quote from Opening To Channel by Sanaya Roman:
"Be aware that when you start to channel, a verbal message may not always come through. Your guide may simply work with you at an energy level, expanding, opening, and preparing you for the next stage of your development."

Day 40: BLESS ME method

I tried a meditation today focused on receiving specific information to help a loved one.
I felt some tension in maybe wanting it too much, wanting to "prove" something to him in the information I receive - and despite being aware of it, and trying to release the tension, doing my best to relax, I didn't succeed and still felt tense. Perhaps for that reason, I didn't really get into the zone today enough to receive much. Perhaps it's best to temporarily let go of desires to help others with important things at this early stage of my practice, and focus on subjects that have less emotional charge in them. As for getting into a good receiving mode - there's always tomorrow

Day 41: BLESS ME method

Experiences:

- Right side of head (and right ear) felt very "full" in sensation! I tried to introduce more balance and release of tension from the fullness.

- A sensation of lightness in body and head. "Uplifted"

- I imagined having a conversation with Source about a few things, like "Did my spirit guides live lives on Earth?" or "How many spirit guides does this loved one of mine have? What are their names?" - I imagined receiving some answers. I'm not at all clear if I was imagining it and creating it / guessing it myself or receiving it, but I got that I have 2 spirit guides, one loved one has 2, one has 1, and another has 5! .
