Hello spiritualcookie
The answer from your source is definitely a forum favorite for me, and it reflects exactly what I have experienced from my inner being and what I feel. For a while, I primarily practiced "Focus Wheels" and "which thought feels better" to raise my vibration. I don't meditate every day, but when I do, I practice the Vortex Meditation. At the moment, I feel more drawn to "Intending" and "Tell a Better Life Story" as well as "Appreciation." However, I notice that every day different methods, new ideas, and processes are suitable for me. The most important thing for me is what PoE also said: "Feel good, align with your inner being, and then act according to your inspiration." That's also what Abraham repeatedly says. I realize that a fixed routine would prevent this spontaneity and the impulse from my source and would mean stress for me. That's why I love the words from your source that you shared. Thank you for that.

CHANNELING:
Me:
Dear Source of love, light and high vibration:
Can I trust my feelings to guide me best?
Andy suggests following a rule of doing 15 mins silent meditation a day
I often feel strong resistance to commiting to only doing silent meditation because in the moment of sitting down to do the work I often feel a preference for other methods - how do I know if I can trust my feelings?
I know sometimes my feelings guide me to wanting things that aren't good for me, like feeling I'd rather have a chocolate than something healthy to eat; or I'd rather not exercise than exercise - so can I trust that my feelings are guiding me in the direction that truly is best for me?
Source:
You are always looking for feeling good
In the chocolate and non-exercising, it feels better in that moment.
Me:
So does that mean eating a chocolate in that moment is the best thing for me?
Or not exercising is better than exercising?
Source:
Forcing yourself to do things you are not aligned with is going uphill. Upstream.
The path of least resistance is always going with the flow, downstream.
Me:
But what if my path of least resistance is eating chocolates and not exercising? Wouldn't that be bad for my body if I always give in to these kinds of desires to do unhealthy things?
Source:
You are feeling inspired to work on your vibration at the moment yes?
When you are aligned, you will be inspired to things that serve your body.
Exercise is moving forward
When you are stuck, it is incompatible vibrationally
When you do your vibrational work you are moving forward
Exercise is moving forward
These energies are more compatible.
When you are moving forward you will feel inspired to moving-forward-energies and activities.
Me:
But if I'm stuck, how can I get out of stuckness towards moving forward? don't I have to force myself at some stage to take positive action otherwise I'll just stay in stuckness since it attracts more like-energy of stuckness?
Source:
There will be a path of least resistance that feels best
You do not have to suffer and push yourself
There will be a tiny spark of feeling in the direction of movement that feels do-able and wanted
That is the direction you are most aligned with.
Follow your guidance.

Yes! I too feel best following the inspiration on the day rather than following a fixed routine. I was having some doubts about whether I was doing the right thing, and your message really helped to soothe and smooth these - thank you!
