Goosebumps? -Goosebumps.

I've... I've gotten to this place where there's no thing that is more valuable to me, more passionate for me, than the feeling of the goosebump moments, that I get in between the (mumbling)

Abe:
Well, we're going to tell you what it is, you're going to like this:
It's energy in motion. And it's the feeling of, in the moment, something has caused you to focus in a way that you have just now released another piece of resistance, and allowed energy to flow!
That's what it is! Esther used to say, it's confirmation. But we want to say, it's confirmation of more allowing. It's confirmation of more alignment!

HS:
So, this is my question about it: If the higher, I get, than...

Abe:
The goosebumps will never stop. Because you'll never stop reaching for a higher frequency! You'll never stop finding another way to release more resistance! No matter where you are on the emotional scale, there will always be that rush of motion forward!

To make the vibrational shift up the EGS, we need to change our thoughts (even though LOA makes it tricky)

It's easy for us to explain to you in a very understanding and loving way why it's hard for you to change your thought:

Because Law of Attraction makes it easier for you to think the thought you've been thinking than to think a new thought.

We just want to ask you -
even though it's easier, is it best ?

And don't you sort of want to get hold of your own experience
and even though it might be easier to think the negative thought than the positive
thought - because the negative thoughts more active within, you and there's more
around, more evidence of it and more for you to see, -

even though it's easier -
if you will just ask yourself the question:
"Oh it's easier to go this way, but what I really want to do is feel better."

From high up on the EGS, even mild negative emotion feels extremely noticeable - more so than when you're lower down on the EGS

Just keep doing the things that feel better,
thinking the thoughts that feel better,
remember the things that feel good, iow,
tend to your vibration.
CARE ABOUT FEELING GOOD.

And before you know it- you´ll be so accustomed to this
high flying vibration, that when you´r not there,
the slightest thought will feel like chainsaw-massacre,
on your hand. The slightest negative negative dip will
just feel terrible.

You´ll just get so, that you can´t cope in those negative emotions, at all!
Just having a negative thought about someone is like machine-gunning
them down!

Perhaps you should have been warned on the disclaimer,
(...) that you can´t go back once you know this!

Don't defend!

Don't try to figure out why you're feeling rotten! What you tend to do is, you try to justify it, because at the core of your being, you're wanting to be right. You're wanting to be balanced, you're wanting to feel good. And so, when you don't feel good, the tendency is to try to justify.

We heard Esther, regarding the hotel that kept being not prepared for them. And so, as she is making her statements of criticism to them, she is feeling negative emotion. And then she feels like she must defend her statements of criticism! And so she says things like: "I have called them just today. I wrote them a letter. What kind of... why don't these people listen? What kind of staff do they have?"

All the while she is now picking on them, attracting more negative from them in an attempt to justify her own negative emotion! And we say:

You don't have to justify your negative emotion!
Your negative emotion is your guidance.
Acknowledge your negative emotion!


Nobody's judging you! You don't have to justify your position. Acknowledge your negative emotion, recognize you'r resisting something that you want- and then look for the positive aspects within this. And as you look for the positive aspects, you are feeling changes. And as soon as you're feeling changes, you're no longer resisting, and as soon as you're no longer resisting: You're getting what you want.

There there are other people like... I understand... I've never met one so far, as I know. About Psychopaths, so apart... they are not able to feel at all! No matter how much I...

Abe:
Think about it! We'll talked about this briefly, but if you're in absolute despair, you don't have access to joyful thoughts. Because if you've been beating the drum of despair... let's say you were badly abused. Let's say that you had the the joyous life sort of beaten out of you, at an early life. And so, despair was something that you chronically knew! You were afraid, and you felt no freedom. And you were not appreciated, you were treated with disdain. And so, enough of that going on- you're gonna begin to practice thoughts that are really far, far, far from the thoughts that your Inner Being has about you! Until, eventually, you could sort of lose your connection with who you are. Now, an Inner Being of a person like that is still in the vortex.

But you're Inner Being doesn't leave the vortex to go rescue you!
Your Inner Being stays in this vibrational place of alignment, all the time. Offering the signal, always offering a signal.


Well, you know that if you're standing in hope, and the Inner Being offers its signal of knowledge- that hope just feels delicious. As it calls you into the vortex! But if you're over there in despair, that vibration of love, that vibration of appreciation is calling you- but you can't jump suddenly. It's too big of a vibrational gap! It will call you right into revenge, or right into anger. And so what happens with a lot of those people... in other words, wouldn't you rather be angry than be afraid? Everyone would!

Fear feels awful. Anger is awful, too. But it feels a lot better than fear!

So what happens sometimes- the circumstances of a person's life only allow them that much leeway. They go from from feeling powerless to revenge. Powerless to revenge. Powerless to revenge. And your society doesn't help them move up the emotional scale! Because your society condemns their revenge, rather than praising it. In other words, somebody who understood the emotional scale, somebody that understood that that person deserves to feel better, and does feel better in his rage, could call him into rage.

And then, could call him into less rage, and then could call him into anger and then could call him into overwhelment, and eventually could call him into hopefulness- and right into the vortex, you see. So, anyone that you see, it's all relative. And and there are people that worry about our message, because they say: "Abraham you tell everyone they should do what feels good! And mass murderers like murdering. They think it feels good to them!"

And we say, they feel better in their power than they do in their powerlessness. But they are a far cry from the vortex.

Life is a permanent, reassuring "Abe-Workshop"!

We all know what's really true! It's just we need some reassurance, sometimes. I need reassurance, sometimes!

Abe:
We' like you, wanting reassurance! But we also like to remind you, that the Universe is constantly giving you feedback, about where your vibration is! In other words, there's not a shred of evidence to the contrary of this, that we are teaching about Law of Attraction.

And so, you are constantly in a life-giving "workshop"... that is always letting you know, what your vibrational nature is. You can tell in every moment, whether you're letting it in or not!

What is Appreciation? And how do you get there?


HS:
Now the question I have is - Appreciation. You've used the word a lot and other people have used it. But what is it, really? Because I - I did read the definition and it was something about "to see the nature of-", or to "increase the value of-", and I use appreciation a lot to turn downstream. And I just wondered if you would expand on that?

Abe:
Well we are glad you looked it up! In the very literal sense, because to "increase the value of" is so inherent in what we're talking about, also! Now think about the contrast that you live, and the asking that you're offering, and the stream, that's moving. And then think about reaching for thoughts that feel better, and thoughts that feel better, until you truly come into a vibration of appreciation! And for sake of comparison, we would say the vibration of true love -that feeling of being in love, that feeling that you have sometimes, when you see someone and you just feel like you're moving through one another. The feeling that you have when you are looking at the innocence of a child, and feeling the beauty and power of that child.

In other words, love and appreciation are identical vibrations.
It's the vibration of alignment with who you are.
It's the absence of resistance.


It's the absence of doubt and fear.
It's the absence of self denial or hatred to others.
It's the absence of everything that feels bad, and the presence of everything that feels good!

And as you focus yourself more and more downstream, until you get in the vicinity of that love and appreciation- it just calls you to it, in a very powerful way. Conversely, let's talk about the difference between, let's say, gratitude and appreciation! Many people use them interchangeably. But we don't feel the same vibrational essence in them at all!

Because when you feel gratitude, often you are looking at a struggle that you've overcome, and feeling grateful. In other words happy that you're not still in the struggle, but you are still messing with that vibration just a little bit in that, you see.

In other words, the difference between inspiration which is being called to who you are, and motivation which is trying to make yourself go somewhere- that's a similar difference, you see!

And so, appreciation is that tuned-in, tapped-in, turned-on.
Appreciation is vibrational alignment with who I have become.
The state of appreciation is me, being in sync with the whole of that which I am!
Being in a state of appreciation is seeing whatever I'm looking at, through the eyes of Source.
And when you are in that state of appreciation you could walk down a crowded street with all kinds of things, that a lot of other people find reason to criticize or even worry about, and you would not have access to them, because your vibration of appreciation is picking out for you things of a different vibrational nature.

A state of appreciation is a state of godliness.
A state of appreciation is being who you really are.
A state of appreciation is who you were, the day you were born, and who you will be the moment you die.
And it would be if we were standing in your physical shoes, your quest in every moment.

But the tricky thing is -Joseph Campbell used the word bliss, and we think it's equal. Follow your bliss! Sometimes you can't get a whiff of bliss from where you are.
So we say, if you're in despair follow your revenge it's downstream.
If you're in revenge, follow your hatred- it's downstream!
If you're in hatred, follow your anger, it's downstream.
If you're in anger, follow your frustration! It's downstream.
If you're in frustration, follow your hope: It's downstream.
If you're in hope, now you're in the vicinity of appreciation!

Once you get into the vibration of hope, now begin making lists of things that you feel good about, and fill your notebooks full of them.
Make lists of positive aspects.
Make lists of things you love.
Go to the restaurant and look for you favorite things, and never complain about anything.
Look for the thing that you like the best, even if there was only one thing in all of it that you like- give it your undivided attention. and use it as your excuse to be who you are. Use it as your excuse to be who you are!

And as you use those things, that shine bright and make you feel good as your excuse to give your attention, and as your excuse to be who you are- you'll tune to who you are. And the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes. It's not your job to transform it for others! But it is your job to transform it for you.

We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. It is lovely to come together with those like you who are coming to know who you are! We are appreciating that which you are! And as we see you through our eyes of Source, we have to say to you: you have nothing to complain about, but there is nothing wrong with your complaining. Because, in your complaining you just launch more rockets! And you just make more vibrational escrow.

You just make the world a better and better place by living in it!
So you can't get it wrong and you never get it done.


And from our vantage point we feel only love and appreciation for your willingness to come and participate, and to take thought beyond that which it has been before. Not just in this forum, but in life itself. You know you can't get it wrong, and when you have your croaking experience you will then realize fully the value that you have offered to All-That-Is! And you will revel in it, and you will feel good about it. It is our desire, that you start feeling some of that now!

It is our desire that you start giving yourselves a break. Lighten up! Be easier on yourself and others. Look for things to love and appreciate, and find the true you, that came forth to live this life experience. There is great love here for you!

How do you know where you are on the EGS?
How do you know what vibrational disc you're on?


There are two surefire ways to understand what your vibrational offering is:

1.) Notice what is happening in your experience, for what you are focused upon and what is manifesting are always a vibrational match, and

2.) Notice how you FEEL, because your emotions are giving you constant feedback about your vibrational offering and your point of attraction.
