Letter P: Pied Wagtail

The pied wagtail is one of my favourite birds!
Where I live, they are a rare treat to see, and I think their rarity is part of what makes it so exciting when you DO see one!
It's so sweet and small!
It wags it tail up and down in a beat like nature's metronome.
Most of all I love when it ducks its head down and SPRINTS - zipping so fast, its legs moving like the Roadrunner's in the famous cartoon!
Its legs are so delicate - when it walks slowly it's like it's tentatively putting down it's foot at every step. It feels gentle : )
Just seeing a little pied wagtail immediately lifts my spirits.
It's cute little face
It's pretty black and white patterned feathers
It's like a little adorable fluff ball - that runs!
So cute!

Ohh!! I love this!!
I love all the rampages you did... such wonderful moods!

L, as Love!

I have to admit that I missed at first, that this thread has more pages than the first... which ended with "H", and I immediately was inspired to do a rampage for horses. When I had finished it, the Forum informed me that I wouldn't have read all pages! And I realized, "H" was now off the game! But would you allow "Love for horses"?

I loooooove horses!
I love their energy.
I love how they smell.
I love their awareness, and their authentic way of not following easily what doesn't feel good and aligned, to them.
I loved doing energy-work with them even when I was a child, and nobody taught me anything about it, and of course, I had no name for it.
But horses love, when we are in love, in calm, in peace, in our power, when we know what we want from ITV.
And if we'r not, they show it. So clear. So true. So simple. While often not so easy for us humans.

In earlier days, I went to a paddock when I wished for help in alignment. I just sat there, or stood there, and held the horses in my gaze, and their energy took over. It brought me so much peace.
I am so thankful for my awesome times of riding. Not often, but often enough to know how precious it was!
I so love the horses sounds, when they breathe, when they graze, when they chew, when they drink. It feels so full and whole and subtle, in the same time. I so love horses.

Yes, there are sooooo many "helpers" and "lightworkers", sooo much light in all sorts of ways. And it means such wonderful choosing to find those that are the easiest, the most close to our unique moment... life is SO good.

Someone I Love

(I thought this image captures the sense of "loving and being loved" well
also how cute it that baby Dory fish! )

I so appreciate having people I love around me.
I appreciate that they're always near, always there for a chat or a hug.

It feels safe.
It feels warm.
It feels loving.
It feels sweet.
It feels all-encompassing.
It feels like we're in this together.
It feels good helping one another lovingly.
It feels good caring, and being cared about.
It feels good loving, and being loved.
It feels good soothing and being soothed.
It feels good uplifting and being uplifted,
It feels good knowing each other deeply, and being known.
It feels good understanding them so thoroughly, and being understood.
It feels good knowing them so well that I can guess their reactions and thoughts at times! I love playing this guessing game! It is so satisfying!
It feels good being so entirely authentic and relaxed with one another
Being completely ourselves, without having to think about it,
and being loved and accepted just as we are. - when we're aligned, and when we're not.
It feels so free and easy.
It feels good feeling so relaxed with others; eyes soft; shoulders relaxed, easy breathing.

A sense of home.

I love how sometimes we help bring more clarity to one another.

I really like the idea of expansion:

I like the feeling of imagining being on this leading edge
It feels exciting!
It feels like potential
It feels interesting
It feels BIG!
It feels abundant
It feels open ~
It feels like there's magic ahead, sparkling on this leading edge ~ glittering sparkles ahead!

I feel my eagerness bubbling with the desire of expansion
I feel the idea ring my bells
I feel the idea appeal to me, attract me, draw me towards it
It feels wanted!

I appreciate being able to tune in to this general feel-good idea of expansion
I appreciate the way it gently calls me
I appreciate having the clarity of this feeling of desire
It feels sweet, this wanting ~
It feels very general too

Letter N: Nuggets & Noodles!

There is so much joy to be found in food.
Nuggets with their crispy exterior ~ the way they crunch in such a satisfying way as you bite through the freshly breaded exterior.
Nuggets with their perfectly cooked chicken cenres ~ soft and delicious ~ seasoned to perfection.
The mix of textures.. the savoury flavours ~ so satisfying!

Noodles with their comforting silky smooth feel, as they slip down your gullet!
Noodles.. a transport device for so many possible delicious flavours of sauces ~ flavours.. textures... mmm
There's something so satifying about slurping them down!
Filling... filling the gap with goodness.

It is so satisfying eating when your body is calling you to your next meal.
It is so satisfying feeling yourself fill with nourishing, tasty things.
It is so satisfying feeling this "all is well"ness of enjoying food.
It feels so full of diversity
The experience is so sensorily rich ~ firing off lightbulbs and sparkles in all the senses ~
My nose likes it as much as my tongue! Even my ears enjoy some of the sounds!
~ the crisp crackles; the snap of a good piece of chocolate; the satisfying crunchy munch of a snack; the hush of slurping foam

When I enjoy food ~ I like feeling like I'm taking good care of myself
I like feeling like all is well
I like experiencing deliciousness!
I like experiencing the joys of this physical experience in this physical body!
I like that there is so much deliciousness to experience ~ such variety ~ I love the idea of experiencing more!
It feels like fun ~
It feels like joyful curiosity
It feels like things to look forward to
I await in happy anticipation being able to experience this "more"

S: Something Positive

I so appreciate having these prompts that give me something positive to focus on.
I enjoy the game of finding things to appreciate, even in things I wouldn't normally think to stop and appreciate.
I am enjoying looking for the positive aspects of things,
getting to the feeling place of something positive.
Even if it's just a gentle, quietly positive feeling, that's ok too : )

And I love knowing that even in finding the positive feeling about chicken nuggets and noodles, it is helping me raise my vibration so that I'm more receptive to other beautiful, good, wanted things.

It feels soothing knowing that I am doing the work
and am successfully tapping into good-feeling feelings.

A gentle good-feeling is gently going in the right direction,
and I am so appreciative that I am pointing in the direction that I am wanting while I do this work

I thought I'd try an appreciation similar to the one Esther did when she was wanting to bring the rain. Appreciating all the reasons why the rain was wanted...

How nice it is when there are lots of people on the forum.
I like the way it feels so alive and lively.
I like the way so many ideas flow.
I love the electric feeling in the air as we inspire one another.
I love how one person's question or post can trigger new ideas in another person.
I love how one person's words can trigger clarity in another ~ even bringing clarity on something you didn't realise wasn't completely clear beforehand, because you simply didn't think about it.
I love thinking new thoughts!
I love how each person brings a different energy to the table ~ and each energy adds something special and unique.
I love feeling different energies - different flavours and colours of feel-good vibes
I love how when there are lots of people to play with, there is always someone there ~ in a time zone somewhere ~ that's aligned with you.
I love the richness of a co-creation when lots of people come together.
I love how there is something life-giving about a community coming together.
I love how there is something so feel-good about people helping one another; sharing with one another; inspiring one another.
It feels kind of like a safe place.
It feels like a feel-good corner of the internet.
I like the way that when everyone adds something, soon something beautiful and big is formed ~
I like how even if each person only contributes a little - many hands make light work.
I love the feeling of vibrancy when a place if full of life.
