I'd still ask you, to please add the name of the clip it's taken from, so that others can also find it!
It was my pleasure
I don't really understand many quotes and workshops or understand them differently than they are intended.
All Germans have at least 4 years English in school, but it is often terrible. I get that. I literally started to truly learn English by transcribing song-texts that I was interested in, when I was a teen (nooooo internet or translating-apps etc around, anywhere!) ...I enhanced that, when I got into Abe and wanted to really get them. It is reallly hard work in the very beginning- writing down each single word you don't understand, finding the translation, and keeping it on a written list, until you are stable. Adding each day -in the beginning- dozens of not known words, but it gets fewer and fewer words you don't know, and it becomes easier and easier VERY FAST!
...While when you copy a whole text into a translation-app, you learn close to nothing- for ever.
Do yourself the favor and do the work!
It is as with the Abe teaching itself. Slow, steady progress that YOU DO- by involving yourself and doing what it takes so that you FEEL it and GET it, in an honest, gradual process of "becoming"... not just showing off the hollow un-earned "result"...

I am well aware of that and what you say is absolutely true
. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by everything.
I feel like I am applying the Abe teachings incorrectly or fundamentally misunderstanding them. Basically, we have already said everything here and even if I am not doing my work in the forum, that does not mean that I am not striving for better thoughts and feelings. At certain moments I try to see the
beautiful things directly from the situation and be grateful for them, which should ultimately give me even more momentum. It is nice to admire a photo, but consciously perceiving the magic of the moment, is priceless.
Maybe I don't achieve great success or change, because I'm not willing to
work hard. That could be the case too.

Working "hard" in the way that it hurts in some way would be what works
against you, 100%.
Working in ways that you feel more and more joy and more and more clarity and pride and relief is what will get you ITV- and from there, wherever you want to be!
or said with other words: DO what brings you joy (or at least relief).
It's not about learning English or not, or working or not working. It's about "getting happy".
It's incredibly simple, while not always that easy... and you have to
DO it, in a way that makes you feel better.

Get this 1 sentence, that is all you have to understand:
Get happy. In any way you can.
