Appreciation of My Life
Re: Appreciation of My Life
I don't know what she is talking. She seems a bit angry, but not really. She keeps uttering cute mumbles. When a baby 骂骂咧咧, but not crying, it's always so adorable. She has big bright eyes, curly eyelashes, but not that much hair temporarily like her older brother when he was little. She is robust, happy, and funny. She loves spending time outdoors just like her father. She loves her brother best, and every time she sees him, even just his picture, she would scream with joy. She smells really good with unique scent of milk and baby cream. She becomes taller and heavier and so now I can only hold her for about 20 minutes when we go out. It's a good thing that soon she would walk by herself. She is loved dearly by so many people. She brings out love and pleasure from a lot of adults around her.
I keep on learning new Chinese idioms. And usually a four-character idiom contains a poetic story, such as 松枝挂剑/fastening the sword to the pine tree. Two friends get together, drinking and talking. One was in love with the other's sword, he didn't feel right to talk about this, but the other noticed and decided that he would give his friend the sword as soon as he went back after the duty. Before that this sword still had its important purpose. They separated, and as the one owning the sword came back, his friend had already passed away. He visited his grave and fastened the sword to the pine tree standing next to the gravestone, because long ago he had already given it to him in his heart.
Rampage of appreciation or finding positive aspects of people and things, the key is always: "I like..."
I watched a short drama talking about being an honest property agent. The main characters are trying their best to be aligned property agents. Being wonderful match makers for their customers who want to have nice houses. I like their intentions. I like their attitudes toward their work. I like their relationships as colleagues. They work together to solve problems. They speak nicely to each other. They would remind and encourage. And I like the actor who playing the transforming property agent and so last night, I found a lot of his dramas and stored them in the netdisc app and therefore I can watch them anytime I want. I like that feeling of eagerness.

I understand what Abe mean in the conversation I posted days ago. About the walking-together-for-some-time thing. When people who share the same interests or have experienced something together meet, it's possible they can have unique interactions like understanding something in a flash without communicating with each other.
I was watching a detective drama last night and when a name came up on the screen, I immediately knew and smiled. It's the character the actor played on another drama and because lots of audiences of this drama had watched that drama before, so when this name appeared, people immediately knew and began talking about him on the screen. And sometimes funny nicknames would show up and we would know immediately because lots of us had watched hilarious fan-made mvs of these famous characters. It's like a short-charactered name could at the same time put a big smile on the faces of a lot of audiences. Some funny auidiences then would say something to add the fun. We live separately, not knowing each other in reality, but because of the same interest of watching TV series, this kind of interesting things could happen on the Internet.
While in reality, when in alignment, family members could have a lot of fun just remembering the past and seeing it from now positive perspectives. We could tease each other because of our naive and silly behaviors when we were young.

My abundance:
I like sunny winter days and I like walking in the warm sunlight.
I am now used to writing on my phone. I like walking into a cafe, order a coffee and start exploring. And then I would spend 1 to 2 hours writing the novel. And during the whole process, I am fully focused, vivid images coming up in my mind's eye, and I get replenished and energized further. I use the writing to explore desired human interactions. The more I do so, the more I understand the importance of newness and creativity. The old writings soon would lose its interest to me and if I want to have the same kind of good feelings, I must write new contents. It's a never-ending, creative journey. And it's an activity that can easily put me in a long, focused state and in that state, the outside sounds rarely bother me. It's interesting! When I feel like learning Chinese idioms, often the interest would last 30 minutes at a time, but writing would always last more than one hour.
I am continually guided to enhance my interest in and understanding of Source's views on certain life subjects. Yesterday, I might be interested in human laws and regulations. Today, I may get curious about relationships. I asked somebody to speak nicely and he refused and felt annoyed. I didn't regret, but I knew that I was lazy and wanted to directly change others in order for me to feel better. Good to remember again the importance of unconditional alignment. Yeah! I did that. I attracted the exprience of somebody speaking in an unpleasant tone. As life caused me to want to know more, to be curious and interested and even passionate, the listening would bring me strong resonance. I like that feeling. And I wanted to clearly hear every word Abe and Bashar say. After that, I would deliberately memorize what they have said. I would repeat beneficial thoughts in my mind:
~ My Inner Being's guidance is always the most beneficial guidance among all guidance existing. I like following my inner guidance, seeing it as the no.1 guidance. I would like to act upon my aligned inspiration/impulse immediately no matter how trivial or unrelated it seems to be. Because it is always the most beneficial suggestion I can get now.
~ How to live a fulfilling life as much as I can? It can be very simple. Thinking the best-feeling thought or doing the best feeling thing now. Acting upon the aligned inspiration or impulse if there is one. If not, just do the thing that feels best now until it loses it juices or interst to me. And then pick the next best-feeling thing to do which includes thinking the best feeling thought or doing an interesting Abe process, again until it loses its juices or interest.
~I create every bit of my life. I rendezvous with the aspect of other people because of my point of attraction. I like taking full responsibility for all of my creation. I like remembering that pushing against any person or anything no matter how justified I am, does me no good. I don't want to push against any one or any thing. I like getting better and better at effective pivoting. I like getting better and better at step 5. And recently, contrast in my life shows me what I truly desire:
!!! I like minding my business more. I like getting clearer about what I desire when I get onto social media. I like remembering and focusing upon the absolute abundance of all of us. I like decreasing the lackfulness consciousness. I like reminding myself that all is about personal alignment. No one can acutally deprive other people of their abundance. Only lackful consciouness would think that others' gaining lessens what I can get. The pie is never limited in essence. The pie actually is continually expanding to great great extent in Reality. I don't need to make it complicated; when lackful thought comes up again, I can just remind myself, "Hey! It's not my Inner Being's thought." And then I can shift my focus. I can let that old thought go and often it just subsides.

I am so glad hearing this. I like writing here--it immediately put me in a focused, deliberate place to think about what benefits me. And I have been combining Abe teachings and Bashar teachings to live as fully as I can. I am glad that they are so consistent about the essence of their teachings, never compromising, so I have to take full responsibility for my life, knowing that I am never a victim. Listening to them keeps me remembering how the Universe works and the importance of deliberately feeling good no matter what, especially I would go to the social mdia which can easily put people in a messy state of being.spiritualcookie wrote: ↑Sat Dec 21, 2024 11:29 am

【Jerry: So then would you say that people with no salable skill or talent could still receive all the financial abundance they want in their lives?
Abraham: Absolutely. Unless in comparing themselves to others and concluding that they have no salable skill or talent they feel diminished and therefore defeat their own experience with their own negative expectation.
The most valuable skill that you could ever develop is the skill of directing your thoughts toward what you want, to be adept at quickly evaluating all situations and then quickly coming to the conclusion of what you most want, and then giving your undivided attention to that. There is tremendous skill in directing your own thoughts that will yield results that cannot be compared with results that mere action can provide.
...
Jerry: Well then how could a person begin to expect something that their life experience hasn’t yet shown them? In other words, how can you expect something you haven’t experienced?
Abraham: You do not have to have money to attract money. But you cannot feel poor and attract money. The key is, you have to find ways of improving the way you feel from right where you stand before things can begin to change. By softening your attention to the things that are going
wrong, and by beginning to tell stories that lean more in the direction of what you want instead of in the direction of what you’ve got, your vibration will shift, your point of attraction will shift, and you’ll get different results. And in a short time, because of the different results you’re then getting, you will then have beliefs, or knowledge, of abundance that will easily perpetuate more of the same. People often say, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. And that’s why.
Look for reasons to feel good, identify what you want, and hold your thoughts in a place that feels good.】

Re: Appreciation of My Life
Yesterday is Winter Solstice Festival, and we seven people had a lovely meal.
My nephew was happy from the start. He rushed to me and talked to me about his favorite game. This time, he ate quicker and a lot. He was fanatic about electrostatic phenomenon, and after the supper, he kept on creating static electricity and poking his finger at my face, and then asked me, "Do you feel it?"
My niece began to eat rice and she loved listening to my mom sing. And when my mom moved that blue mic to her, she would immediately pushed it back to her grandma and wanted her grandma to sing to her again. This specific scene reminded my sister-in-law of my nephew's singing and dancing when he were little, like two or three years old. And she quickly took out her phone and showed us the video of his cute singing and dancing.
During the supper, my brother received a message, and one of his friends or old customers introduced him a new customer. This new customer wanted to buy a new house.
We all enjoyed the delicious dishes my mom willingly cooked for us.
Before that day, my mom hurt her ankle, and I could hear her dragging her feet in the midnight. I focused upon her wellness while preparing to get up early and go to the hospital with her the next day. Then next morning, her situation got much better after a night's sleep. Human bodies are really powerful! My father drove her to the hospital, she felt nothing wrong and after getting some Chinese medicine, she went to work. And in the afternoon, she received a phone call from her old friend and went to see her and get a big bag of dry rice noodles from this friend. She loves noodles, and she has been making more noodles after the noodle machine arrived.

Just explore.
I was in the cafe and I shifted my perspectives between two characters of the novel. I read an article about the actor and knew that he was the point guard in the basketball team and so the character in the novel was also once a point guard who had gradually bought him back to the love of playing basketball. I didn't watch basketball games before. I didn't know at all what was a point guard, and so I searched about it and watched two videos about it. And then I realized that knowing what this position is and what kind of attitudes and skills a good point guard should have, the game became much more interesting. Interesting! I just got a bit interested in something new because I wanted to make the character more vivid.
When someone is saying something negative, should I point that out? It depends. First, I'd be clear whether I want them to change in order for me to feel better, or I don't feel bad at all but I care about their wellbeing, so I want to point out more beneficial attitudes or thoughts for them. If I am inspired in my alignment to, I'd immediately do so. If I feel like doing so though not having strong impulse, I can do so too. But, I shouldnot insist that they whould accept what I say; I should be stable enough that I don't care if they don't accept. And if I want them to change in order for me to feel better, then the most important thing for me to do is to shift my vibe.
I discovered new shops and diners near our house, right next to the crossroad. I explored them with my niece and there, I met a cute boy with curly hair who rushed out of the ramen diner. He must be from a specific ethnic minority. He looks like one of my favorite actor, with really big eyes. He ran into the convenience store where I planned to go to. He immediately found his friend, the owner of the store, and showed off his watch. And the owner stopped doing what he was doing, bent down with a big smile, and said to him, "I've got a watch like this too, but I don't take it with me, and tomorrow I can let you see it." A lovely friendship! I like observing this kind of interactions.

The variety...
I was watching a travel vlog. The girl decided to go to a desert, and when she first contacted a driver, he was not very interested. But as she said that the road was extremely rough, he immediately got excited. Obviously he likes challenges and also he wants to show that his car is really powerful and adaptive and his driving skills are superb. During the trip, they went to a jade market, and there the driver began to bargain with the owner. And the owner, an ethnic Chinese was so expressive--he was smiling, shaking his head, and putting his hand on his forehead from time to time, which made this a fun game to watch and play for some people.
There is another travel vlogger who likes exploring unknown, challenging routes with his bike. He is quite optimistic and likes saying, "I am lucky because..." He would say, "I was lucky that I just found a small shop and ate hot instant noodles. And it sells eggs and snacks." He often met harsh environmental conditions, but he rarely complained. He showed how he slept in abandoned huts or apertures of bridges with his unique toolkit. Every time he arrives at a town after staying several days in the wilderness, he would eat a good meals, get himself some fresh fruits, and wash some of his clothes before adventuring to another destination. His action cameras are often broken because of the rough trips and his fans strongly sugget he buy protection covers for his cameras. When he was very little, he dreamed about exploring the western parts of the country and so what he is doing now is fulfilling his dream he harbored as a little boy.

Re: Appreciation of My Life
HS: Abe, I feel bad because my lover left.
Abe: No, you are not.
HS: ABRAHAM, my lover left me and I feel lonely. I feel bad because he left.
Abe: No. you are not.
...
Abe: You feel bad only because your opinion about this is very different from your Inner Being's opinion. It's that simple. You are focusing upon the absence of him while your Inner Being is focusing upon and enjoying the presence of HIM, your aligned soul mate.
...
It's that simple. When I feel bad, no matter what the emotion is, it's because I think differently than my Inner Being. That's it. I like feeling this more and deeper.
My Inner Being is a pure lover, never pushing against.
My Inner Being never warns me, but always calls me toward what feels better/what's better.
My Inner Being never says, "You should..." My Inner Being is always lovingly guiding me. My Inner Being is always lighthearted. My Inner Being often says to me, "Where are you going? I'm along. Let's have something fun."
My Inner Being appreciates all contrast, because it offers new clarity and it expands the whole Universe.
...
Ask and it is immediately given, no matter what it is. All things are possible. It's only about the true existence of the desires (in one's Vortex) and one's personal alignment. For some desires, we think they are our true, aligned desires, while they actually are not. We may think that we want to revenge and it feels totally right, while it's not in our Vortices...
I desire wonderful physical environments to create, live and rest. I have been fulfilling it. And I just expect it.
I desire to enjoy live as fully as I can. I am often living in great satisfaction. I am interested in a lot of things. I get to do them and enjoy them daily. I take lovely walks, while enjoying natural beauty, music and my own thoughts outdoors. I like writing. I like doing the vibrational work both on my mind or in the form of thinking and writing. I listen to Abe almost daily. I have been learning Chinese idioms and read stories related to them. I have been watching and listening to stories. Through these stories, I explore what parts I like and what I don't like. I have fun with my nephew and niece. I easily see harmony and love in the family. I enjoy hot coffee. I read self-help books and novels. I like watching lighthearted, cute, beautiful or funny shorts and mvs. I have got all the cooperative elements--free time, good health, wonderful physical environments, abundant electronic products, unlimited Internet resources, etc.--to enjoy these activities.
I desire to continually enjoy newness in all kinds of things like music and stories. It's interesting that how an unexpected drama would attract me much more than some popular ones. It has no actors who could be seen as handsome. But all actors get such natural acting skills that they just bring the audience into the scenes, a remote town thirty or forty years ago. A lot of characters began to connect to each other because of many seeming random events and gradully, they must meet each other to solve some big mysteries. Some audiences said the story was too lose with so many ends, while I like it very much. It's complicated but still clearly related and in certain order. Plus, the words they use in the conversations could be very funny for people who live in southern part. In a word, it has a strong pull by the story and the competent actors, not shiny settings and the beauty of the actors.
