And YES to long lasting! It is such joy, and it gives an amazing momentum, and this wonderful feeling of certainty!

My soooo beloved long lasting man tapped into the same self-denying trap again, yesterday...
...That's the thing with "long lasting", you take all your resistances with you. And this problems get momentum, as well.

BUT you also take the time and the willpower and the grit and the guts to tackle it (from ITV, and as we are human, from OOTV as well ) UNTIL YOU ARE THROUGH! It feels sooo triumphant, when you look back and say: "I GOT IT. I understood, I get the wanted side of this, now!" THAT IS GROWTH! That is making lead to gold, instead of mourning lost battles and piling up unresolved issues. I am proud! I am satisfied!!

Yesterday, we were wise enough to just LET IT GO, and go to sleep, and when we woke up, we just felt love, and cuddled. And joked about what had been, lovingly! It's not gone, we will talk about it AGAIN but this time hopefully from ITV: Training, training, training. And all that is soooo satisfying!

We lost our beautiful garden-tent, in the process. I am authentic and mourn it...
but what a small price to pay, if THIS time, he will understand. I am satisfied, if this was the pebble, that tipped the pot for him!
I see him GETTING it. I see me, GETTING HIM finally, being ITV, on this topic!

What an amazingly humorous, funny, wise, manly, wonderful man he is, ITV!
What an amazingly loving and wise woman I am, WHEN I am ITV!
I am soooo satisfied seeing it so very very clearly.

The birds are singing outside of my window, and the sun is shining...
the sunlight is so uplifting!
Since I know so much what sunlight does to our systems, I feel it ven more in deep appreciation. I feel blessed and gifted by "being touched" by sunlight!
I feel the energy from the solar logos to be empowering, life-giving, and also healing. Soooo satisfying.

I always was touched by the sound of blackbirds singing.
It also touches me that, according to Abe, birds sing out of joy! (And others understanding that as territorial signs is what follows naturally...) it is so satisfying to ponder that this are joy-songs!
I am so satisfied in that. It feels SWEET!

So much in the world to worry about... and I simply don't feel triggered. I feel secure, certain of wellbeing, certain of the Goodness that grows, BECAUSE of it! I am so satisfied, that I reached this stance!

The aspects of this satisfying appreciation?
It is comfortable! It is soft and light and easy and normal and NATURAL!
I so love how naturally my vibe resides here! This is SUCH an awesome wonderful triumphant aspect!
It is, who I really am. It is who I am supposed to be and what I am supposed to allow- as a master!
I FEEL BEING A MASTER!
That is immensely satisfying!

The aspects of this is, feeling so worthy. Being of worth to others, and not only in my direct vicinity. I trust that my steady vibe adds to the aura of the planet, in a really helpful way. I feel that through my focus, others feel more stable and clear, too! This is such joy. This touches me so deeply! It has a triumphant aspect: I feel on top of the world! I feel clear and joy-filled, and certain of a good result for ALL of us! I feel so BASICALLY wonderful. There is no aspect of guilt or shame or doubt, and that feeeels so clear and clean and innocent and pure. Oh, I LOVE it!

I ponder what Loa will bring from this... more triumph, more peace, more certainty, more mastery, more confidence, more stability, MORE JOY and clarity. Ohh, I am eager to see how this will translate! I am am so eager for more of my life!!

I am so satisfied!
I LOVE the early strolls in our Jeep through the landscape, with my beloved. I love our talks. I love our "breakfast picnics" in the middle of flowering meadows! I love how we approach hot topics and get further within them, each little time. I AM SO SATISFIED where we got to, today!

The aspect of satisfaction is: BUILDING. Taking a big dream step by step. Gathering. Building a mutual foundation. Building a more and more rocksteady trained basis of TRUST- in ourselves, into the other, into SOURCE and our Vortex!

I feel so satisfied with what we have built together in the last 45 years! TODAY is our 40. wedding anniversary. It feels somehow surreal I still feel as the 16 year old when I realized- I love this guy! I still know how I felt with 20, when we married. And this is now 40 years ago?? I wouldn't say that "time flew by", no, it was packed full with awesomeness, and contrast! But then... it doesn't feel soo far ago!

Aspects of satisfaction:
Seeing the unfolding. Seeing, KNOWING Life! Having lived so much and now feeling experienced and clear and bold. FEELING my big bold momentum!
It feels so... SATISFYING!! It feels deep. It feels like being a specialist, KNOWING my stuff. KNOWING. Ahhh, KNOWING is such a satisfying stance! Stable and awesome, and bold and CLEAR!

And I am so curious and CERTAIN about the Goodness that will spring from THIS! Loa must bring me more, more more of this- and I AM EAGER to experience that! I love the mood and energy I'm in! And I love feeling forwards for how the future must feel: Clear, bold, KNOWING who I am and what I want more of! I love this. I am soo satisfied and so eager for more!

"Aufgedirndelt" (dressed up to celebrate!)

We had such an AMAZING time!
Years ago, we had planned to celebrate this date with our whole family in LasVegas, as highlight of an epic road with epic classic American convertibles. You see, some desires take longer than expected to fully align with!

So, we now "just" had a wonderful Thai- dinner in the next big city, a stroll over the farmers market (buying epic super fresh asparagus) and fantastic patisserie... and then went to the movies! We had the idea that we will be inspired to the perfect film with perfect timing, and as we stood at the counter, not really fond of the movies- a sales guy came over and said: "I think you would enjoy "the Fall Guy!" after a short explanation, this was soo meaningful. I could do without the brutal scenes, but we always loved Colt Severs and Fall Guys in general! Such a sweet hint to how oooold we are! And I REALLY like Ryan Gosling. 10 years ago, my oldest son F got whispers behind his back, if this would be Ryan Gosling? It was really strange to watch a movie with him because Ryan was so like F. ...Today they grew apart, but I still feel like he would be another son in heart!

And, I soo appreciated our perfect timing! Whenever we were out- to eat our dinner al fresco, or when we moved outside from one spot to the other- we always had blue sky and dry weather. While we were in the cinema, it was pouring. It is this "small things" that feel magic.

Yesterday was full, and today is even more full! We will have this day almost all family in our place, as my SIL has his birthday and ALL grandkids are gathered. Preparing food for 11 people!
