We end up putting a lot of pressure on ourselves to follow a normal, predictable life path.
People move through life at a different pace.
Allow yourself to explore new possibilities!

I enjoy the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I start each morning with a smile in my heart.
I am getting more sleep now.
I live life with joy.
I invite positive energy into my life.
I am making simple changes in my life.
I am moving forward with more peaceful energy.

Mindfulness is the key to stopping catastrophic thinking.
You don't have to think about how you'll solve all your problems now.
You only have to focus on how you're going to release the unhelpful thoughts. That's it.
Don't get ahead of yourself. Stay in the moment.
Practice grounding techniques.
The more you practice grounding, the easier it'll be to let go of unwanted thoughts.

I am becoming more aware of all the positive things around me.
My coping skills are improving.
I have many reasons to celebrate.
I let go of grudges.
I let go of resentments.
I am divinely blessed.

You are attracting experiences that will add meaning and value to your life.
Give yourself time to grieve what you lost, but don't close the doors to new possibilities.

I find goodness every day.

Good habits are part of my routine.

Other people will have opinions about what you should or shouldn't do with your life.
Everyone's journey is different. We can't all be doing the same things at the same time.
In the end, you are the one who has to live with your choices.
Appreciate where you are in your journey.
Be confident in your choices.

I have the courage to pave my own path.
I prioritize my own needs.
I am working toward a more positive outlook on life.
I celebrate my individuality.
I am taking positive steps forward.
I choose to go at my own pace.
I am exactly where I need to be.

Don't take in other people's fears.
Internalizing other people's fears, expectations and opinions will block your path to peace.
Identify the source of the unpleasant thoughts crowding your mind.
Release everything that doesn't serve you.
Before you go to bed each night, take time to engage in activities that help you cleanse your mind
Make room for peace, joy, and contentment.

I am making a lot of positive internal changes.
I am learning a lot in the present moment.
I will keep working towards the results I want.
I trust the process.
I am experiencing deeper personal growth.
I know when to let go.
I calmly release my limiting beliefs.

Hang out with "I don't know".
Because we don't know a lot of things. It's not humanly possible to know everything about everything.
We can only take one step at a time while cultivating trust in the process.
Being comfortable with "I don't know" will help you to develop the strength and flexibility to handle the unexpected.
Surrender to the mystery of the unknown.
The unknown can open up a new path - and a whole new world of beautiful possibilities.

I can easily relieve my stress.
I refuse to take things personally.
I can ask for what I need.
I am exactly where I need to be.
