Healing is an ongoing process and there will be ups and downs.
Do not run away from your emotions. Process them fully.
Once you let the clouds of unpleasant feelings drift away, you will be able to see how you've grown.
I have a peaceful mind.
My life is simple.
I am cultivating awareness of my feelings.
I am exploring my authentic self.
I let go of perfection.
I am focusing on my needs.
I can speak up for myself.
I find true happiness.
I find fulfillment within myself.

Why can't we just live in the moment instead of judging it?
It's funny how we have to practice living in the present moment when we’re always living in the present moment.
The present moment is truly all there is.
The moment you judge your current experience, you feel an emotion, and your mind brings up memories attached to that emotion.
Your mind wanders to the past you can't change or a future you can't control, which causes unnecessary suffering.
A big part of healing is unlearning habits you’ve built to cope with difficult times.
Settle into the present moment.
Let life happen without resistance.
I can observe what comes without judgment.
My prayers are being answered.
My faith is growing.
Blessings are showing up in my life.
I am filled with joy and enthusiasm.
I trust the divine timing of things.
Everything is unfolding as it should.
I can simply relax.
