U: Unwinding before Bed

I appreciate having the opportunity to take it easy before bedtime to get into sleepy mode : )
I like that I get to get my body into "rest and digest" mode to help align with a peaceful sleep.
I like being able to align with feeling calm,
Feeling peaceful,
Taking nice slow deep breaths,
Relaxing my muscles,
Gently lettng go of any tensions - relaxing.
I like feeling my outbreath help me let go of any tightness or tension.
I like feeling myself unwind.
It feels gentle.
It feels soothing.
It feels relaxing.
It feels comfortable.
It feels aligning.
It feels like something good to do to prepare for the next segment.
It feels like segment intending.
I enjoy feeling my mind clear.
I enjoy this feeling of balance that comes as my body relaxes.
I enjoy affirming to further help my relaxation:
All is well. All is very well. Everything is just fine.
Eaaasy easy... ease...
I am relaxed... and feeling nice and easy... nice and soothed... all is well...

L: Light

Light is so feel-good
I like its softness on a cloudy day, as its pleasant and easy on the eye.
I like it's fanning out shape when a beam pierces through the clouds


I like catching it as it peeps through unexpectedly with a sparkle.


I like its strength on a sunny day, how it brings extra colour and saturation to everything, making the world come alive in its brightness.
I like when it's golden at the sunset/ sunrise hours of the day - how it lights everything with orange, pink and gold;
How it makes shadows long so that we all look as if we are 10 foot tall! Our alien-like thin forms make me laugh


I like how the golden hour makes everything look more picturesque.
In the morning, the golden yellow rays make my room feel so cosy.
At sunset, they can make the whole sky feel like it's glowing with warm hues.
I like how when the light catches something shiny, it gleams so brilliantly - like a star on Earth,
I love the effects of light like - when something translucent is backlit and it looks like it's glowing. It can make leaves and petals look so magical.
Or like when something opaque is backlit and you get a rim of light all around the object - like a silver lining ~


I love how light acts when it travels through a crystal and splits up to form rainbows ~
And how rainbows in the sky are also down to light ~
Oh! And how on the ocean waves, the sun sparkles like diamonds


Light brings so much beauty!
Even man-made art and architectural designs that utilize light often bring such feel-good vibes ~ from twinkling string lights to more unusual design ideas that utilize light.


Last night I had a go at trying to communicate with non-physical to get into the Allowing mode and receive some answers I am wanting ~
I love how whenever I try to communicate with non-physical, be it my Spirit Guides / my Inner Being or the energies of other wise non-physical entities with the answers that I seek - whenever I manage to connect in my mind's eye, I am met with beings of light - bright, white, glowing, amorphous and feel-good.
I enjoy seeing them ~ It feels gently exciting
I am looking forward with eager anticipation to being able to receive clearly; to receive useful things that bring clarity and enhance life. That would be wonderful

I like the imagery of a tap flowing wellbeing and wellness.



I like the image that if I want wellbeing, wellness and full allowing to happen, all I have to do is relax, to let that tap flow without any resistance.
Free flowing.
Free, uninhibited flowing.
I relax and allow the flow.
I see it flowing in abundance.
The flow of wellbeing and wellness is never-ending
It is strong
It is full and beautiful
It is steady
It is effortless
It just comes and comes and comes
The flow is pure and clean.

I like imagining this tap flowing wellness and wellbeing and all that is good
and I like imagining that I can stand underneath this tap if I like
And have this eternal flow of wellness and wellbeing flow to me and through me
It is a nice thought : )



I imagine this flow of wellness and wellbeing flow from my head to my toes
I see it flowing down my head,
the energy of wellness and wellbeing infiltrates every cell as it goes
from the head... down the ears, down the neck... down the chest, shoulders, arms, abdomen...
Coated in wellness and wellbeing - inside and out
It flows easily down the back, down towards the thighs.. knees, calves.. feet..
Soaking in wellbeing and wellness.. with this beautiful flow from this magical tap.



If I prefer I can even imagine a bath filling up with this tap's flow and having a lovely soothing soak in this bath -



Relaxing in the waters of wellbeing; all warm, comforting, soothing and lovely. Absorbing all the goodness from this tap of wellness. Allowing it all to soak in & do its magic. It's a nice thought too : )
