The carrot chips are just fresh carrots cut into a chip shape with ridges in it, I buy them already cut and rinse them real good and put them in a container so I can snack on them easier.

I feel that all channels, provided by the youtube-channel "GFL station" are highly uplifting, and they feel very free of resistance, pointing fingers, doom and gloom, to me. I personally love especially the clips of T'eeha of Arcturius, Laayti of Arcturius (whom I have transcribed in 2 cases here on this thread), Ashtar Command and Zørion of the Sirian High Council.
