So i felt like writing a poem tonight because I felt so positive and creative.


Full of enchanting joy

I dance in the swirl of sparkling flakes,
The sky shines in mystical blue,
The houses blur in misty clouds.
Winter embraces me and lifts me high.

A thousand little glittering stones whisper my name.
The time has come, I want to soar into the sky.
The sky welcomes me with all its colors,
and everything I see merges with my heart.

From what I can see, what this website does is it takes the auto-generated transcript that youtube creates (the one that POE and I have been using: You can see it on youtube by clicking the description, scrolling down to the bit that says "Show transcript", then when the transcript shows up, click the three dots to remove the timestamps), and gives you that exact same transcript that youtube gives you. This website saves you from scrolling and pressing all those buttons in youtube to find it, but it provides the exact same transcript. Good to know as it does provide a useful, quick shortcut to this info And the "Copy entire transcript" button is wonderful too because it makes copying it all so much easier! I love discovering new things like this! Thank you for sharing!

I can let myself fall into the hands of my inner being and know that I am caught, cared for, protected, and secure. For from there, absolute security comes to me. In every moment, I am absolutely safe and full of confidence. Nothing can happen to me that I have not invited into my life myself. Everything I have invited is not a static state, but can be changed again. I can say with cheerfulness that, no matter what state my life is in, the very best will come to me from every state; the most beautiful will emerge from every state.

I deserve only good things to happen to me. I am worthy of only beautiful things flowing into my life. Since I am worthy and valuable, the universe shows me this by showering me with wonderful gifts. I can open one gift after another and enjoy these wonderful gifts of life. I feel the magic of this life anew every day. Countless miracles happen to me, and I realize that these miracles are the natural and not extraordinary, but rather the basic structure of the universe. I can immerse myself more and more in these miracles and, through the magical events and synchronicities, notice more and more how wonderfully I am guided by my inner being.

In every moment, I have the opportunity to connect with my inner being, to focus on positive, feel-good thoughts, and to let beautiful, good feelings arise within me. I'm glad that you like the new tool so much and that it is an improvement over the old method you used. I also really enjoy transcribing with it, and if I find some highlights while transcribing, I will post them here in the forum.

Yes, I thought exactly the same about your intending, and when I read it in your topic, I was immediately inspired because I didn't know this method at all. I only knew segment intending, but it felt great to read, and I was immediately inspired to do it too. It had a wonderful effect on me, and I'm glad it resonates with you as well.

Thursday, December 19:

- I am very happy that I quickly transitioned from anger to a state of love yesterday, reconciled with my girlfriend, and developed many beautiful new ideas.

-Today, I loved doing the intending and writing down the improved life story. It made my day much more beautiful and better.

- I really enjoyed the skills group today because we had intense conversations about feelings. I had many inspirations and was able to contribute wonderfully. Additionally, there were delicious cookies that we ate during the break.

- After the skills group, I visited my girlfriend. I found it really nice that she cooked a potato-vegetable stew with sausages for me, which I enjoyed very much. Afterwards, I took a little nap at her place and returned to my shared apartment feeling very relaxed and satisfied from the day.

Intending

I am intending that my life will unfold freely and become more beautiful day by day.

I am intending that everything will turn out for the best for me and that I will be richly blessed from all sides.

I am intending that I can focus on beautiful things for a very long time and spend increasingly longer periods in these beautiful places of well-being.

I am intending that every day I will focus more on the beautiful and always direct my focus towards pleasant things.



Thursday, December 19:

• Today I drove to Seeheim to visit my doctor and had great conversations there. There was a very warm atmosphere, and I received a package for Christmas with cookies and a shopping voucher. Everyone there was really nice to me.

• On the way to the doctor's, I wished to see a lot of beautiful things today. I thought about how I would like to discover all the beautiful villas and alleys of Seeheim. On the way back to the doctor, I had 20 minutes left until my train came and felt inspired to explore a bit more of Seeheim. I discovered two great beauty salons and a really beautiful street with many half-timbered houses and lots of decoration. Meanwhile, the sun came out, and I realized that my inner being was speaking to me, and I was thrilled that my intending were working directly.

• This afternoon I had a great nap and was gently awakened by the ringing of my phone. It was Claudia, and we arranged to go for a nice hike near Darmstadt tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to it.

• After my nap, Lily and I had our flat meeting. I cleaned the fridge, and Lily cleaned the microwave. Doing something together in the household is so much fun. It's so nice that we are now making our flat more beautiful together. After that, I had the impulse that Lily and I should go with my mother to a furniture store in the new year and buy a great carpet for our living room. Lily also liked the idea, and I'm looking forward to it because it will make our flat even nicer.

• I also visited my girlfriend, and we ate something and watched an episode of Monk. It was really funny; we sang along to the theme song, laughed a lot together, cuddled a lot, and did a lot of silly things in between. It was really a very nice evening at my friend's place.

• When I got back to my flat, I immediately felt the urge to shower and freshen up. I almost felt like my inner being was guiding me a little. The shower felt really good, and afterwards, I was really satisfied with the day and had only beautiful thoughts in my head.
