As you'll be able to tell from the list because there are so many videos from that channel, MonikaFit is my personal favourite. She uses music that I enjoy and her moves feel good, gentle and well-paced to me

I'm much improved from those days - the Chinese medicine practitioner and all his recommendations got me back to maybe 95% better than where I used to be when I first went to see him - but I'm still working on the last 5%. Working on my alignment is helping a lot
This reminds me! A type of yoga I always thought looked fun / funny is couple's yoga! I have no idea how you would do it but I wonder if you could incorporate yoga on a chair with couple's yoga somehow? That could make it more fun maybe!I found "Yoga on a chair"

In the last weeks I stopped all "working on issues". I have no idea what will happen, but it feels soooo much better!

I am in the same boat, my body is the subject I am longing for alignment… today I came across a very nice Abraham video. It’s very much in line about your decision not to work on issues but alignment with some additional statements on the way you would like to feel about you. E.g. would you like to think and truly mean “I am happy with my body”; what feels better to receive a compliment “you look amazing” or sth else (I forgot), then AH spoke how you can fill your mind with all the beautiful things (what we are doing here) e.g appreciate the shape of the clouds, intelligence of animals, etc. our thoughts cause our vibration and what the vibrate is what mattersParadise-on-Earth wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 3:04 amSo good to hear that!
