One small trigger can unleash a storm of flashbacks and anxiety.
We can't always escape our triggers. You have to be ready to ride out the storm.
During this time, you have to be super careful of the thoughts you allow into your mind.
The painful memories can distort your perspective.
Make sure you're not being paralyzed by those memories and unpleasant feelings.
You have to pay attention to what you're choosing to believe about yourself and your life.
Remind yourself you’re no longer under threat.
Stay present in the moment.
I feel a sense of contentment and wholeness.
I seek wholeness and harmony.
I love the simplicity of the present moment.
Peace exists within me.
I claim my inner peace.
I deserve inner peace.
I refuse to be a victim of circumstances.
I am finding many positive changes in my life.
I am whole.
I am aware of the present moment.
It's easy to take the bounce.
It's easy to find the best alignment all around.
It's ok to be happy and in bliss.
It's ok to live within love and respect for life and relationships.
It's ok to take time to relax and allow the good life in me and through me.
It's ok to feel safe, sane and trusting and on the beam.
