Day 17

I asked AI to make it, and then edited it a little myself to make it fit your family better
I am in awe about it! My son (the blonde car-designer who reacted slightly terrified when I shared your picture of us all) nudged me to use AI finally to create such fun, myself. Could you, please, tell me the name of the AI-programm you once suggested, again?
aw I'm so happy you're having a good day! The Michelin star restaurant sounds like a yummy way to celebrate!
It was!!!! We have it right in our neighborhood, and -compared with other restaurants like it, they are not costly at all. My son (the car-designer)
judged: "Even if this looks not eatable at all, it sure looks highly aesthetic"!
I have to report, it EVEN tastes better than it looks!!!
I make celebrating our dinner part of my todays rampage, so bear with me
On the left is the Hor's Doeuvre (beets in 5 different ways) after 2 incredibly yummy Amuse Gueules ("Greetings from the kitchen" that come without needing to order or extra-pay them.) I forgot to take a picture of them, I was so caught in delight: Spicy minced thunafisch in a crispy mini-cone, and potato-foam with sweet onions and incredibly crispy bits of bacon... to die for!!)
on the right is Hokkaido-risotto (in the deep bowl underneath what is seeable) with persimmon and incredibly tasty liver as 1. main course (I forgot to photograph the 2. main course: turbot with an AMAZING beurre blanc and several sorts of sweet carrots and a SO aromatic, baked parsnip chervil ...ohhhhhhhh!!!)
And here comes on the left the dessert from orange, lime and blood-orange (no words for HOW delicious each tiny droplet and foam and sorbet-scoop had been!!!) and on the right home-made caramel-chocolate and Pralinen, to go with the coffee!
Truly good, made with love food is such an amazing art!
I've tried high cuisine that- to me- seemed to be mostly about breaking the rules and doing things different (and I found it disgusting). But those food-artists that really care for (sometimes surprising) DELIGHT are lightworkers! It is such a gift to be able to taste often simple and well-known ingredients in a new, eye-opening way. To experience moments where you want to stop time, and just continue the deliciousness that IS!
I am soo thankful to have such an opportunity, close by. I am so thankful to own the means to pay for it! I am sooo thankful to be open for those experiences, to allow them full-heartedly, and attract the best of the very best from it!
Birthday-Breakfast-Picnic
Before we went for dinner of course, we had "breakfast" (it was about 11AM) out in the sunfilled nature (of our car, as it was about -2°C)
Before that we had to shop for some butter, that was gone after intense cookie-dough-preparation the day before. And so, we searched in 3 shops (not for butter, we would have gotten that in the first one)
but for what the shops caused us to desire
...gravad Lax with dill-sauce, crevettes with mayonaise, strawberry-cheesecake, extra fancy double-filled Macarons, truffle-induced cheese, super big delicious grapes... ohh my, LIFE IS SO GOOD!!!
Before checking my mail we pondered if we should dander on a beautiful backroad to the next larger city and enjoy the sun in a beautiful park. After checking my mail, I knew that I got a birthday-present from a store that had gifted me with a coupon for a free bottle of Champagne! And the shop where I could pick it up was in THAT "larger city".
we drove there through the most beautiful scenery, picked up the Champagne-AND Wolf enjoyed also a white-wine-tasting, which ended in several bottles he took home... while I indulged myself in collecting Italian candy, jams, bread-crisps and cakes from all over the tiny beautiful shop (and bought them, as well)!
We both learned sooo much about wine and traditional Italian specialities. It felt faszinating!
It all felt sooo rich. So capable, and fascinating!
I feel blessed. I feel served! I feel seen, by the Universe. I enjoy the awesome timing! I enjoy to enjoy all the deliciousness!
I feel as on vacation.
And inbetween, I got lovely birthday-greetings, from ALLmy friends and family! It was wonderful! It felt soooo beloved! I felt so seen and treated with so much love and friendliness. What an abundance! What LOVE that surrounds me- effortless, happy, loving, joyful, easy, funny, SO WONDERFUL. When this is my vibration that attracts all this... then I AM in Paradise on Earth, indeed.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU friends, family, Universe, LIFE!!!!
spiritualcookie wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2024 7:02 pm PS The Schokoküsse sound wonderful! Especially the ones with very interesting-sounding fillings! Thank you for sharing the photos with labels of each type! Another thing to add to my list of "things I would like to taste one day"
You have such a list, too?
This kisses had been on *my* list since years...
Ohh, I had SUCH joy to pull it all together from the youtube clip that exists about this factory! A TV-company made a report of them, as it is a 100+ years old, still family-run SMALL enterprise. They don't ship because that would destroy this absolute freshness. So whoever wants Schaumküsse has to go there and get them- and they don't only still exist but thrive! Hard to believe, right? I calculated for some time and found out that I will be able to give away 6 self-assorted boxes á 25 kisses at this Christmas, so the excuse to make a detour on the almost 4hr drive when I will pick up my step-grandson, is there!!
(I sooo look forwards to them, myself!!!)
